Brookdale

We needed a place that could care for her during certain time frames and Brookdale was able to accommodate those dates. Everyone was very kind to my mother and very helpful. She felt safe and cared for while she was there.

Many years ago, my great grandmother used to live at Brookdale First Colony. She loved the food and atmosphere. As a kid, I used to come all the time to see her almost every weekend. Years later, I'm grateful to be working for the same company and at the same community. I'm happy to be able to serve the residents here and the food and atmosphere is still amazing.

My daughter loved Brookdale Des Plaines and knew it would be the perfect place for me and she was right. Everyone has been so welcoming. The residents are very friendly and kind. The staff always goes above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend Brookdale!

When visiting and trying to find a place my Mom accepted to live at, the search was frustrating until Brookdale. Even 20 minutes everywhere else was all I could even spend there, so permanently was out of the question. When we walked into Brookdale I felt a comforting feeling and the staff were unlike anywhere else, they made us feel important and cheerful. My mom is happy and I’m at peace knowing she is at a place that always exceeds your even highest expectations .

Very helpful and friendly staff in all areas. . The food and dining atmosphere are both top notch.

We are very happy with Brookdale and the staff. I visit usually twice a week and Mom is always clean, staff always loving and nice and professional. Staff keeps residents busy with different activities and seem very attentive to each and every one of them. Facility is always neat n clean and decorated for every holiday and occasion.

I love it here at Brookdale Fort Smith. Everyone is SO friendly here. I love it here. I have a studio apartment, so my room size is kind of small.

My husband was staying at the facility for a month while I was out of the country. I didn’t worry about him at all, because I knew he had been taking care of all times. Thumbs up staying. Thanks all the staff and professionals, nurses and workers at this facility.

We gave the cleanliness a 3, however they were in the middle of remodeling. I did not observe the activities. The little costs added up quickly. I would prefer an all-inclusive cost. I would recommend Brookdale Santa Barbara to other families based on the experience we have had

I would recommend to others. Meals were exceptional. We were attracted to them because of high ratings. Availability immediate. They called me after Place for Mom let them know I was looking. Willing to do hospice. Very convenient location. Small size of community.

As far as Brookdale it is close to my house and my mom's doctors. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, professional and caring. Also, the rooms are a good size. I would recommend the facility.

We had a pleasant tour, the residents were happy and encourage. They all served to like their Brookdale home.

Brookdale was great! The staff, facility and meals are exceptional. The only issue we had was that night staffing did not have ability to lift and move him when needed. The room and amenities were fine, dimensions were small and awkward but very generous closet space and kitchenette, and decent sized bathroom.

Excellent Facility

We love the fact that our mom can walk outside anything around the grounds. The staff here has been very approachable and helpful! We feel very content having mom here.

My sister moved into Brookdale about a year ago and it has been a lifesaver. She is safe, well fed, happy, and it's a great place for me to visit and play games with her. The staff is so courteous and professional and they keep a very clean and vibrant environment. I couldn't recommend Brookdale Chenal more!!

I have learned that one can negotiate with extra perks such as 3 meals instead of 2 or having a permanent discount on the monthly payment. Are you a veteran always helps. Waiting for special offers at times of the year Some places have license where you can stay in your place for home health care Also if a family member needs to stay overnight some may not allow. And some may or may not allow pets.

They are very helpful and friendly here at Brookdale Adrian! From the food and all of the jokes that everyone tells, it feels like home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a senior living community.
