Brookdale

The atmosphere was warm and nice. The staff greeted me as I walked in the community. The community was very welcoming and felt like home. I enjoyed to smiling friendly faces of staff and residents as I toured the community. The aroma from the dining room was the delightful.

Warm kind people, well maintained, and many choices in the restaurant. She wanted a small space on the ground floor so she could keep her dog, which she has. She had a choice to move into a larger place, but decided to stick with a studio because of the location. She feels very much at home there.

Brookdale Pinnacle has been providing excellent care. My loved ones have said the Food is always good and the staff is always kind and friendly. Their care is always good even in my loved ones' opinions. The common areas are always clean and the private areas are cleaned regularly. Laundry is done weekly or done at times when they at meals when the residents are resistant.

If you can’t be at home, this is the best place to be!!! Everyone is so nice and tend to all my needs. I can’t ask for anything to be better. I would not hesitate in recommending Brookdale to anyone. It’s a very pleasant place to be!

I toured for my dad but unfortunately he passed before we made a move. I loved the facility, it was clean and full of life. I feel that my dad would have been very happy there. I could feel the love when I walked in the door!

Very welcoming and caring staff. Everyone has helped my mom to make the transition to her new home as smooth as possible.

I had 2 separate grandparents here at separate times, so I’ve been around and seen a lot. Both grandparents were very happy and loved by staff AND other residents! I believe it is, by far, the best assisted living in all of west Georgia!

Nice building, the staff is friendly and the residents said they enjoyed living there. I like the size of the one bedroom apartments. I like that the building has different activities options. I also like that they have a salad bar.

I visited Brookdale Carrollton and loved it! Everyone was so friendly and you could tell they really loved their residents.

Just look for yourselves... Brookdale is expensive but you get what you pay for... it's clean, the staff is permanent and the amenities are equal to or better than most. I'm also happy to recommend A Place for Mom and have many times Very helpful to cater your needs to your price point and all the options available at the different facilities

I would recommend to others. It was a great experience and I'm grateful for A Place for Mom and the many communities that responded with kindness and empathy during a stressful time. They are welcoming and supportive.

Small, quaint community with charm just like home. Our guide LaKia was amazing and very knowledgeable. The staff was warm and friendly. Residents seemed to be happy.

Residents & staff all kindly greeted us upon entering. They were sitting in the little seating area. The facility was clean, staff friendly, & we even met a dog named [Name Removed]! It truly is an amazing place.

I would give each category 5 stars, the staff/care, activities, food, cleanliness. Room size big enough for a sitting area and a bed, also has mini kitchen, the best part is it has its own shower.

The staff is well trained for Memory care. They are amazing in their care and kindness. Also the rooms are spacious, dining area inviting. Workers engaged with residents.

Watching the staff interact with the residents, not just my mom, they very caring and attentive. The memory care director has very intentional activities. Mom's care plan is individualized, not just a one size fits all plan. We are extremely happy with Brookdale Lake Brazos!

My meeting with John was great, he was very friendly, very caring, very compassionate, and willing to help any way he could. He was just an overall great guy.
