I would definitely recommend maple ridge to others.

The one thing I wish I knew before selecting a place for mom is if the facility supplied furniture (bed, chair, television, etc). The staff was excellent I helping get mom settled once I got her furniture set-up. Even though mom only stayed for 5 weeks she really enjoyed her short stay there. I was satisfied with the services provided by Rock Run Place Memory Center.

The memory care unit is a great place to have your loved one go if they’re qualified for memory care. Starting from the DON of the memory care is an amazing addition to the facility, She takes care of the residents like they are her own parents! It’s rare to find people now a days that still put their hearts into there jobs! The staff working direct patient care is amazing with the residents! They act with great respect towards the residents. Being an aide is far from easy! The kitchen staff is amazing too!! The residents throughout the week have a plethora of activities to do throughout the days! I highly recommend looking into this memory care for your loved ones!

This is by far one of the best places to have your loved ones. They take amazing care of the residents living here and the memory care director goes above and beyond for them. The amount of activities on a daily basis keeps your loved ones occupied all day.

I would rate all of the above as 5's. I'm very happy with the care she is receiving. It is family orientated and the staff is wonderful with my mom. There are once a month family nights. They have a variety of activities for my mom and they also do activities off campus for the more mobile patients. Which my mom is.

We had a very good experience with Eden Vista Stow. [name removed] was great to work with and the staff went out of their way to make sure our mom stay was comfortable. It was a very clean environment and her laundry was done regularly. She enjoyed going to the dining hall for her meals, which was prepared by an excellent chef. I cannot say enough about the nurses and caregivers that provided excellent care. Her family is most grateful for them.

My dad was there. [name removed] took care of me and my dad. She went above the call of duty. She worked hard for my dad to get there. The whole staff the nurses and front desk the activity lady the food the room I could go on and on. My Dad had excellent care. I owe it all to [name removed]. I could have done it without her. I can't thank Shannon and everyone else. They treat us like family. That's how she took care of us like her own family. She took care of everything and I had no worries with dad here! The experience was everything they promised to make my dad and family happy.

Mission creek was wonderful. Not certain who it is now since director of nurses left. Met all our needs. Would give them 5+ stars.

My husband never complained about the food. I would recommend the facility to others.

The staff take great care of my mom and are very warm and caring. They spend a great deal of time just talking with her and interacting. When she isn't feeling well, not only do they address her medical issues they comfort and soothe her. She tells me all the time how nice everyone is to her.

Our family looked at several places for my uncle. I should have started with A Place for Mom because they found several nice places for us to look at and he choose Trustwell Living . It has all the things my uncle needs and he likes the food.

Charter Senior Living is a community that truly cares for your elderly loved one. The staff is highly trained and goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued. As soon as you enter the community, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming positive atmosphere. The residents and staff enjoy each other's company and have a lot of fun together. The dining room serves delicious meals, the field trips are enjoyable, and the variety of activities caters to all interests. We are grateful for the exceptional care that Charter Senior Living provides.

This is our third Memory Care facility in 8 months! The staff here is tremendous in all aspects - care of resident / concern for family / availability to discuss concerns / overall great atmosphere in this facility!

Along with the wonderful care, the meals are delicious, the activities are numerous & engaging, & the field trips are very popular! An aspect we greatly appreciate at Charter is the wonderful sense of community among the residents. They really enjoy each other! Charter Senior Living with its remarkable staff & fun loving community is a gem!

My Father has received wonderful care and has made so many friends. Staff is very attentive and genuinely care for the resident. Security is great. I like how people need to check in and out for visits.

I highly recommend Charter Senior Living for elderly loved ones. The entire staff took great care of my dad and made him feel welcome from day one. The facility is clean and the staff is very caring, helpful and friendly. The caretakers were especially kind to my dad, who was a 2 person assist due to his back surgeries and limited mobility. My dad really liked that they offered mass on Sunday’s at the facility as well as a hair salon so he could get his hair cut with leaving. The receptionists are all kind and helpfully as well. While I was exploring options, Anna helped me with everything I needed to get my dad moved from Kentucky into Charter in Hoffman Estates. She went way beyond my expectations in helping transition my dad to a new place.

Charter Senior Living is the perfect community for your family. Their whole team is highly trained and they make you feel right at home. They have fun outings they take their residents. My dad really enjoyed seeing the Christmas light show this week. I highly recommended Charter.

The staff is friendly and caring. Very personable. Housekeeping, including laundry, has been top notch. The move in process went smoothly. Both parents say food is wonderful. They go out of their way to make special meals for my Dad, as he is Celiac. I would (and have) recommend this facility. I experienced a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with them and look forward to Christmas dinner.

My loved one is currently a resident at Trustwell Living at Rock Run Place Assisted Living and everything has been very good for him at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. I would recommend this facility to others.
