The staff are quick to respond when my mom needs assistance. They are attentive and we have good communication with them. I was impressed with the entire staff when we first came to this community. They all came up to us said hi and introduced themselves. They have a lot of independent residents that mom can interact with. The food is good and they keep the community clean. They offer daily activities that she enjoys participating in.

My friend needs series of thing that I was unaware of. All her money goes to rent and care charges. I am trying to get supplements for medications thru VA benefits. She needs more service than they really assessed her for. She gets help with her bath and help when she is confused and give her medications. She is eating good meals and not complaining. We picked this community because it was the first place that had a room available.

This is a nice community for families. they need minor updates in the facility. The meals are good and a nice variety. They have activities that are offered, but he is not wanting participate at this time. I would recommend this community for a good value with good care for others.

Wonderful environment, happy residents, great and compassionate staff. We are very heartbroken that they couldn't help in our situation. Hard to find anything that compares to the level of this facility. If they ever build a memory unit we would move our loved one in a heartbeat.

My mom is doing good at this community. It is a suitable, clean place and she is doing well with the staff. My mom is happy with the environment. I think everything is great and the finance part was easy. This is a great community.

My dad is still adjusting to living at Brookdale South Hill. The staff are very friendly & professional. They try hard to make him feel comfortable. The food is good and they offer a lot of activities for the residents to enjoy.

I'am doing very well here at this community. Everything has worked out very well for me. The staff is great, they have been very helpful. There are nice activities offered through out the week. They serve very nice meals, the food is very good. The is a lovely community, everybody has been very welcoming. I would highly recommend this community, they are taking good care of me.

Mom is very happy since moving into this community. I have not yet tried the food but mom seems to like it. They offer plenty of activities but she is not yet participating in many. The community is clean and I would recommend it to family and friends. The staff is friendly, helpful, cooperative and address concerns on the spot.

I have my mom at The Oaks at Lebanon and she's doing wonderful. The community is very clean, there are activities such as shopping and listen to music. The meals are very great and I like the fine dining experience. I really enjoy the staff that goes over and beyond for my mom. I definitely would recommend this place because they are friendly, hard-working, and clean.

Our experience with Brookdale Cheyenne has been a very positive one, so far. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they over a very personalized service to each resident. I was also very appreciative what a big help they were throughout the whole touring and move-in process. It's just a very nice place overall.

Dad moved into Gilman Park a couple of months ago and it has been a great experience. he is very happy there and as long as he's happy I'm happy. The staff have been great and I was just telling a friend about the place.

Well I have been really pleased with what I have seen so far from The Oaks at Lebanon. The food at the facility is really good and all of the staff members working are friendly, and that's about all I can think of.

They sent my loved one to the furthest hospital possible, and it was inexplicable why the did not send him to the closest one. Other than that though, everyone there was really great and they tried their best to help.

As an over five year customer, first two seniors and now just one in the memory care unit, I cannot express more just how well well our family has been treated. During a recent hospital stay the memory care director came of his own dedication to his resident to visit, follow up and plan for post hospital care. Other staffers have treated our family member as part of their special family.

I like a lot about Mountain Ridge. I like the professional way they do everything. I appreciate the kindness. I have had a couple of issues and have taken it to them. They explain why it happens and I appreciate that. Their staff is limited but I appreciate the personal care they give her. I've eat there several times and the food is really good. They have LDS services so I can take her to church. The facility is spotless. We checked out three places before we had to admit her and this facilities value is comparable. The activities have just been outstanding. I really do appreciate that.

The thing I like the most is the friendliness of the staff. I like the comfort level they provide. They are very friendly.

This place was more subdued than 1 of the places we chose. IT was the vibe of the atmosphere.

Overall, we have been very pleased with the facility. I definitely give it a five-star rating I think we can probably just leave it at that, we have been very pleased with the whole experience at Mountain Ridge.

The experience was, when we got there, they were very, very friendly and they got to find out my dad's needs and all he needed and we got to get to know all the people there. Overall it is a nice place.
