Atria

I was given a tour of the facility by [name removed]. I got to see residents interacting with staff—they looked cared for and content. We talked about the memory care program and how they handle certain scenarios. I was grateful for information given and how it was presented. I felt comfortable enough to ask my questions, thank you.

My Sister was unexpectedly hospitalized, and we needed to find out what options were available. My niece and I met with the Sales Director, [name removed]. We knew nothing about Assisted Living and she took us through step by step the differences between Independent Living, Assisted Living and Nursing Home Care. They did not have any apartments available, but several residents graciously allowed us to view their home. Several of the staff stopped to say hello. The building was extremely clean and welcoming. Really high ceilings and windows. At the end of the tour, [name removed] called other facilities and got their availability and cost. It made it so much easier for us to have this information. At the end of the meeting, [name removed] sent us home with freshly baked pie. If the pie is any indication of their food quality, the residents are a very lucky. It is our hope my sister will be able to come here.

Friendliness is a standout quality. I was pleased to learn that residents can stay in same room throughout the different stages, from independent living through hospice. A very caring atmosphere.

I love it here. More or less I can what I can do. I have a lot of friends here and very active. I love the happy hour and dancing and music every Wednesdays. I have a bestfriend here when I just moved in. The staff are very friendly too.

I honestly couldn't say enough about the entire Atria. The staff is so kind and warm. The facility is beautiful. The activities cover the body, mind, and soul. I honestly feel grateful my mom is at Atria.

Our loved one is currently a resident at Atria Forest Hills and most everything has been great for her so far at this facility. The cleanliness is great. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They're also very efficient. Most of the residents feel that the food is not good. I would hope they can improve that because everyone looks forward to a good meal. My loved one does not participate in the activities, so I can't rate those. I think that the value for cost is pretty good. Overall, we are happy with Atria Forest Hills and grateful for the care that our loved one receives.

What an amazing experience we had. The team and all the staff are caring intelligent individuals that truly want to help. Cant say enough great things about them. If you are in need of a place for mom or dad call them.

Longmeadow Place is a place to be well taken care of. There are so many activities that you can either participate in or not. The staff is very caring and efficient. My husband and I know that we made the right choice. We are very content here.

I have no complaints with any of these 7 comments. Thanks so much for the great luncheon and Birthday party l was given. Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful. The Atria Chandler staff does Great Work.

We recently helped our Uncle move into Atria Longmeadow and so glad we did! It is probably the happiest and most balanced we have seen him in the last 7 years. It’s like we’re seeing him reverse age just by being there. All the elements that they have, including social activities (including family if you’re so inclined), exercising, restaurant style eating, etc. are great. They only pale in comparison to the staff who are tremendous. They know all the residents and even their families. One thing I looked for when I was doing my research was that the residents were happy. I can see now why I saw so many smiles when I first visited because my uncle has one of the biggest ones there now!

My mom has lived at Atria Hacienda for over a year and she couldn't be happier. There are many activities for her to do, it's almost like being on a cruise ship. We often visit and have dinner with her, the food is great!

I recently visited Atria Forest Hills, and I was pleasantly pleased with the visit. I had contacted many other residences but this was my first visit to a senior residence. Other places that I contacted were professional and businesslike, however, [name removed], who I believe is one of the Directors, was friendly and welcoming. The residence is clean and attractive and the residents were friendly and looked well. Most seemed happy. One resident had a happy dog with her. The dining room offers three different times to choose for meals, and there also is a cafe, a beauty shop, a gym and a movie theater plus an activity sheet of daily activities. You will not be bored. There are places to sit outside as well. The furnished apartments I was shown were attractive and comfortable, although there was no bathtub. Everything is clean, organized and modern. You can visit for a short stay of 30 days to try it out. Pretty good for a first visit.

I had a very enjoyable visit to Atria Forest Hills last week. I've been looking at various Assisted Living facilities in order to make a plan for what I (age 75) would do if I were no longer able to live independently. Atria Forest Hills looks to me like an excellent choice: spacious, well maintained, easy to navigate. Their activities and menus are appealing. Their costs appear to be manageable for my future budget. I met a bunch of staff members, who could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Although I didn't speak directly to any of the residents, the ones I saw looked to me like they were doing just fine. I can easily imagine myself moving in here someday if the need arises.

Moved my mom to Atria Bay Spring -she's been there for a few weeks, already feels very comfortable and is really enjoying the staff and residents. Everyone is friendly and the food is great! As a family, we are very pleased with how things are working out.

Oh my! The Atria is beautiful- just like a real home for my Mom! [name removed] guided me through the process and was so loving and caring to my family! I feel like [name removed] is part of my family. She is such an asset to The Atria. She carries herself so well and has a beautiful appearance and personality! Thankyou so much for all the care you gave us during this difficult transition. We love you!

I was impressed with everything at your facility. They were playing cornhole in the main area, a game that would be good for my mother. I really enjoyed your Kew Gardens tour and was most impressed with [name removed], your sales rep. I've been in sales for 20+ years and know the difference between caring and just making a sale. Before showing rooms, [name removed] sat and asked about our goals and what was most important, which I appreciated. I voted for Atria; however, was out voted by my brother and father as Sunrise Mill Basin is much closer to Rockaway beach, hence, easier for my father, who visits every day! I will certainly keep Atria (KG) in mind as I'm a CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) and in position to refer you clients.

We live out of State but visit [name removed] whenever we can. When she first moved here she was living alone and isolated, especially after Covid. She is very happy here, has many friends and is very active. The building is ALWAYS clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Atria was the best choice for my Mom. She was living alone, was depressed and not eating well. Now she is now at Atria where they have attentive staff, great food and activities. She wishes she would have moved sooner.

My friend has lived at Atria for a few years and loves it. Everyone knows her, shes made great friends and enjoys staying active. Having the Joslyn Senior Center in their backyard is a big plus, with more activities than you know what to do with.

[name removed] gave me a wonderful tour and answered all my questions! I have just been here 6 days but loving it very much! I have attended a sit-and-fit class and a church service. I expect to attend more activities as I get settled in. Thank you for a wonderful new home!
