The staff that I have come into contact are very friendly, helpful, and polite. My mom enjoys the breakfast. Many times she does not go down for lunch. She says that the lunch just isn't as good. If you were to ask what is one thing that she would like to have there is a dog park. She really is happy at Atria.

Atria is amazing. as to the facility, the room is very spacious, which, by itself, would almost justify its price. Then, when you include all the wonderful food and activities they provide for the residents, it's really just a great operation. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Like, truly exceptionally. Whatever screening process they are using to hire employees is definitely a good one. Every person I've spoken to here, no matter their job, has been so friendly it almost makes you wonder if this is all on hidden camera or something. everyone's been great. I would also add that in addition to the staff, the other residents here are all extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone is so kind. It's a really great environment.

I am a recent resident to Atria Campana Del Rio and I couldn't be happier! After several health scares, my daughter and I were looking for a safe place for me to move to. Atria was looked at first and the other communities couldn't compare. They have great security in place to keep you safe, assisted living and independent living options, awesome and friendly staff, lots of daily activities, and restaurant-style meals provided. The Community Sales Director [name removed] went above and beyond to facilitate a very smooth and timely move in. I feel so welcome here!

My dad moved in almost a year ago with special needs and the staff really goes out of their way to accommodate him. All the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean facility and the restaurant has good food. Rooms are easy access for wheelchairs and the hallways are really wide. They frequently have live music and events for the residents. I recommend this place.

I would happily give all of those categories a 5. Their staff to patient ratio is terrific and all the staff if extremely caring and attentive. When a room became available it was their most expensive suite at $[removed] but they did give me two months free as a signing bonus. Sadly my husband does not have long term insurance so this is taking a big chunk out of our monthly income

After living at Atria at The Arboretum for about two months I can say I really enjoy living here! The building is warm and welcoming with beautiful fresh flowers every day. I love the view to the Hill Country I can enjoy from The food is plentiful and delicious and they offer lots ofk activities for the body and the mind But to me, the people that work and live here are the most important reason I enjoy living in this wonderful place. The employees are warm and ready to answer questions 24/7 Regarding the residents, I can only say that after just two months of moving to Atria I already made friends! Atria is a very nice place to live in after retirement! Thank you Atria at The Arboretum!

The staff is unparalleled in their sincerity, commitment, and caring for each and every one of the residents and their families. They go the extra mile and are always there for you no matter what the situation. Every single person from General Manager to the janitorial are the top. Excellence is who they are and we deeply appreciate them for taking such good care of our parents!

Coming into Atria Del Rey you’re always greeted by a friendly smile even when walking down the hallway. The office staff has an open door policy and always willing to help with any questions you may have. The interaction I see between staff and residents are as if they’re family. They truly care and respect their residents. With regards to any issues that may arise, communication is big factor. Atria will work with the residents and family to accommodate what is best for everyone. With that being said it is a place I would recommend for your loved one.

Everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. They were available to answer every question that we had and were super accommodating. Everyone - director, sales, business, wait staff, maintenance, front desk, and aides! The place is beautiful and feels like an apartment, not a nursing home. My parents were welcomed so warmly on move in day. Staff treats family members as part of the community. Thankful, that my parents have funds to afford this wonderful place!

This was the friendliest place we visited. Residents talked to us, asked about our interests, and we're engaged with people.

The Atria staff are very accommodating - attentive to our needs - their manner of grace, caring, love and support of us - treated with dignity and respect - and provided creative solutions to whatever we needed.

My Dad is a resident of Atria Cranford. He speaks highly of the friendly and cooperative staff. We had an excellent experience with the salespeople at Atria. Also it has been easy to set up rides for my Dad to get to his appointments. I love knowing that if he falls, there are staff there to help him.

I am so pleased that my mother and our family found our way to Atria Forest Hills at a moment when my mom, now in her 90s, welcomed a change from a lifetime of household responsibilities. At Atria, my mom found a gracious home among a talented, caring staff and like-minded residents.

I am writing this review to express my profound appreciation for the outstanding care and service provided by the staff at Atria Covell Gardens Assisted Living. My mother has been a resident since late November 2023, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The entire team, from the front desk to the caregivers, med techs, maintenance, house keeping and dining room staff, have all been incredibly helpful. They have eased her transition from Southern California, going above and beyond to ensure she feels welcome, comfortable, and happy in her new home. What stands out is the extra love and care given to her during the busy holiday season. The peace of mind I have, knowing she is in good hands and safe, is immeasurable. The staff at Atria Covell Gardens have truly made a difference in her life, and mine as well. I highly recommend Atria Covell Garden!

I am providing a 5 Star Rating for [name removed], the Director of Memory Care at Coterie. Having a close dear friend diagnosed with dementia is very difficult and emotional. After looking at residences for her in the East Bay and S.F. we placed her at Coterie, SF. After making the decision to place our friend at Coterie, SF, Christina is a key reason we are so comfortable with her being there. She is on top of issues, an excellent communicator, compassionate, and passionate about the residents in her care. She is very accessible, and really knows her residents, with their best interests at heart. She is the reason I am so comfortable with our friend being at Coterie.

The Coterie provides nurturing and thoughtful care and support to every memory resident. My mother resided at two memory care facilities before we learned about The Coterie. What a blessing it was to discover such a remarkable place! My mother felt right at home and so did I! The caring and professional staff quickly learn the abilities and limitations of each resident, and work to enhance their experience through engaging activities and crafts, song and dance, and live music. The food is excellent, and meals are frequently accompanied by live music. The staff are vigilant and caring. My mother has been a fortunate resident for about 14-months. I’d also like to acknowledge that The Coterie’s Memory Floor Director, [name removed]., has much to do with the Memory Care floor’s success. She is responsive and supportive to the residents and families. She sets high standards for her staff, but always manages to inject humor and compassion in everything she does.

I would definitely recommend this facility. The staff are warm and friendly. Communication is managed well by email or phone call. Staff do their best to personalize care. Staff are approachable during family visits. The direct staff demonstrates a genuine interest in connecting with patients and family.

I looked at the facility for a friends mother who was in need of a quick move. She was in a rehabilitation facility and was getting discharged but could not go home alone. They staff was amazing and worked hard to make it happen in such a short time. Loved that we chose Atria!

We chose Atria Bethlehem because the facility just had a very comfortable feeling. Upon entering the front door, you see activity going on. The care level costs jack up the total cost and seem high.

We are very satisfied with atria and how they are taking care of my stepdad. They communicate well and I love that they have an app for me to see what's going on everyday, the place is clean and the caretakers work very hard
