I used Ezra’s services for several months as my mother’s dementia was getting worse and she began wandering at night in her assisted living facility. I had met a representative from Ezra at the Assisted Living residence several years earlier. and I immediately got a genuine and sincere feeling that they would really care about my mom should I ever need their services. When I did need them, they were incredibly responsive and met with me to better understand my mother’s situation in order to select the best caregiver based on her needs. I felt like they really listened to me and worked hard to find the right caregiver match. The caregivers were very professional and did their best to care for my mother, including leaving a detailed written log each day so that we got a better understanding of her baseline. In addition, the Ezra team was incredibly helpful advising me overall on my mother’s living situation. They helped me navigate and submit for her long term care insurance and were always there for support 24/7 literally. One night (a Saturday night) my mother did not want the caregiver to enter her apartment and someone from Ezra’s office was at her apt within 15 mins to help resolve the situation. To sum it up I was pleasantly surprised to find such an incredibly supportive team of people who were so caring, supportive, highly responsive all while providing caring, quality care givers. In addition, they had a profession office staff and organized billing procedures. Overall, I would highly recommend Ezra Home Care.

EZRA Homecare and its outstanding staff was pivotal in my ability to return to work last year when my husband returned from the hospital after a lengthy stay for an unexpected illness. The caregivers are professional, experienced, and incredibly caring. Over the the last year my husband has made great strides in his recovery largely due to the dedication of our caregivers that follow through on “homework” from the various therapists that continue to follow his progress. They supervise exercises, play brain games and even discuss the Red Sox, though many were not necessarily fans. They are highly knowledgeable and can offer tips and solutions for issues we have around the house and or when we travel to appointments. The folks at EZRA are responsive and flexible if we need extra hours or a day off. On the few occasions when a substitute has been sent in, they are completely briefed on my husband’s needs and can step in with little assistance from me. We feel so, so fortunate to have this wonderful, caring company.

A Homemade Plan has been very helpful in providing extra care for my Mother.

I am 77 years old and disabled with ALS. Ezra Home Care provides my wife & I with a home health aide for 4 hours 6 days a week. The home health aide helps me get out of bed, helps to give me a shower, helps me to get dressed, and helps me to exercise.I use a power chair and the home health aide accompanies me on a 2.5 mile "walk" in my neighborhood weather permitting. Additionally, the home health aide does some household chores such as unloading the dishwasher, making my bed, changing the sheets, doing the laundry, "swiffering" the floors.If and when an issue may arise, the office staff is both responsive and helpful. I have been a very satisfied customer since July 2018.

I have only positive things to say on how Synergy Home Care Greenfield runs and operates their business. In all of my discussions/ interactions with [name removed] the owner; it is very apparent that her clients/ family members well being and safety of her employees is the number one priority. To put it simple, their main focus is on positive interactions with anyone they come in contact with. Their attention to detail when it comes to filling out reports and investing back in the business are clearly seen through the results they are getting in the areas of safety for their employees and growth of their client base. This cannot be achieved without extreme passion and care for what they do. Well done team Synergy.

I hired Ezra Home Care 4 months ago to help care for my Mother, based on a referral from her assisted living facility. During this time, Ezra has really come through for us and I recommend them without hesitation. They are highly responsive, providing appropriate care when you need it whether it involves a few hours of companionship or around the clock care. We have faced more than one crisis when we suddenly needed 24 hour assistance. In a matter of hours, Ezra pulled together a great caregiver team allowing my mother to come directly home from the hospital. The Client Support Staff ([name removed] and [name removed] in our case) have taken a genuine interest in my mother, stopping by frequently for in-person visits. They provide regular updates to the family and respond almost immediately to every inquiry or concern. By getting to know their clients and the family, they have been able to identify caregivers that best fit my mother’s needs and interests. Our family is fortunate to have Ezra by our side and thank them for everything they have done for us.

Our family has recently had the honor of having the most wonderful lady take care of my mother in law. [Name removed] has been a gift from heaven. She is the most caring and professional caregiver we have ever seen. My mother in law was so comfortable with her. We had to say goodbye this morning to my mother in law and [name removed] was there for us, and is staying until she is buried. She feels like a part of our family. This is a very professional and compassionate company.

We found this agency in the resource Book for seniors. I called 6 companies total and the reason I went with Options is the initial interaction with the manger [Name removed] as well as the professionalism and the responsiveness of their staff. For this I give them a rating of 5.

We’ve been very pleased with A Homemade Plan. From day one, they’ve been responsive, extremely flexible, and always available for questions or to provide options when our situation changed on an hourly basis (which it did, several times). When we notified them that a particular caregiver wasn’t a good fit with our family member, they immediately replaced her with someone who was a better match. We now have a full-time live-in caregiver through A Homemade Plan, and are very pleased with the care our loved ones are receiving.
