I am happy with the care here. The staff is very nice and caring. The community is small and I liked the atmosphere in this community. They do offer a lot of great activities. The value and the care at this community are outstanding and we would highly recommend this community to other families.

We found the place to be very nice,clean and the people were very pleasant. My husband enjoyed his stay there.

Langdon Place of Dover is a top-notch facility! The entire staff is caring, compassionate, and professional in helping my Mom with her Activities of Daily Living and full medical management, and provides a safe and secure environment. They are above all expectations I had when I moved my Mom here 11 months ago, and they continue to impress me with such kindness and friendly overtures. At 92 years of age and living with moderate ALZ, my Mom is not inclined to partake of all the diverse activities available, but she is so appreciative of the lovely, clean apartment she resides in, and keeps telling me she is so thankful for her beautiful unit! My responsibility as POA for my Mom is eased by the staff's attentiveness and proactive approach to my Mom's needs. They communicate with me immediately when situations arise, and take the necessary time to review her needs with me. I finally sleep much better with the knowledge and confidence that Langdon Place is the BEST place I could have found for my Mom. I and all my family are extremely fortunate to have moved Mom here when we did; she is in truly good hands!!

My friend is still adjusting to living at Residences. The staff are friendly. They offer daily activities and they are well organized. She does say the food is expensive. The community is beautiful and well maintained.

The facility was beautiful. The memory care section was bright and activities were going on for the clients. The staff knew the clients and spoke with them with respect.

My father came here for a short respite stay before going home and he couldn't say enough nice things about the staff and the environment. He enjoyed the special breakfast and the made to order eggs every morning. It helped make his transition home much easier as he had time to strengthen before having to go home alone. If he needs permanent placing in the future, we will certainly go back.

Everything here has been just wonderful. We love the staff and how hard they work. My loved one loves her studio apartment and the location is easy for our family to come visit. There is nothing bad that I can say about here they are top notch!

My mother is still adjusting to this community, but she is in good hands here. They have great staff here, they are caring for her well. The community looks great, everything is very well maintained. There are many activities offered daily for the residents. She is pleased with the meals. They are fulling all our needs, this is a great place. I know she is being cared for well here. I would recommend this community, it has worked out good for us.

Excellent facility- mifflin court

I moved my mother here within the past several months and it has been the best decision I have made! She has adjusted very well with all of the other residents and loves all of the nursing staff!!! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to place their loved one!

The facility fulfilled my needs for my mother.

Mom is doing better and my aunt and daughter are able to visit her. She has a roommate and their room is kept clean along with the rest of the place. The menu is fabulous and she is eating well, they have lobsters at times! The staff had lots of activities and residents are encourage to be active. There is a lot of socializing within the community and they are all treated like a normal people. The owners make you feel like you are involved and respond very quickly to anything. I like that they also offer resolutions to an issue and ask to proceed before doing so.

This is a very nice location with a robust program for social activities. They are very flexible with respite lengths and the staff seems very nice. It is the same quality (by appearances) as other locations we have visited that cost quite a bit more. Additionally, there are options for when the money runs out...a location she can stay until she passes.

The staff is outstanding. The facility is well cared for and very clean. Everyone is friendly, and quick to reach out to new residents. A very good experience for my difficult to please Mother...I was expecting her to have complaints....there were none!!!

The staff were super friendly when I toured. They had some kind of special event going on for the residents I know my mom would like it here. The rooms are very spacious and I liked the different common areas that my mom could use. I plan to come back for a lunch tour with my mom.

We toured Langdon Place of Nashua on a Wednesday. They loved it! With no openings we thought we'd have to wait till the Fall. We got a call 2 days later, an apartment became available and Mom and Dad immediately said yes! They moved in 2 weeks later. They are so pleased with the apt, the people and the food! There are so many activities to choose from and Mom loves the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Langdon Place is a wonderful place for Mom and Dad to spend their golden years, together.

I'm looking for a place for my parents and the young lady, Ashley who showed us around was very informative, answered all our questions and was very familiar with the admission process and explained all of the pricing with us. I feel very comfortable with this community and looking forward to making arrangements for my parents to stay at Chestnut Ridge

My wife and I have lived here for 4 months, and we love it. The best thing is the staff, I never imagined being a at such a great place. The food is very good I would put it up against any fine dining restaurant, the baker does about unbelievable job. We visited places for 2 years before deciding on Langdon Place, and we picked the right place.
