Eden Senior Care

We picked this community for my dad. He moved in about 6 weeks ago and is very happy with his new surroundings. When the warmer weather comes we're excited to see around the grounds. I'm hoping he'll be more active.

They are very caring to family and patients. All. Of them from dietary to housekeeping The nurse line is a wonderful asset and they do call You back the administration is just as caring physical therapist are doing a great job as well my mother likes it too!!

Although my dad was only at Maple Ridge for a short time, our entire family was very happy with his care.. We felt the staff listened to all our concerns allowing dad to obtain proper care by everyone. The residents in my dad’s cottage made dad and all of us feel welcomed. Residents shared their positive experiences. We would recommend Maple Ridge for your loved ones care.

They are always there for me and my father. Whatever we need they are there for us and are very helpful and friendly. They answer all my questions and my concerns. Room sizes in memory care, they are big enough for two people with room to move around.

My mom was transferred from another facility into the Supported Care requiring Level 5 care. The personalized care and physical therapy gave her the strength and motivation to move to the sheltered care in 2 months and reduce to Level 3 Care.

This facility was one of the best that we toured, the staff was very pleasant. The experience was amazing, very clean. Everyone was willing to answer any questions that we had. We were there when the residents were getting ready for lunch, the care partners were very helpful with the residents and the service was on point.

I have been to this facility many times. It’s always clean and the residents happy. The staff is very accommodating to the residents. There are many different activities celebrated for each and every Holiday especially residents birthdays. But don’t take my word for please stop in and see for yourself. Take a tour. If you’re looking for a home away from home for your loved one. Then look no farther than Eden Vista of Stow.

My mom fell at home in [date removed] and broke her hip. She had taken off her life alert and didn't have her cellphone when she fell. I never found her until the next morning. She went to Maple Ridge Senior Living for a respite and physical therapy after her insurance only gave her three weeks of rehabilitation at Breckenridge. She intended on going back home which she has been living by herself since my dad passed five and a half years ago. She just hasn't gotten back to how she was prior to the fall so she decided she wanted to stay at Maple Ridge. She has made some wonderful friends here, including the staff and really seems to like living here. My husband and daughter and I made her two room place look so comfy and cozy. I would highly recommend Maple Ridge Senior Living to anyone that is looking for a really nice place that's affordable too.

It's always pleasant when I go to Willow Falls.

Very clean. Receptionist very friendly. My loved one doesn't participate in activities but there seems to be something scheduled daily. There is almost NO communication from administrative staff. They don't answer emails either.

The entire staff at Eden Vista were absolutely outstanding. All of the younger helpers were so friendly and courteous and kind to my mom. The nursing staff and management staff did everything we asked and helped us through the entire process. It was a very peaceful and caring ending of life for my mom.

We chose this facility initially because we needed a facility that coudl do a 2 person transfer, and they were able to do that here. Staff makes the residents feel like family! They are so kind!

My stress level concerning my Mom has plummeted now that she is in the good care of the Maple Ridge Staff. She seems to be having a great time, making new friends. She loves the staff, always telling me how friendly and nice they are to her and the other residents. I know someone is always available to make sure she is taking her meds in proper doses and there to help in case of a fall. I am 100 % satisfied and grateful that I found Maple Ridge for my Mom.

People are very caring. I have been there at all times of the day and night and see how they take care of him. They have good therapy services. They keep the rooms clean. They always have kind words for my husband.

This adult community is awesome. The staff are great... friendly... caring.... respectful... and treat the residents like family. I love Eden Vista!! They are always eager to assist with my mom!!!

My parents are there in assisted living. It is just what they needed. There are activities if you want or if you just want to watch tv that is fine as well. The best part is that it is a small community so they can take care of the individuals. If needs change it is comforting knowing that they have skilled and memory care there as well. [name removed] at the front desk is an angel. She handles just about everything and is always happy to see guests and great the residents.

Everyone is so very caring. Each care taker knows every residents name. It’s immaculately clean. The dining room is lovely- tablecloths, background music, great service and the food is really wonderful. [name removed], the main chef, always comes out to see how everyone is doing and if they liked the food or have any suggestions. Mary the receptionist is exceptional. She’s always there to help out. There are activities for the residents almost every day. My mom went there for rehab and liked it so much, she decided she wanted to live there. I highly recommend Eden Vista in Prospect Heights.

Maple Ridge has been a big improvement. I spend less time worrying about [name removed] care. There is always room for improvement, but overall I'm pleased and I would recommend this community to other families

We sent our Grandma here after a fall, rehab was amazing, nursing was on top of it. Great follow up with appointments with the surgeon. The staff fought with the insurance company to provide more days with our grandma.
