I would recommend talking with them to see if they met their requirements. They also had the biggest available rooms when I was looking and my brother had a lot of stuff he wouldn't give up - they accommodated him.

The apartment is roomy and comfortable. Pets are allowed. Good variety of activities. He likes the pool for exercise. Dad does not like the dining. It is often closed due to shortage of wait staff. He has to go get his meal in a bag and take the food to his room. He says it takes a long time when dining hall is open. He has not like choices on menu much of the time, especially the fact that they seldom serve beef, he feels portions and choices are more geared to women's taste.

We were please with Tiffany Court, and the overall experience was very good. The cleanliness needs some work. They should change out carpet for other type of flooring that can be easily be washed and. Not hold the smell. The friendliness of the staff is great. Very friendly and considerate of the residents. The quality of care is good. Once [name removed] became the head nurse/ patient care it improved greatly. The meals are very good, and the activities are good even though [name removed] did not participate much. The overall value for cost is very good.

Overall, it's a nice place. Mom seems happy there. The word I get from mom about the food is that several ladies complain that the food is always the same thing. The menu doesn't seem to change much. And sometimes on certain occasions they don't serve enough. On Mother's Day mom said that everything was just normal, nothing special...except a VERY small portion dessert (about 4 bites). That was very frustrating to me.

What I like the most about The Talbot on Granby community is the cleanliness, and the neighbors. Some of the staff are helpful and I like the amenities inside and out. I would recommend this community to other families but sometimes, it depends on their money situation.

Morningside of Sterling is visually attractive inside and out and I would recommend the facility to other families.

I would say that the care was lacking, most of the time they were short staffed, when my mom would hit her alarm for help , she'd wait about 45 minutes before someone would assist her. That was very frustrating to my mom and I. I probably would recommend them, only for assisted living residents. The problem was that my moms dementia was getting worse and she was just getting care for assisted living not memory care.

Staff and everyone here is very friendly and do their best to help each other.

I would recommend it to others- staff is friendly and takes good care of my Aunt. They have limited activities but enough to keep her active. They are responsive and helpful. I don't have to worry about her and know she is being cared for.

Many residents to have left because of no proper care or assisted living. New residents pay less than long time residents. Need more activities after dinner at 7:00 PM.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Haven at Carolina Place. Everything about The Haven at Carolina Place, the facility and the staff, was great. However, the management was so poor that it detracted from everything else.

Easy accessibilty to washer& dryer and trash containers. Elevator right place. Entertainment if want and library with other things to do. Stores not to far.

My loved one is currently a resident at Summit Place of South Park and overall the experience at this facility has been good so far. We moved our loved one here from the previous facility due to needing more attention/care and so far things are going well.

Our overall experience is good. The staff friendliness is mixed, some cheerful and engaging, others just doing their job and don't seem to have any interest in knowing the residents. Cleanliness is good, meals are satisfactory but not exceptional. Transportation services are excellent, and activities are varied. Overall, the residence has provided the services we expected.

The staff at Overlook Green Senior Living are very kind and always helpful. The housekeeping is okay...they seem to stick to the published schedule. Communication with the family is good, they keep the family informed about my dad's situation. The move in process was easy. The food is okay...there are not a ton of options compared to some other places. Overall, I would recommend Overlook Green Senior Living to others.

Too far to exit to take dog out, to access transportation, etc. Swimming pool too small. Apartment nice. I had to provide my own housekeeping because none was available. Meals were nice and on time. Dining room well organized. Staff was not readily apparent.

It is a great facility that has taken good care of my mom and I'd recommend it to any family that's looking for someone to care for their loved ones. This facility doesn't feel or look like a nursing home or memory care facility. You can tell there was a lot of thought and love put into making the facility feel like a community so the residence feel at peace and at home.

The Somerford House and Place Hagerstown community is clean, and the staff are friendly.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I would rate the meals a 5 on a scale of 1-10. Outdoor space is very nice. Need a better covered area for smokers. Activities are plenty and have some really good entertainment that comes in. Receptionist are great.

Most of the staff is friendly, but some really aren't. Perhaps a rating of a 4 is more appropriate. The physical therapy team is fantastic. Quality of care - I gave a rating of a 3 as they are sometimes late bringing meds, which is simply unacceptable. Some caregivers were rough with assisting with dressing and showering. The management team seems sincerely interested in improving which is a plus. Meals - food seems mediocre at best as I've heard comments from several residents. Appears to be served cold on a pretty regular basis. Simple things like ice, ketchup, and jelly not always available.
