Overall, our experience was good.

The facility is clean. My loved one is loving the meals! The communication has been good. They are always prompt to contact me if anything happens

My loved one has been taken very good care of and they are very nice to him. Rehab therapy has been very good and he has regained some strength. The nurses are very nice to him and meeting his needs. Oh my gosh, the staff are so nice. The facility is clean, it is very nice. My loved one doesn't like the food. Communication has been good. I ask, and I get information right away.

The people at Benedictine are really friendly. Lots of attentive folks. There are a few issues with communication. One of the employees, in particular, goes above and beyond with the extra time and heart he puts into his job. I would like to see more nutritious whole foods. Less processed food with food coloring.

Initially, we had a few issues with our loved ones stay, but they all have been taken care of and our overall experience is good.

Rehab therapy kept my loved one busy and active. Some of the nurses were really good and some a little slower. The staff during the week was good but they were short staffed on the weekends. The staff was friendly. The cleanliness was good. The meals were fair to good. I would recommend the food. Communication was not so good

My loved one likes all the nurses he interacted with. The food was terrible.

I have been with my loved one other places, and the rehab therapists seem to be on top of what they are doing and using some innovative alternatives. There is a lack of communication between nurses, a lack of consistency, and a lack of communication with me. Shift to shift, communication gets lost. Residents need a family member to advocate for them in the system. I put signs up around the room because I cannot be sure they will be consistent in how they care for her. The staff are all very nice and pleasant. The cleanliness is good. I think the food is horrible. Their nutrition program is terrible. They have a brunch and dinner and a small continental breakfast that is all carbohydrates and not protein choices. This does not work for her medical needs. They need great improvements in dinning choices and options. They need more choices in flavors of supplements. I push to make it clear and that they need to call about dressing changes and other care. They did set up a care conference.

Some of the staff weren't as thoughtful as could they could be. Most of the staff are very friendly, some act like they are doing you a favor. The social workers are wonderful and helpful. The food is good.

It was a good experience.

Everything is well for my brother with his move to this community. His being cared for very well, and I'am pleased with all they have done for our family. This is a nice facility.

This a nice community, and our tour of it went well. From what we were shown the community was nice, and tidy. The staff we met was pleasant, and our questions were answered overall. It was a nice experience, but we did find another community that suited our needs better.

I found the atmosphere to be warm and friendly. The apartments we looked at were average size but very nice. Rent prices seem a little high, but I have not looked at many other places yet.

Easy transition. The room was clean and ready to go. Some confusion about the services still an ongoing issue with my mother-in-law but that may be her understanding. Food is excellent.

I am satisfied overall with Cerenity Residence. It is a clean, well kept place, the staff are friendly, and they take good care of the people who live here. They've lived up to all my expectations, and we haven't had any specific issues with the care.

My visit last week went well. I thought the rooms were nice & large. Common areas were pleasant & not too big. Prices seemed better than the other places I have checked.

Positives: good cost, nice facilities, apartment spacious. Negatives: Mom and Dad didn't feel good about it - not as open and 'lively' as others.

Steeple Pointe is a wonderful place. The staff are very friendly and call everyone by name. There are only about 55 apartments, so it's not huge and hard to navigate. It is right on Osseo's main street, so it has a small town feel. My only complaint is, and this is partly caused by the fact it is a small place, is the residents don't seem to participate in the activities. There aren't a lot of activities either.

Very homey environment. Small scale in a nice community.

I toured Madonna Towers while looking for a community for my loved one. I know that they seem to have a good reputation, but I did not think they would be willing to take pets, and my loved one cannot bear to be parted from their pet.
