This community is good. A little expensive, but worth it. My loved one is happy here. I appreciate having the screened in porch. Maintenance has been very good with requests/repairs. They're very prompt. Housekeeping is offered, but we don't use it. A loved one does the cleaning of the apartment. Communication with the family is excellent. Overall, they're right on point here. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

My loved one loves being here. The apartment is the right size for my loved one. It is large enough to accommodate residents in wheelchairs, and this includes the doorways being large enough. The apartment has a kitchen in it with a fridge. Also, there is a communal laundry center available for the residents to use. The apartments also can include a screened-in front porch. Overall this has been a good experience for us. The community is all on one level for the most part.

We had a great tour experience at Charter Poplar Creek. I was impressed and I could tell it was a top notch place - we were just able to get a better deal at another place.

I toured Mission Creek and I loved it! This was one of the few communities we considered moving into. They have a very large open area, with an enclosed garden. They also had a beautiful outdoor area dedicated to the residents and a gorgeous dining room. We ended up choosing another community because Mission Creek didn't have the apartment style room. They only had a single studio style room; it was spacious, but I knew my mom would be more comfortable with a separate bedroom. The community we chose was also closer to friends and family, Mission Creek would've been about 20+ minutes away. Nonetheless, this is a very beautiful facility.

I think that Woodside Senior Living goes out of their way to give you information you don't have going into this process. Such as; Medicaid and how to afford the costs of the community. They seem to have a priority of making the residents feel like they have a life, and a good life at that - as difficult as that may be. They value them as people and make sure they have a rewarding life. It's a good way to start a new chapter in life, even if it isn't what you wanted, they try to make it good change.

I would recommend this community due to the staff and the amenities that are offered. They have activities like physical therapy occupational therapy, church services and more for the residents at the community. They also have games like bingo and more for the residents. The staff are good and communicating with them is good as well. The tour was very good and they gave me all of the information that I needed.

We come to visit everyday and the community is always clean and we would recommend The Landing to other families

We're thrilled with Bella Vista. My loved one hasn't gotten engaged with activities or meeting other people yet, but we're hoping she can get stronger soon and take part in that. Even so, it's been a pleasant experience. It's modern. It's bright. It's very clean compared to a lot of places I've been. I think it's a very classy place. I've been pleased with the few staff I've met. Really the only downside is she says the food is just average.

we were welcomed with "happy hour" and an accordion player. there were many residents in the dining room smiling, enjoying pizza and a happy hour drink. everyone was happy, healthy, a great place, friendly staff!!

Rock Run is a caring and lovely place to live. it is now my "home" and I have made many new friends. the staff are great - especially the activity staff.

everything is very good here! staff, kitchen, dining room. maintenance are all very nice! they listen to your needs! nurses also!

The people here are unbelievably caring, friendly, and supportive. They treat my loved like their own. The guy in the dining room goes out of their way, to make sure that my loved one gets a chance to eat. The staff makes sure my loved one's food is thickened. They bend over backwards to make sure the residents are taken care of. This includes the concierge desk to maintenance, to nursing staff. We are very impressed with our experience. You definitely get what you pay for each month. The monthly fee includes the apartment, care, housekeeping, maintenance, meals, and more. They have physical therapy available for my loved one as well.

my mother lived in an assisted living apartment here for 2 years and is very happy and well cared for. the staff are very helpful and caring. it's a beautiful light and bright facility with a wonderful program of activities. they are great at communicating with families, too.

I am very content and satisfied here at Rock Run Place. I am satisfied with the food and other activities offered. A lot of satisfaction with services.

I was not very impressed with the look of the rooms and the overall facility. While we toured, they were in the middle of doing updates and renovations, so it may be totally different now.

They have been amazing. The facility does not look like assisted living, it looks more like an apartment complex. I only have seen his room and it is a really good size. I would definitely recommend Wickshire Madison to other families.

This was the hardest choice we had to make as a family for our dad, but the BEST choice. Caregivers are great and welcoming. Dad has settled in and feels right at home. Excellent Place! Very Home Like.

Everything has been going great so far with the Hilltop Village community, the staff members are very helpful. For the money it is a very good place to have a senior.

We are so pleased with Charter Senior Living. Additionally, we have had such an unusual situation and they welcomed him with open arms and worked so well with us because they had experience with our situation. They really helped him to adjust to assisted living and it has gone so smoothly. It is a very positive and uplifting atmosphere which is exactly what he needs. I cannot thank them enough, there are true angels working here.

My cousin has been living in this community for many years and I have seen this community gone through multiple ownerships and administrations. I visited her few days ago and she mentioned that she is very happy with all the new changes that have been happening in the community since last month. She mentioned that their new executive director is a wonderful guy and always spends time talking to her in the dining room or when ever he meets her. Their new culinary manager spends time to get everyone's feedback on how to make their dining experience better and she truly enjoys her meals. I was happy to see that she is enjoying her stay in the community.
