My dad has lived here for 3+ years. He feels safe and we his family appreciate the staff. They were caring and helpful.

My mother started on the independent side and then moved to the assisted for my dad needed the extra care. At first, she was apprehensive but before long she began to feel at home. She feels respected and well cared for. The staff is caring and kind!

We chose this community for my dad because we've heard great things about it. And he is doing so well here there are activities that he may start to join the more he settles in. He has a little patio in his room so when it cools down can enjoy it. The caregivers are friendly and responsive to his needs. He loves going down to eat his meals with everyone. The place stays nice and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a safe and loving home.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. We did like the staff who were attentive and able to assist us with the questions that we had. The dining area was very dark and my mom was not comfortable. We were able to have a meal and it was good. This is a nice community and we would recommend that families tour the community for the care of a loved one.

Dad is doing well at this community. He likes the food and participates in some of the daily activities. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. The staff have been encouraging and we have good communication with them. This community is in a good location for us and I would recommend it.

We are really pleased with my mom's move into Aspen Ridge Retirement Residence. The food is very good, she likes the selections that they offer. Chef Mike comes out of the kitchen to talk with the residents and to get their input on the menus. He tries to provide foods that compliment all dietary needs, desserts for diabetics is a real plus! There are plenty of activities for the residents to participate in. They have a beautiful lobby with comfortable couches and a piano in it that frequently has someone playing it for the residents. My mom's room has a balcony with a view of a beautiful courtyard where they also hold events. They allow pets here and have a place to walk their dogs. Although my mom does not have her own pet she loves meeting and interacting with the pets and their owners. We highly recommend Aspen Ridge Retirement Residence.

They offer some daily activities including bingo and a spiritual service in the mornings. Mom enjoys the food and she has made some friends. The residents are nice and this is a comfortable community. The community is clean and well maintained. The staff are efficient. I would recommend this community.

My mom is doing great at this community. I hear she is participating in lots of activities that are available for all the residents. The community has been good to my mom. The staff are awesome and wonderful with the care and helpfulness. The resident are nice and she likes the the people who are at the community.

The care at this community. I like the staff and they are taking good care of my brother and that makes me very happy. The community is clean and always is nice to enjoy. My brother does like the menu and the large variety. The community has activities and he is liking that he is able to walk out doors with other residents .I would highly recommend this for the excellent price and care for other families.

This is not far from another Brookdale. [Removed], the sales person, did a good job showing us around. We thought it was bigger and nothing was wrong, it was fine . We didn't feel the connection with the community.

I am hospice volunteer who visits their community regularly. I have seen a dedication to the people living here and a professionalism that deeply impresses me. It is a pleasure and an honor to visit here.

This is a nice community and we like the staff that are always very caring and helpful to my father's needs. He is please with the good variety of healthy meals. They do offer him a good varierty of activities to participate with the other residents. We would highly recommend this community for the good care and the value that is received for other families.

My mother-in-law is very happy at Brookdale Cheyenne. It's very clean, smells nice and the staff is very friendly. She's getting involved in activities and making new friends. We chose this community because we felt it was a good fit for her and it was close to home.

I have to say the day and night staff at this community have been absolutely wonderful. They treat her just like family and are very patient with her especially with her memory loss that she experiences. I can tell she is really liking the meals they serve she has had no complaints and has been gaining healthy weight from the nutrition. The only complaint I have is the grave yard shift does not seem to be helping keep my mother clean with her hygiene as much as they should be. I hope to they could work on being more attentive to her in the middle of the night

I like the care at this community for my mom. The staff is outstanding. and the community is clean and always. The meals are appealing, but a few changes are needed. The activities ae very helpful for her. We like this community and are very happy to see her here. We would recommend this community to other families for great care and value.

I have really enjoyed watching the staff interact and care for the residents. We visit some residents who are part of our church and every time we are there we see the genuine care that the staff has for the residents. It's extremely refreshing to see the kind and attentive interaction that takes place here. I highly recommend it!

My dad is doing great in the community we picked. It is in a closer location and they are taking good care of him. The staff and place has been great and my dad is happy with the activities and meals. Everything is enjoyable for him. The chef makes great tasting meals. The staff and residents are always nice. He is getting good care here being at this community.

I am very happy with everything this community has been providing my loved one. All of the staff have been extremely friendly and have provided excellent quality of care to my mother. She has not been doing so well lately with her health so it gives me a great peace of mind to know she is in good hands. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking into assisted living.

The Brookdale Rio Rancho is a very clean and organized community. My mother in law goes on outings, they went to the movies the other day. They had a Christmas dinner as well, and the food served was very good. Overall it has been a good experience.
