My brother started off as independent living but within two months they identified that [name removed] needed some assistance. We upgraded his care . They were on top of his medical conditions and gave excellent support.

We are happy we found a place where my 92-yr old Mom can be safe, have healthy meals, medicines given, social interaction, ATRIA BUS to take her places, caring staff. Have recommended ATRIA PARK, Temecula to many people. Only downside is that it is expensive & the price keeps going up.

Very family orientated facility friendly and absolutely comfy and beautiful. Director [name removed] was beyond my expectation knowledgeable encouraging helpful and felt like family talking to each other

I would give a 5 on all categories. I feel very good about dad living there. Everyone is so caring for the residents, and they really try to get to know them personally.

My mom is 96, and my dad recently passed. My wife and I toured several Assisted Living Centers and decided on Atria in Plainview. The facility was clean, well staffed and had a warm feeling. The person who showed us around was terrific. She explained everything and was very patient. We followed that up with taking my mom to see the facility, and had the same experience. Unfortunately, after originally saying she would like to move here, my mom changed her mind and, for now, decided to live at home. Another person, who was very kind, offered wise words to try and convince my mother to try it to see if she likes it, but that did not happen. We will try again in a few months to get her to move to Atria in Plainview.

I toured this facility for my grandmother with my parents and we all think it is perfect for her. The residents were so busy with their activities and we saw their dinner and it looked delicious. In fact I asked a resident and they confirmed the food is great. The apartments are nice size and the building was very clean. It has a big fountain in front of the entrance that gives it a great welcome to their guests. I highly recommend Atria in Cranford.

The staff is wonderful and caring and will do anything they can to accommodate your particular needs. They go out of their way to be helpful and make residents feel comfortable and supported.

Enjoyed touring the facility, grounds, and apartments. Especially liked the location. Also noticed the presence of many of the residents, unlike at other similar places, in which the common areas seemed almost deserted. The only drawback for me were the kitchenettes; I'd prefer even a small regular kitchen.

Atria on Montego in Walnut Creek is a caring Senior community with extremely helpful staff and kind residents. I placed a family member here several months ago. My sibling is so grateful and content with care. People appear happy and friendly (residents and staff). They are respectful of the community's laws and also available for consult whenever I express a need or concern. The grounds are lovely and in a beautiful residential community. Any outside services are just a short drive away. Activities are encouraged and dining facilities are also very good. I always feel welcomed when I visit. Maintenance staff have also been very helpful to us.

5 on everything. This place is run very well with full attention to the residents in every way. What we like the most about the community are the staff, the food, the events and scenic drives with [name removed]. I recommend it to those I talk with

The Atria is a Five Star experience from the moment one enters the building to the day one leaves. The atmosphere is warm ,comfortable and welcoming. The staff is efficient, cheerful, attentive and immediately calls you by name. Fellow residents are equally friendly and welcoming. and seem genuinely interested and concerned that your transition to Senior living is going well. One never feels alone or isolated. . My apartment was perfect. It had everything I needed plus a balcony bathed in the morning sun were I enjoyed my coffee and read the Daily Atria Bulletin. I always felt informed of all Atria events and classes. The entire Atria building is accessible and each space adequately meets the needs of its stated function ie the library, the exercise rooms , the ballroom, the art room, the mail room etc. The dinning room is elegant and spacious with great views and DELICIOUS food. Here again the staff is terrific. You are expertly seated you as you wish, either alone, with friends.

The facility is very nice and very well kept. The staff is lovely. They friendly, caring and responsive. The activities are varied and my mom enjoys them very much. There is usually some sort of exercise in the morning and then some kind of game, craft, etc. In the afternoon. My mom enjoys the food for the most part and there is always good variety offered. There is also ice cream available at every meal which she loves. And there is a small cafe open during the day that serves coffee, small sandwiches, snacks and fruit so there is always something available. Her 1 br. apartment is very nice and it is the perfect size for her, with a kitchenette, small living/dining area, bedroom and a well equipped bathroom, which allows her to shower/dress independently. It has been a great experience so far and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for assisted living for their loved one.

The staff here is AMAZING. The employees in the dining room are outstanding and provide terrific service. The caregivers do a great job too. I enjoy living here very much. The activities director works very hard to keep us all engaged.

The staff was amazing and so caring. My mom was very sick and they all went above and beyond for her. They checked on her when she was not feeling well and always kept us informed. They kept her and her studio very clean and made her feel at home. She always referred to the staff as her angels.

The facility is nicely designed, size is just about right, food is really good, and the staff is attentive and caring. Yes, would recommend

The staff is terrific and did a great job helping my neighbor transition from her home, including referring movers to bring her belongings from her home to her apartment. They were also very patient with Evelena as she went back and forth on whether she should move or not.

5's for all. She's very happy there. The residents are very welcoming and friendly, as are the staff. The facility has many nice seating areas we can sit in when we visit our mom, and the facility is very clean and well kept.

The difference in attitude and service in the dining room since we arrived in [Date Removed] has changed remarkably for the better Staff is kind, caring, and professional things that have made a difference: Written orders are taken We no longer have to beg for water Staff makes eye contact when eye contact when they are taking orders Staff checks back after order is delivered to make sure order is correct Staff remembers special requests residents male from day to day Staff supports each other and are more visible in the dining room Thank you for making the dining experience more pleasant Sincerely patsy Casteel

My mom was a resident in the memory care facility for just over a year. She enjoyed her 'home' as she called it and loved the food and her new friends. I knew that she was going to be taken care of. The aides and staff were wonderful to her and to us. Always caring and inquiring if we needed anything. In these last few months as her dementia progressed they were most caring and compassionate. Now that she has passed I can say that moving mom her for the last months of her life was the best thing we could have done, for her and for us.

I met with one of the Community Sales Directors who was generous with her time. She provided me with information about the community and answered my questions and helped me understand what I might see with my husband as dementia progresses. She then gave me a tour of the community and then we followed up with further discussion about how medical services are provided. It was a very good learning experience for me.
