There is a real sense of community and caring from all levels. The staff are really attentive and genuinely seem to enjoy both residents AND each other. The facility is spotless.

Great facility. My dad loves it there. Great value and they are all inclusive. Best value in the area. Don't require to have [removed]k in the bank like all the others.

The facility is very clean and has a number of areas that are very homey and comfortable. The people who work and or volunteer there are very sweet and comforting. The food is very tasty and abundant. The residents are offered activities chosen for their abilities.

What we like the most about Langdon Place is the friendly staff and we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is so up beat and pleasant from the sales manager, [name removed], the dining staff, [name removed] the activities coordinator, the wellness manager [name removed] and care staff. They talk to my mother even though she is very quiet and has some dementia. They are doing rehab which her last place would not do which made her wheelchair bound for a year and a half. I would highly recommend Highgate at Paoli Pointe. No place is perfect but they try their best to make living there as comfortable and caring as possible. Thank you for setting up my visit there. Even though it is half an hour from my house, it is an easy ride and only 10 minutes from KOP mall.

I would highly recommend Partridge House. My mother was treated with respect and caring. She died there two years ago.

Overall family member has settled in nicely is assisted very well when needed. Staff is very friendly. Meals are good but he still complains sometimes. Activities are great and there are a variety of activities for everyone. People living there seem friendly and he has made a lot of friends. He enjoys all the activities and even helps to teach some games group exercise together and walks are organized for all and he likes to help with new people tour

Glenn Crest has been exactly what my parent needs. It's been a good fit. It is independent living with one meal included. They check up on her.

Friendly, caring, and informative. Listens to family's concerns. Does well with residents who have dementia. Has a lot of activities for the residents in and off the floor. The food is really good and is prepared and placed like the residents are dining.

First of all I’d like to mention the staff. They are the most caring individuals and take excellent care of Mother better than I could have expected. Secondly I’d like to mention the kitchen staff. They cook good nutritious food and keep it interesting and fun. Small Snacks are served between meals. Next I’d like to mention extracurricular activities, such as arts & crafts or trips to the park or a restaurant. I went in yesterday to visit, and they had Mother painting a plaster of Paris pumpkin (with some help). Coming in to Building 1 there are couches and chairs around a fireplace and a big tv on the wall. They all sit around and watch old shows and rest after meals. My husband and I are so very pleased with Hilltop. We’re very glad we chose this memory care facility for our mother.

The staff is great. They take great care of the residents and some of them go above and beyond. The facility is a little run down in places but nothing excessive. It's just that the building has been there for quite a while. I love how they keep my mom out of her room most of the day and have her engaging with other residents. Important for mental health. They also keep a close eye on her. Overall it was a great decision to move her there.

All 5's. Extremely happy with my Mom's care facility and we would 100% recommend the Langdon Place community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The staff is so sweet and caring towards the residents! They have meaningful activities each day. I love that there are nurses available all the time and doctors come to the facility to check on the residents often. This has been the best decision for a place to live for my mom! We are thankful that God led us to Hilltop at Glenwood!

They can be as involved in movies, going out, all activities as much as the want to be. I would suggest it to anyone.

I would highly recommend Glen Crest to others. Our overall experience with this facility was great. My mother loved their food. They had a lot of activities, but my mom was stubborn about participating in them. She couldn't remember to go. Dementia.

My mom was a resident of the memory care unit, the staff was friendly, and caring, with the residents. [New resident] the director was extremely knowledgeable, and personable. The meals they prepared were very good and plentiful Unfortunately my mom passed within 2 months of residency, yet we are very grateful for the care she received. The facility is somewhat dated, but kept tidy and clean.

I met with [names removed] and immediately felt comfortable. While touring I noted the residents were smiling and some waved. The facility is bright, clean and inviting. The rooms are quiet and relaxing. The nurse aids take very good care of my cousin and he often comments on that. He says the food is very good. His room is bright, quiet and peaceful for him. I'm grateful to the staff for taking such good care of him and I'm glad we chose Sanatoga!

We have been very happy with Lehigh Commons. They are very accommodating when having to schedule doctors appointments and travel back-and-forth. They make sure my father is up, showered and dressed every day and that he is getting his meals every day as well. They take care of all his medication, and call us with any concerns. We find it to be reasonably priced when compared to other facilities and as a family we are very glad that we chose Lehigh Commons

My mom is doing so well here. She has dedicated nursing staff to assist with routine medications and the director plus staff are so much better. They have truly gotten to know her as well. They also have many activities and events for the residents. This facility fits her better and although she isn't completely in love with it she is in better physical, psychological, emotional & spiritual health there. They actually have family & resident zoom meetings once a month to keep family updated and allow us to ask questions. Such a pleasant group.

The communication has been the one major positive takeaway. My loved one had a few issues and they have been fantastic about keeping us informed and offering suggestions on things we need to consider. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.
