Garden Plaza of Post Falls is a good facility for my loved one. My loved one really, really likes it over there. I give it a five - star rating overall and for all the subcategories, except for Care Services because she is independent living.

Westside Garden Plaza is a nice place. She is happy there. She is getting the care she needs at this facility. She is making friends. I am very pleased with how things are going. It has been a good experience.

I can't think of anything they can improve on. I would say just keep up on how welcomed they made us all feel and they went out of their way to do that. They remembered our names, and that always impresses me. It's a bright, cheery place. Everyone there seems happy and it is clean.

I just think that they have been doing a great job with the facility; they keep it clean and everybody is so nice and attentive to the residents living there. The food is great as well and my parents are happy there.

My mother could not be happier

I am immensely happy with them. It has taken a little while to get her t.v. mounted, but other than that they have been great. The staff is friendly. I have never had any bad food over there, and she seems to like it. They serve breakfast between 7-9, which is a little early for my loved one. It's a very well run site. I chose them because they fit her personality the best.

Everything is done so well here at Garden Plaza of Post Falls that I can't believe it. The only complaint I have (which I have found to be the case at most of these places) is that all the activities tend to be geared towards women. I wish they had some welding, carpentry, and other type activities geared towards men. Everything else is great. The food is very good, the staff are all very good, and everything else is really good.

They seem to be fine so far. The maintenance and upkeep is fine, I have had them fix a couple of things so far, and they took care of things right away, I don't have any complaints. There was a staff member that was rude, when it was brought to managements attention, they took care of it right away. When I was picking, I liked how friendly everyone was. I also really, liked the atrium, one is where the dining hall is, and they have high ceilings, and it's a nice place to sit and talk. I liked how cheerful it felt.

It's one of the few places that has 2 bedrooms available. It has the feel of living in a luxury hotel. It has a beautiful dining room, health club, and swimming pool. Its a nice balance. I would highly recommend this place.

They have been great. It's phenomenal, the people are great. The food just as good as the people, I have eaten there myself, and it's really good.

In 2010, my Mother moved into the Independent Living Facility at Garden Plaza of Aurora. My Mother, brother and sister have been extremely pleased with the quality of the facility, the professionalism of the staff, excellent entertainment and activity options available and the quality of the food. It has been important to us that my Mother was able to quickly get involved and find wonderful people and activities. In late 2014, my Mother had to move into the Assisted Living Facility at Garden Plaza of Aurora. The staff made this transition smooth and uneventful for my Mother and the family. The quality of the assistance to my Mother has been outstanding. We have no worries about her getting quality care or being safe and we receive feedback as necessary from the staff. The staff cares about the people living there. I find it a pleasure to visit with the staff whenever I am in the facility visiting my Mother. She has been able to continue with the activities and entertainment she got use to and is able to take occasional shopping trips with the other residents. My family and I recommend you take a look at Garden Plaza of Aurora if you are looking for an Independent or Assisted Living Facility for yourself or a family member.

The whole feeling of Garden Plaza was a resort type of feeling. They had waterfalls at the entrances and happy hour. Everything was relatively new, and nice. They had courtyards and gazebos, and concerts, and went on trips. They had chefs and barbecues, and good food. It was a really wonderful place with onsite laundry facilities, security, lounges with fireplaces, an indoor pool and billiards.

I visited several facilities before choosing Westside Garden for my mother. It is a beautiful facility. A very important factor, she was able to keep her pet. The staff are very helpful and accommodating to both my mom and her little dog. My mind is at ease knowing she is watched after daily. I only check 4 on activities as plenty are offered but she hasn't participated.

This is the third retirement home that I have lived in and it is by far the best. It is the friendliest place I have ever been. Everybody seems happy. That is what really stood out to me when I visited - that everyone here, both staff and residents, are very happy. It is a happy place instead of a grumpy place like some other places are.

My husband has stayed in 3 different facilities over the past few years for respite care (moderate Alzheimer's). Though the other two were good, Westside Garden Plaza stands head and shoulders above the others. The atmosphere of personalized care and compassion made my husband comfortable enough to socialize with other guests, which is not his style at all - he's a real loner. I would not hesitate to recommend Westside Garden Plaza. What a lovely place.

The facilities, activities, level of care and personnel are exceeding all of the family's expectations for a independent care facility. We would highly recommend Garden Plaza for not only the resident but for the family.

POSSIBLE OPTION - Clean and beautiful inside and out. 6-year-old building. Age in place through AL and skilled nursing. Two meals included. Nice new full kitchens and washer/dryer in unit. Beautifully appointed public spaces including library/computer lab, billiards room, numerous sitting areas with fireplaces, nice furniture. WiFi throughout building. Separate garage (with space for storage) for $50. Would need 2-bedroom unit. Balconies. Courtyard with nice gardens and little putting green. Drawback is apartment layout with no place for even small table and chairs and smaller seeming rooms (except for bigger kitchen). Half-hour drive from home in traffic. They are great there. They are clean and everyone is friendly. I think they are a pretty good value. They have plenty of activities. We haven't had any complaints. We like how quick they responded to us, and they really went above and beyond in helping us get set up.
