When I say the care is the best I mean I have never seen such compassion and love in any other place I have been it’s clean and the office staff when you walk in are so nice and knowledgeable on any questions I had I would definitely give known a 10 out of 10 if you need memory care you should check this one out!

Wow!! I have been to 7 different places and when I tell you this is the best out of them all so small and homely feeling great friendly informative office staff it’s so clean smells so good all the residents are well taken care off food smells a looks delicious if you are looking for a place I would highly recommend to come see known memory care! You won’t be disappointed

They are very friendly and open about their operation and very helpful with anything needed or requested. I would definitely recommend them.

I looked at many Memory Care facilities before choosing Known Memory Care for my 91 year old mother. She has been here for 2 months now and I am very pleased with the care she is receiving. The staff is caring and responsive to her needs. I can easily reach staff with any questions or concerns that I may have. The facility is very clean and secure. I have peace of mind that she cannot wander off.

My mom has only been at Chapters for just over a month. She is settling in nicely. The staff is very kind and patient. The facility is clean and there are always lots of activities for the residents.

I like that the staff are very caring for my parent. Best overall mix of staff and facilities.

I will give SRCV and overall excellent! It is affordable. The staff is awesome. Food is very good. Adding more activities all the time. .out of staff have been here long term that says volumes in my book. Excellent choice for me! I'm in independent living so I'm on my own but staff have helped with low blood sugars and 1 fall. I highly recommend this place! This is not home but it's a great alternative

They have redone everything inside it’s so nice smells good residents look happy and well taken care of pricing was right on point for what I needed the lady’s in the office when you first walk in so helpful and very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend.

Wickshire Canton is very family oriented. It's an environment that makes you feel at home. I would highly recommend Wickshire Canton to others!

Joined my dad and sister for the Thanksgiving meal. The food was amazing and you could feel the love in the room from the staff to the entertainment to the food - all was beautiful.

What I like the most about this community is I know that our loved one gets a bath, has clean clothes, has a clean bed and received good meals. I do not need to worry about him and he gets the medicine he needs.

Very very friendly and welcoming smells great very clean residents look happy and well taken care of lots of staff rooms are big and bathrooms are big nice size closets and all around a great place I would recommend to anyone looking for memory care to check this out!

Wow what a difference changing the front staff has made!! Always so warm and welcoming when you walk in so helpful and knowledgeable the lady who does the tour around the building so nice and answered all my questions I am definitely moving forward with moving my love one here you should come check it out!

Sunrise of Barrington is a lovely facility with a home-like atmosphere. For remembrance care, they do their best with their patients. All of their care is individualized.Sunrise of Barrington was able to accept my parent quickly and for less money than other facilities .

Wow what a difference in known from other places you walk in to to office people who are so friendly and nice always welcoming you when you walk in it’s clean smells good and is so open and airy wow I’m so happy at what I saw during my tour the lady that did my tour amazing so helpful and informative I give this a 10 star!

I’m so shocked how nice it is in known memory care it’s so homely and just a nice clean place staff are super friendly and nothing but helpful I would recommend this to anyone! Smells great residents are clean and happy 10/10

What a great place they got new management and it shows everyone in the front office is amazing! So friendly and welcoming I was so shocked I haven’t been in for like 5 months and what a difference all the residents look happy and clean and overall just amazing! ??
