They are under new management, so I think they are still working out the kinks. It is definitely a work in progress. It's nice and 'affordable' for me, but I think it will take some time for them to get re-staffed and back to normal.

Everybody at Brickmont of Acworth is very friendly and all the staff have been super attentive. It is a very good price for everything they provide. They do not charge for additional services, the price does not fluctuate there is not nickel and dime going on. Whatever rent you pay for that month is it and that was very important to us. The staff do a really good job keeping the community clean. They are very good with keeping us informed with any changes regarding our loved one. They do a good job when it comes to the care services, we have a specific situation and they really try and go above and beyond to help our loved ones adjust to the new lifestyle. We have not been able to eat a meal ourselves, but it smells good and our parents say they get plenty of it. They do have a lot of activities schedule on their calendar and compared to other communities in the area the value for the money is very reasonable.

I think they are understaffed currently, so if your family member needs a lot of care, that could be difficult. My loved one is relatively independent, so it's fine. But it would be a concern if somebody needed more intensive care. The staff that are there are very nice and helpful. They just don't have enough of them. I think the facility is very nice. It's clean, and the décor is nice. And it's only about 4-5 years old.

This is a good place for your loved one. It has independent, assisted and memory care so it has the full range of any care that may be needed for your loved one. They have activities like bingo, trips, music concerts, bbqs and more for the residents to stay busy and active in the community.

I would highly recommend it.

Our family had an in person tour and this community has all the bells and whistles, it reminds us of the Ritz-Carlton hotel. It is super pretty on the outside and has all the current up to date things. The staff is highly trained in sales and it seemed like they were trying to meet a monthly goal and not being as personable if we would have preferred. However if you have the money and like living the "high life" this is definitely the place.

The Claiborne is a beautiful facility that is very nice and clean. I love my apartment and it is super spacious. The activities seem to be getting better. They are supposed to be working on the beauty parlor but it is not open yet and we need our hair done, so I hope that opens soon. It has been a good experience overall and I would recommend them to others looking.

Everyone is helpful and friendly and cooperative at this community. it is a good value for the money that is paid for my loved ones care. The staff are very good. The tour was great and they were very informative and answered all of my questions. They have activities like karaoke, work out classes, church services and more for the residents to do to keep busy.

We chose Brickmont Woodstock because it is all inclusive pay and that was a big selling point for us that everything was not an add on fee. I would tell others that on the assisted living side, it is all inclusive unless your family members want to eat in their room, if they do want to eat in their room, it is an addition [cost removed] charge. There is a nurse practitioner that checks on residents every Wednesday, and she has been rude and does not have a good bed side manner. She is also not very good with communication either. I do see a lot of turnover in the staff members, whenever they have new people the rules seem to change. I think they need to have more consistency so people know exactly what rules to follow. My loved one does say the food looks intuitional and he thinks they could benefit from adding their own personal touch on meals. We have a great working relationship with the memory care director right now and all of the caretakers are amazing at their job. Overall I think the facility is great, there have just been a couple of hiccups along the way

Our family had an in person tour and the facility is nice, the tour was fine but it just felt a little sterile. Also just to big for our loved one.

Brickmont of Acworth was a very nice facility that we liked a lot, it was our 2nd choice. We just felt the facility we chose had a bit more to offer than they did for the money.

The community is kept clean, we have had no problems with the staff they are friendly. Sometimes the people who handle the laundry service lose some of our loved ones clothes, but that is about the only issue we are having. We haven't been able to be there for meal time but by the sound of it are loved one is enjoying the meals. She is always participating in the activities they offer.

The staff at Brickmont Woodstock were very nice and helpful. Our main concern there was they were just very strict. And it seemed like they had very limited activities.

I was impressed with the community. The fee was to much for us and they weren't willing to negotiate with us.

We chose Brickmont of John's Creek because of the comprehensive level of care for the value. The pricing is all inclusive and everything has turned out to be as they said. They have not had the buses up and running for the activities, but It think they are getting that started again soon. We have been happy and would definitely recommend to others.

This is a really good value. My loved one really likes it here. The staff are great. I do feel like they could improve on the activities but I do know that some of it has been affected by covid and the changes.

Great place, but the food is discussing!!!! Definitely not getting what we are paying for.
