Avamere

Excellent facility and Excellent staff. Very low turnover rate. A number of different sized apartment options. Lots of activities. Great food and servers are always great.

My mom moved into memory care from assisted living after 4 months, so the activities there are a lot less than assisted living, which is understandable. Overall, I've been please with Avamere. They do a good job and I would and do recommend them to people.

The Ovation Sienna Hills community is expensive but overall it is quite nice. The staff members there are very friendly and they do a good job keeping things very clean.

This one was the perfect option for what we needed and had availability. I would recommend to others.

The staff seems to like working for the people at the facility. Its not just a job for them. We picked this community because of the location and staff.

My mom was a resident at Avamere at Sherwood. They have the staff to care for all of their residents, the staff would come in on their own to sit and visit with my mom. The staff always explained what they were doing so that mom would know. I can't express how much the staff from administration to chefs, to caregivers etc.. take pride in their care for each individual here at this facility. These wonderful people are saints brought here to help people as they move forward towards their goals and new journeys. I can't express enough how grateful I am to have had them in my mom's life. They were wonderful.

Avamere has a very pleasant atmosphere.The staff is Superior. The dining room has delicious meals ~special choices are always available along with the "chef's special" every meal.The rooms are very comfortable. Activities are most enjoyable ~especially the sign language classes taught by [name removed]~ Avamere is a very delightful place to be living.

They go out of their way to help you. Everyone, employees and occupants are very friendly. We picked this community, because of everything they offered, activities, and restaurants etc.

I would recommend to other families. We picked this community because of the staff. The experience has been seamless.

My mother is currently a resident at Avamere at Cheyenne. In the beginning, I would have rated this facility at a 1. But I worked with corporate and now it's a 5. The biggest thing is to just make sure that when they do an evaluation that they give you the actual price it will be and to not let them try and change things once you get there in person. People actually lost their jobs for what they did, so I believe that it will not happen again. Other than that, things are positive for my mother at Avamere at Cheyenne.

I have worked in the industry for 7-8 years. I have visited every community in St George and by far this is the best. Ovation is doing a great job! This community is beautiful and well ran! I am impressed on how kind the staff are and how they acknowledge each resident! Keep it up Ovation you’re doing great things!

I love living here. The people and the staff are like family to me and I'm treated so well here but the food is not my favorite. Overall I feel like it's home and I hope to be here for a very long time. Yes I would recommend Ovation Sienna Hills community to other families, I'm happy here.

It's a beautiful place. The staff is very friendly. The dining staff address her by name and now that they know her preferences they work to accommodate them. I'm very impressed. My family and loved one have had a great experience with Ovation Sienna Hills. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. The residents and staff are all friendly towards the residents and visitors. There are activities and meals to assist with socialization of the residents. This is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

My wife and I are currently residents at Ovation Sienna Hills. The facility is new, clean, and bright. From the first day, the staff were calling us by name, which made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend Ovation Sienna Hills for anyone.

I was reading past reviews on Avamere in Newport Or. and could not believe what I was reading , our experience at Avamere Rehabilitation center was by far the best care , they had compassion, physical therapy was top notch , very considerate, hard work staff , really great food , I even was allowed guest tray to enjoy a meal with My adopted mother who was recently there and was there over a month , she was always treated with respect , even activity’s lady was able to get her to have fun playing bingo and other activities with other residents , they all were friendly and I heard no complaints from staff of residents , to do it all again Avamere would always be our first choice My 88 year old adopted mother misses being there , so if you read negative reviews from past, give them a chance you won’t be disappointed, Ina Tatum & Tracy Bjornsen

I'm currently a resident at Avamere at Seaside. Everything has been great for me here at this facility, other than the food, which I would still say is good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff is very friendly and caring. They have been able to answer our questions and help us get all care organized. The food is good and there are stable options if something doesn't appeal to my grandma that day. There are a variety of activities and the facility is well kept. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend Gilman Park to other families.

The tour experience was good, A Place for Mom made it nice and easy. Ovation Sienna Hills was a very nice and newer facility. Unfortunate it was way out of my price range and felt more like a hotel, we were looking for someplace more home like. No handicapped observed, so seemed like it was a place for higher functioning richer people.

We toured Ovation Sienna Hills and the facility is beautiful! The cleanliness was great. The friendliness was great. The staff was also great! However, it's very expensive.
