He has to wait a while when he has his call light on to get help and I think they are just understaffed. It is clean except in one area. I had to keep telling them the garbage is overflowing and that they were out of paper towels. They need to fix the corridor on the left that needs a little more work. The food is terrible.

The experience is not that good. They did not control her medications well from what the doctor prescribed. Yesterday we met with a lady who said she was a social worker but her business card showed director of activities. She spoke very rudely to my sister and my sister did not comprehend what she was asking.

Every time I pick my loved one up, her wheelchair seat is dirty and nothing gets done about it. All around, it's medium clean. She always likes to eat out. She doesn't like the food there.

My loved one does not like the meals.

The people in the kitchen don't read my food slip and don't give me what I'm supposed to get.

My loved one would say it is a good place. They are all friendly. The CNAs are very attentive and is always answering his call light within minutes, one of the nurses makes sure he takes his medications and that he eats. He is on a special diet. I got a phone call from the physical therapists when he fell. I always ask questions and they answer my questions.

Overall, our experience was okay. The TV’s in other rooms are so loud that it's hard to have a normal conversation.

I have a friend that watches out for my mom while she is there. My loved one seemed to be okay with the nurses this time. The place is okay. I heard my mom say the food was old or something. We had a family appointment with everyone about my mom's care plan at the beginning. It seemed kind of useless.

The facility is nice and the people are nice. It was clean. It is clean and there are no smells and it is picked up. They kept us informed and they talked with us. They did not communicate too well with each other.

The nurses are very good. The food is enjoyable. We have heard from someone a couple of times but haven't had much communication.

The nurses seem to be nice. The staff are friendly. They are just so busy there that people like my mother gets lost in the cracks. The food is fine but they serve her in her room by herself which was a little lonely. The communication has been very bad. I had to be very assertive and aggressive to get any information. I have been very frustrated.

The nurses seem okay and the staff is friendly. The communication is not good. There was confusion about logistics. It's very hard to communicate with the doctor. The meals did not follow her food restrictions.

The therapists are really good. The staff is courteous. Some of the nurses are alright but some that need more teaching. They run out of coffee. They have areas need to fix. My father's bed had a hole in it and had to raise heck to get another mattress. They had to fix the breaks on the wheelchair because they stood him up and it went out from under him. Understaffed. Only 1 nurse per wing and they need at least 2 per wing. He has accidents and it takes too long to get to him and has to lay in it. Needs a snack before appointments and does not get it. We are not getting all of the laundry back.

My mother is a little stronger than when she arrived. The nurses seem sweet. All those I have dealt with have been very nice, especially the administration. It looks pretty clean. Small portions of food and the same vegetables every day. Only had one meeting and that is the only time any communications with them and we are out there every day and they have never stopped me to talk to me. We have been told some things that have not happened. It's okay but the food is horrible.

Overall, it has gone smoothly. The communication has gone well. But, I was not impressed with the staffs' responsiveness. My loved one struggled to get help with this situation from the nursing staff. I had to up to the facility myself and urge them to handle the situation. Even after this, I felt an overall sluggish response from the staff. It seems as though they are understaffed.

The people treat her well here. The aides are very patient with her. I think communication is really good and the social worker does especially well to communicate. The facility needs to be updated including the dining room.

It's very clean. They did not they did not have a bed with rails.

Doesn’t accept pets

The personnel is great here! My mother has a difficult time sleeping at night because of the noise levels. The nurses are very good but it can be difficult when they are understaffed. It is understaffed in other areas as well. It is an older facility. The bathrooms could use more attention. The coffee service vessels are not always the cleanest. The bedding is slightly tattered and there are some holes in the sheets. Overall the quality of the food is not great at all. When something is supposed to arrive hot it is sometimes ice cold. She had received a piece of meat that even I could not cut through because it was like leather. The nurses have too many patients per nurse.
