Everything has worked out very well for my friend at Inspired Living at Royal Palm. Everyone is very caring and he is adjusting well. The facility is not too big and not too small - it is a perfect size. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

One of the reasons we selected them is the value is quite good. Medication management has been really good. At times, the aides have not been spectacular in their tone with my loved one when he's physically unable to do the things they're asking him to do, but after I spoke with management about it, I haven't heard that comment from him since. I would just recommend families stay involved. Overall it has been a good experience for our family.

This is a nice place to live. I made friends and I participate in a lot of programs. You can stay very active and enjoy life.

This is a fantastic community. It is expensive; however, I don't know how care it compares to other communities in the area. The community is friendly. The assisted living feels like an upscale hotel. The memory care area has residents that seem to be in a more confined area than assisted living and it is secure. There is a nice secure courtyard for the residents to take advantage and that staff assist the memory care residents with this as well. There are three meals a day plus snacks are served to the residents. There are so many choices for meals. There are lots of activities available to engage the residents with. My loved one has been able to make friends quickly here. The community will take the memory care residents out into the neighboring community to get ice cream. The community gives the families and residents the choice to have an in-house doctor to visit the residents for appointments.

Most of the staff members we have met with are extremely friendly and for our family we really like how conveniently located and close it is to us. Based on our experience we would recommend Inspired Living at Royal Palm to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked how wide the hallways were and how they are carpeted but the community just felt more like a hotel. It might of not worked out for our loved one but it could of been perfect for someone else family.

They really care at this community. They make you feel at home and they are very warm. They have activities like cards, rumikube, majhong and more. Also if you don't play those things they get everyone together for movies or live entertainment and sometime just talking to each other. They even have ice cream socials and a wine night and do a lot to keep the residents engaged. There is a rabi that comes once a week and my mother really it.

Care staff is very helpful. Nurses are excellent.

Their food and dining servers get a 5++. Aides that assist are good. A bit of Language barrier. Size of rooms, they're fine. I give an overall grade falls lower due to transportation. (Score of 0). The van for the residents has not worked for a year. Super frustrating. No idea when it will be fixed.

My sister has been at Bellamar for a year this week, in last 4 months everyone has been replaced in management for the director down to the nurses it was very confusing as no prior notice was given, it looked very disorganized. The food has gone down in the past year there's no more concierge service or coffee shop not sure if there's still an all day menu but the activities look good and I feel that some things may be improving.

This was my first experience with ALF so perhaps I didn't ask the right questions but I'd say mediocre....3 Cleanliness of the facility-- the lobby dining area rate a --5; as far as housekeeping of resident rooms=2 The private aids I hired cleaned the kitchen and bathroom areas because those rooms were untouched when housekeeping came twice from mid-July until September 6! Friendliness: 3-4. Some of the aids and other staff (kitchen, reception and activities) and initial registration and administration: 4 Health = 3 When Mother got Covid on the second day I was instructed to take her to the ER for a psi I'd and PT mother never saw the therapist until the Friday before she left, which was near the end of the 30. Admin staff were very helpful. But they were not so helpful once I started to complain about the above issues. Activities. Scarce compared to the facility we ended up moving her too. And not consistent but they were ok. Back to PT: there was a sign on the door: "By appointment" and a phone number which I called twice in addition to requesting PT thru Health services. :"1" Quality of care:5 for the dining area since mother's decline resulted from a food allergy. Since mother was going blind and required eye gtts, the med aides were resistent to direction, learning and suggestions. That is, one eve the tech put in the wrong eye (ie techs left eye not mothers!). Then I learned the Eve drop supposed to be 3-6 after noonish that they waited until the other drop was ordered for bedtime, but they were putting it in at 8 pm when they started getting residents ready for bed. That is one drop on top of another!!! Contraindicated!

The Apt my mother lives in is clean and bright. The nursing/med area doesn't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. If my mother didn't have help she'd be in trouble.

I also chose this community because it is close to my home. The building looked new and well maintained. This community seemed well organized, and promised many activities, had a wonderful menu. Instead, there are no activities (excuse is that they lost an activities director).Service in the cafeteria is terrible with waiting times often more than an hour. Food on the menu often not available.

I observed one staff member attempt to set a dinner tray on my Dad's lap after he had just been released from the hospital with an open cup. It was very careless and thoughtless. Some of the staff, on the other hand were exceptionally kind. Their front office was disorganized and it took several weeks to get his first invoice so I could pay his rent. This was after several attempts to pay in person and with follow up phone calls and emails. Those in charge mean well and they were very nice, just disorganized.

I am considering moving my parent from Inspired. There are times when the patients go uncared for, soiled, etc either due to low staff or apathetic staff. I usually have to ask multiple times to correct maintenance issues. On a positive note, the facility is nicely maintained and many of the caretakers are very kind

Poor services in dining rm. Always out of staple foods - very long waits in dining rm for food, is usually cold. Long waits for caregivers, sometimes up to 1 hr wait or more. Difficulty obtaining car services for appointments.

I would say it is one of the most affordable AL facilities. The Head Nurse has been very friendly to work with. I believe my Mother is receiving the overall care and attention that she needs. My Moms number one complaint is she hates most of the food. We picked this place because it made the most sense for her financially and the location was central to her family. They also provided all of the things she needed but for a lower cost compared to others with the same services.

They are disorganized, hire anyone inexperienced, and people are quitting right and left. I would tell a friend to avoid. They can improve on caregiver training.

My loved one lives at Inspired Living at Delray. I would rate the staff anywhere from a 2 to a 4, depending on the area. The Dietary staff are very good and courteous. The Housekeeping staff are either non-existent or poor. The private duty aides have made my loved one's bed and done her laundry. They have even had to scrub the floors of the bathroom and clean the toilet for my loved one. Medication administration and PT/OT are also problematic at this facility. Many of the amenities/services listed for this facility look good on paper, but in actuality they are just that.
