The cares could improve but overall I would put my own parents here if they were still living.

Lakeshore is one of the most beautiful communities I have ever visited! The homey feel inside and calm and clean interior puts me at ease. There is a fantastic courtyard that looks out over lake and is a wonderful space for campfires and watching the birds! Physical environments are such an important part of memory care, and I love the one at Lakeshore.

I love this team and am so excited to be a part of such an exciting group of professionals! It’s a great feeling knowing that there are such dedicated people staying in the field and making a difference in resident’s and family’s lives!

Bella Vista is a wonderful community. They have tons of amenities for the resident staying there - a library, pub, full service dining room, activities, clubs, etc. the community is super clean and well presented.

My Mother-in-law has been living at Maple Ridge for 1 1/2 years now and from the day we went to view it for her to live there, we were/and still are very happy with the facility. I love that each house is set up like a small ranch house with no steps, a large dining area for all to eat to together and a living room area for all to use. If something were to happen in her room and yelled for help/or pushed her alert button on her necklace, someone will always be close enough to hear/or be there in a matter of moments. They are always making sure she has her meds and they ALWAYS make sure she eats every meal. Took some time, but she loves a lot of the activities they have for them, like Bingo and especially Happy Hour! I thank them for being there for her while my husband and I have to continue to work, thus the reason we were looking for a place that she would feel safe and comfortable living at.

This is a very cozy home-like community. You can tell the staff really care about the people who they care for! This is a smaller community which I feel is good for memory care. You should definitely tour and see for yourself.

My loved one loves it here. The staff are amazing! This was an easy transition for my loved one as well. The food is fantastic. There are three meals a day served and there are choices. Some of the activities include: bingo, special events, happy hour, and more for the residents to participate in. The staff are very easy to talk to if the family has any questions about our loved one's care.

We have noticed such a huge change with our loved one since she started her physical therapy. She is absolutely thriving - the physical therapist is top notch, he is so gentle and compassionate with our loved one and the other residents. He is the best thing to of happened to our loved one. Even though our loved one does not participate in the activities they always have a ton of different things going on. Based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend Rock Run Place to other families.

In the short amount of time that our loved one was there, the staff was awesome. They were very comforting and very helpful. They went above and beyond to care for all of us during a difficult time. It was a good place for our family to go and be with him. His room was clean, and he was well taken care of. And we appreciated all they did for us.

We had a great tour experience at Charter Poplar Creek. I was impressed and I could tell it was a top notch place - we were just able to get a better deal at another place.

I toured Mission Creek and I loved it! This was one of the few communities we considered moving into. They have a very large open area, with an enclosed garden. They also had a beautiful outdoor area dedicated to the residents and a gorgeous dining room. We ended up choosing another community because Mission Creek didn't have the apartment style room. They only had a single studio style room; it was spacious, but I knew my mom would be more comfortable with a separate bedroom. The community we chose was also closer to friends and family, Mission Creek would've been about 20+ minutes away. Nonetheless, this is a very beautiful facility.

I think that Woodside Senior Living goes out of their way to give you information you don't have going into this process. Such as; Medicaid and how to afford the costs of the community. They seem to have a priority of making the residents feel like they have a life, and a good life at that - as difficult as that may be. They value them as people and make sure they have a rewarding life. It's a good way to start a new chapter in life, even if it isn't what you wanted, they try to make it good change.

We come to visit everyday and the community is always clean and we would recommend The Landing to other families

We're thrilled with Bella Vista. My loved one hasn't gotten engaged with activities or meeting other people yet, but we're hoping she can get stronger soon and take part in that. Even so, it's been a pleasant experience. It's modern. It's bright. It's very clean compared to a lot of places I've been. I think it's a very classy place. I've been pleased with the few staff I've met. Really the only downside is she says the food is just average.

we were welcomed with "happy hour" and an accordion player. there were many residents in the dining room smiling, enjoying pizza and a happy hour drink. everyone was happy, healthy, a great place, friendly staff!!

Rock Run is a caring and lovely place to live. it is now my "home" and I have made many new friends. the staff are great - especially the activity staff.

everything is very good here! staff, kitchen, dining room. maintenance are all very nice! they listen to your needs! nurses also!

The people here are unbelievably caring, friendly, and supportive. They treat my loved like their own. The guy in the dining room goes out of their way, to make sure that my loved one gets a chance to eat. The staff makes sure my loved one's food is thickened. They bend over backwards to make sure the residents are taken care of. This includes the concierge desk to maintenance, to nursing staff. We are very impressed with our experience. You definitely get what you pay for each month. The monthly fee includes the apartment, care, housekeeping, maintenance, meals, and more. They have physical therapy available for my loved one as well.

my mother lived in an assisted living apartment here for 2 years and is very happy and well cared for. the staff are very helpful and caring. it's a beautiful light and bright facility with a wonderful program of activities. they are great at communicating with families, too.

I am very content and satisfied here at Rock Run Place. I am satisfied with the food and other activities offered. A lot of satisfaction with services.
