Our family had an in-person tour and Inspired Living was way to modern for our liking, it was almost sterile. very modern atmosphere

This is a good place to put a love one. The staff are very good also. I highly recommend this community.

We chose Eternal Springs because I felt that she was going to get the quality of care that she needed here. The staff were happy and genuine and that she would not just be a number. They are so caring here and I can tell they truly care about my mother in law. The suites are on the smaller side, but she does have the larger one. They do have options as well on the size of room you would like. I would recommend them to others looking.

The community has done a great job protecting the staff and residence from covid. Communication is good and they keep us informed via phone and Text. My mom says she really likes it here. I would recommend this community to others.

We moved my parents in to Eternal Spring after looking for 2 years. There was so many things that we looked for in an Assisted Living home for them. I can not stress enough how happy that my parents are and the relief that our family has. From the moment we entered, when we toured with our parents we were so impressed! The front lobby is so welcoming from the beautiful furnishings to the gorgeous staircase. As we continued our tour we saw the that they have 2 bistros, one on each floor, the home theatre, activities room, game room, library, private dining room available, hair salon and even a family kitchen. I love the idea of the family kitchen to be able to do cooking or baking with our mom. One of the important things we were looking for was a good memory care. We know that it is a very real option that we might need in the future. As with all the furnishings, it was inviting and comfortable. My dad said he felt like you were in your own living room. Their head chef is the best that I have seen. (When researching new assisted living options we would always visit over a meal time.) Residents will be eating 3 meals a day there and you want to make sure that the food is appetizing. The entire staff has an open door policy and always eager to listen to input from my parents or family. They have told us from the first day, “This is their home and we are guests in their home to assist them”. I just want the entire staff to know how much they are appreciated and the peace of mind that I personally have. Thank you, [name removed]

The memory care part of Eternal Springs is exceptional, their communication is very good with the families. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to others. The food portions are small, but the food quality is good. We do know you can always order more food if you want. Due to the covid restrictions there are no activities, but when they do have activities they are great.

I did a lot of research on facilities in our area. We chose Eternal Springs of Gilbert because they were one of the most reasonably priced, even though they are still very expensive. We did struggle at the beginning because they were a newer facility. I really liked the head nurse that we started out with, she would text me pictures of my moms participating in activities and things like that which was nice since we could not go in due to covid, but she ended up leaving after a week. I would let others know that they use their on site pharmacy for any medicine and they are expensive, so our rate went up really fast. The facility is great considering other places that I had seen, it has just been a little bumpy since it is so new. Overall, I would recommend them to other families looking.

Their business staff were either understaffed or not well trained because we had several mistakes with billing or even just getting basic information from them. Otherwise, I was happy with the services they provided.

I have had mostly positive experiences, but a few VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES with the Activities Director. We are back on friendly terms, but I am NOT a fan. But my parents are safe and sound. And they have access to 3 meals per day. And the staff is great - front desk reception, aides. servers. My parents complain about the quality of the food. I have eaten there and it's not great. Luckily, they have basic choices.

They need some access point. We want to be able to call residents!! Excuse of new building is ridiculous.

My loved one is currently a resident at Inspired Living at Delray and his experience at this facility has been very good so far. The move in process was easy. The facility is clean and pleasant. The pricing is fair. The cleanliness, friendliness and staff are great. I would definitely recommend Inspired Living at Delray to others.

Inspired Living is a beautiful, modern and extremely clean assisted-living facility that also offers memory care. The individual rooms available for your loved ones are spacious and sun-filled, with large bathrooms and walk-in showers. Bring their favorite furniture to make it feel like home sweet home, with your peace of mind secured. Daily activities are scheduled for the residents to pick & choose. One place I see room for improvement is in the dining room. Getting orders taken and delivered to the tables can take much too long for these residents when only one or two servers are working. Waiting an hour for a meal is unacceptable for more than one reason. If it's a problem keeping good servers, perhaps a different system should be considered. Maybe a choice of cafeteria line (with assistance) vs. table service would work. Just a thought. Overall, Inspired Living has been a great experience for our loved one and family.

Nice place, lack of communication between the staff is horrible. The newer staff members seem to have little training. Most of the residents I interact with do ok, but not enough proactive care. Mostly reactive care.

The employee turn around s excessive. Too many new people not doing their job. Cell phones are EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME!! Why are they not made to put them away? Visitors are helping at meal time due to no one being around. Cutlery/napkins are not prepped. Why is tat? There are too many standing around when they can help a resident eat their meals...fix this please.

My family and loved one have had a good experience with Inspired Living. The community is kept clean. There needs to be more medical care staff to attend to the residents. The communication with the family in regards to medications of our loved one could have been better. It would be nice have a direct answer about this subject. [name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful. [name removed] seems to be all business. It would also be nice to have more information provided to the families about a private aide.

Overall we've had a good experience. I like the friendly staff and clean environment.

Everything has worked out very well for my friend at Inspired Living at Royal Palm. Everyone is very caring and he is adjusting well. The facility is not too big and not too small - it is a perfect size. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

One of the reasons we selected them is the value is quite good. Medication management has been really good. At times, the aides have not been spectacular in their tone with my loved one when he's physically unable to do the things they're asking him to do, but after I spoke with management about it, I haven't heard that comment from him since. I would just recommend families stay involved. Overall it has been a good experience for our family.

This is a nice place to live. I made friends and I participate in a lot of programs. You can stay very active and enjoy life.
