We are extremely happy with our parents care at Avamere at Cheyenne.

Overall 5 on everything. They are good at communication and returning calls if there are questions. They promptly respond to our loved one when he needs help or extra assistance. The place is a bit outdated, but the new owners have been actively updating the facility. Great to see.

Living at Avamere Sherwood Oregon is a very friendly and home to me and many other. It's a wonderful place to live. Have been living here for about a year and its a wonderful place always friendly and very caring and loving service. The food is wonderful.

My dad passed away in December, but Avamere at Cheyenne was so helpful. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about Medicare. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Been here since Jan. 24 and did not expect to be so impressed with the facility. Staff r always froiendly and concerned and enough activities to keep as busy as u want to be. What I also didn’t expect was how quickly I would come to feel like a member of a family. We love to laugh and find all occasions to do so! Ovation Sienna Hills is a clean, modern facility. Friendly staff. It was actually more expensive than others.

My father and I visited a number of places and settled on the one that is the furthest from me. Avamere of Cheyenne has restaurant dining! We love it, family are invited to eat with their loved one for a small price but the Friday BBQ lunch is free for everyone. There is at least 6 activities a day which is another reason my dad and I decided on Avamere. I personally love the director he has a heart for the older generation and knows how to hire the right people to help make life fun. I thank God for [name removed], she encouraged me to look at Avamere and I am so grateful to her. My dad has been in Avamere for a few months now and he is definitely doing better than at home. I should give a shout out to the activities and medical departments, BRAVO! I am so grateful to everyone involved in making my Dad, [name removed] life enjoyable.

I have had a good experience at the Stafford. I would recommend it others. The extensive remodeling is complete and it looks nice. The staff is great, the food is good with lots of options and variety. The musical activities are what I enjoy most. They have a pianist come in at least once a week to play for us, and often have other musical entertainment as well. In the summer they have a monthly Party on the Patio with a theme dinner and a band. The residents are fun and interesting. They have lots of activities here and Happy Hour in the pub twice a week. It is expensive but I like that it is not a "buy in" and that at my age I can just rent on a monthly basis.

We have been extremely happy with everything! I would want others to know that it is just an awesome place. The staff is excellent and they really make the residents feel welcome and part of a community.

All of the staff at Avamere at Cheyenne have been helpful, kind and considerate. They have many great choices of amenities offered for the residents. Great choices for different room sizes as well. I highly recommend Avamere Cheyenne to others.

They were truly the very best. They were always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. They were also good about keeping me informed about Dad's status. My dad just passed [date removed]. Several of the staff came by to say good bye to him. Some even had tears. So comforting to know they cared for him. Very compassionate people. I have no regrets moving my parents into this facility. Mom passed [date removed]. She was in a lot of pain, but they were so good to her. I have such peace knowing they were well cared for in their last months.

The towns of St George and adjacent Washington are growing very rapidly. There are still a lot of nice apartments and small town house accommodations available at what seem reasonable prices..Nice view of Pine Valley Mountains

From the moment of first contact, [name removed] was absolutely amazing in sending me everything that I needed. Following up most appropriately. And providing other suggested resources to help. She coordinated everything with the facility my mother was coming from in another state and kept me updated throughout. The entire staff was most gracious and amazing before, during, and after my mother's transfer to Avamere. The facility is always exceptionally clean and my mother is well looked after and cared for.

I would recommend it. It is a very nice place. The staff has been very good to work with and all seem to know my mom. Call her by name and have always contacted me with concerns.

I moved my parents into 2 br/2 bath apartment which is super spacious and good value for the money. All the staff at Avamere go out of their way to be helpful and more than accomodating. Even when I have been stressed and snippy, the staff understands and always is there to ease my concerns. My parents have lived there a month now. Avamere's one bus has been broken down since they moved in. My parents are lucky because they have us to shuttle them to any doctor appts but the excursions to gaming or store have canceled so this has to be hard on many who do not have family nearby. My parents think the food is good and it's nice they can eat anytime up to 7pm.

My mom loves it there and is happier with more friends. Everyone is friendly and genuinely caring! Plenty of activities offered. Apartments are average size. Walk in closet, small kitchen area.

All 5 stars for Avamere at Cheyenne! The value for the money is great as well as the kindness of everybody there. Those were the main reasons we chose this facility over others we looked at.

We are very pleased with Avamere! The employees are friendly, kind and caring! Although we looked at newer facilities, we found Avamere to have a warmer, home-like atmosphere. The residence spaces are private and roomy. We are particularly pleased with the wonderful staff. Everyone we have encountered has been so friendly and helpful. They are very kind, caring and patient with the residents and us if we had questions. Mother is much more active and seems to know most everyone she sees. She was not very pleased to make the move, but she has settled in and is happy and comfortable with her new routine.

I would highly recommend this facility. The entire staff is extremely friendly, making living here a good experience. It's amazing how friendly everyone is.
