American House

They were exceptional at every thing they did. It's a great community and I'd move in myself when the time comes. We picked this community because, of the cleanliness and list of included services. Staff friendliness when I toured. Comments from a resident I met in the parking lot when I was unescorted. I would recommend to others.

We took a tour with American House Troy and it is a very nice place, but [facility name removed] that we went with was just closer for our friends and family to visit.

I would tell others looking into American House East I that that staff are very friendly, caring, and helpful. The apartment sizes here are large, they also offer many great activities for the residents.

I would recommend because the place is clean and staff is friendly. The apartment is nice, adequate to my father's needs, and he likes the food there!

Yes, I would recommend them to others. They do the general housecleaning, changing of the sheets and washing them and towels once a week. Empty the trash every day. The food is not too bad at all. Staff is very friendly and accommodating after I got a tour of the place and they were done, I walked around the complex on my own and talked to the resident and asked him how they liked it how the food was how the staff was, etc. and everybody I talked to was very happy there, said the same things food was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is an excellent facility and I recommend it highly. I am very happy with this facility.

the over all experience was amazing hands down. from the moment you walk through the door the cleanliness of the entire facility is amazing. No matter were you are in the building The staff, every single one of them, are super friendly and helpful. And if they could not help you they were quick to find someone who could. Mom enjoyed the meals greatly. the cost was a blessing. With the rising costs across the board everywhere we could not afford anywhere else sadly. We are thankful to them for everything. though my mom didn't get to participate in the activities at the stage she was in she enjoyed watching them and the simple fact that they tried to include her was amazing. I cannot stress how important the quality of care for my mother improved simply by moving her to this facility. I have so many regrets not placing her there from the start. I have recommended them to jot only other families for placement for other caregivers for employment opportunities.

My mom was only there a month before she passed away. The staff was incredible and made the experience such a positive one! The residents all appeared well cared for and happy when I visited my mother. The staff were very conscientious and took their responsibilities very seriously. They were genuinely engaged with the residents in the memory care facility. After Hospice came in, various staff, to whom my mother endeared herself, came in and sat with my family the last week before her death.

My mom is really happy at American House and so I am happy also. The food is good and they really keep a close eye on her. She was not well taken care of at Abundant Christian living, I would not recommend that place to ANYONE. Everyone has left there or is leaving, the food is terrible and the poor staff is overwhelmed. American house is doing an awesome job and there are a lot of activities my mom enjoys, especially the singers that come. I just spent a week hanging out with my mom there and I saw how everything works and I am very impressed. Too many assisted living places nowadays just put an elderly person in a room and forget about them but American house doesn't do that. I have been dealing with assisted living places for years for my mom and dad, so I now know how they should and shouldn't be run. Thank you all at a place for mom for helping us find a good place for my mom.

It is really a great place. No complaints and I would recommend it. All personnel are really great. There is a very promt response, when you have questions or issues. Amenities, and activites are provided, depending on each person's needs.

We think everyone is doing a great job, and we are extremely selective. Great job!

I give all categories a 10 stars for Mount Prospect Senior Living. Fantastic place. Staff is super friendly. Great activities. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

Anthology of Town and Country is a beautiful assisted living! They even have vaulted ceilings in some of the apartments. I highly recommend if you are looking for AL services for yourself, a loved one, or a client!

Everybody has growing pains, it is a brand new facility but the people are here wonderful and doing the best that they can - the biggest difficulty has been staffing just like everywhere else in the world right now. One of the biggest draws for my parents was the fact that it was brand new and it was something where they could all grow together as a community. I would definitely recommend American House Oak Park to others.

We toured with American House St. Petersburg and it was our absolute favorite! Cost was the only issue for us . Unfortunately it was just way too pricey for what we could afford.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a great tour experience. This community is beautiful, but the reason we did not pick it is because our loved one wanted a nice white modern kitchen in the apartment as well as a screened in porch and his community did not have it. However the location was the closest to us and would of been a good choice.

It's far from your typical facility. It's like checking in to a Marriott. The staff is very friendly and they know their residents. It's pretty comparable to others for base price. Glad we picked this facility. My dad loves it.

We have been very happy with the place for the most part. There was some missed medications and he was hospitalized with no communication to us around the holidays. Other then that he seems happy and well cared for.

What we really like about American House is how professional and easy to work with the staff are. Mom visited for a weekend for respite stay several months ago.

We are very pleased and I'm glad that I chose this community for my friend. This has been an exceptional experience for my friend and they are very happy here. The community is able to provide the care that my friend needs. My friend has been able to make friends with other residents in the community. There are three meals served a day and there and choices for the residents to choose from.
