It can be such a challenge to find a good fit when looking for caregivers. Such was the case when I was needing help with my mom who was in home hospice. Advantage worked with me to find caregivers that would meet our needs. I can't say enough about the experience, graciousness, and integrity of the ladies that took care of my mom and me during a very heartbreaking time. They will forever be members of my family. [Name removed] has done a remarkable job of aiding our dear neighbor who has Parkinson's disease and for whom we have complete responsibility. His physician decided that he needed to go to a nursing home, but [name removed] devised a 24/7 plan of care with the goal of improvement to a level that would allow him to continue living in his wonderful assisted living facility on Hilton Head Island. With the very attentive care of the Home Instead caregivers, our neighbor began to improve dramatically, allowing us to reduce the schedule of his round-the-clock care. Through their efforts, his resulting improvement, both physically and mentally, has been nothing short of a miracle. They also raised his spirits with their positive, willing, and cheerful personalities. I can never say enough good about [names removed] and the wonderful caregivers at Home Instead. They are professional, reliable, caring, undaunted, and fun to be around. I recommend them with the highest rating possible and without reservation. They are a first class, outstanding operation.

The best two thigs I found in this company is the human touch when dealing with patients and the resourcefulness in dealing with problems. Excellent overall quality of services.

I learned about Options on TV. I researched and asked friends at church. I contacted other agencies and decided to go with Options. The service was better than expected. I adjusted better than I had anticipated. The provider was well trained and caring. Keep up the good work!

Two Caring Hands has provided great in home care for my ninety-five year old dad. My family has been using this agency for over seven months and have been completely satisfied. We know that my dad is in good hands. The caregivers are very knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to do what is needed. We especially like [names removed].

Wonderful company. The owner/manager is responsive and involved. The assistant/aides are trained caring, and knowledgeable. They assist my 90 year old parents, who are in independent senior housing and were afraid , hesitant, and stubborn on giving up things like driving. Extremely satisfied and would recommend highly.

The planning, care and ongoing support provided by [name removed] and her team of caregivers for my elderly father was wonderful. We were so greatly at how quickly she was able to provide a home health aide on such short notice. Although our service period came to an end, we would certainly call back on [name removed] should we need care in the future.

I am very pleased with the experience I have had with Ezra Home Care. Both aides are very friendly, attentive , and able to anticipate [name removed]'s needs. Because [name removed] is fairly independent with his care they spend time helping me with light housework, etc. They are very vigilant about handing him his medications ( I leave them out every morning.). They, also, sit and chat with him about subjects he is interested in and try to keep him stimulated and alert. They strongly encourage him to go to the gym everyday and follow his routine. ( the gym is in the building ). They make him his lunch everyday which has been a challenge because of his recent diagnosis of diabetes and his fussiness about food. They have much more patience than I do. Very importantly, they are a huge help transferring his wheelchair into my car for outside appointments since I have a very bad back ! I have felt a huge sense of feeling he his safe whenever I leave the building.

As my 92 yr old Mother was being discharged from the hospital, we were told she could no longer live by herself. All this happened on Thanksgiving weekend. We were frantic trying to make arrangements for a caregiver. Not many companies responded. Boy... we were delighted to get in touch with Homewatch CareGivers ! From day 1 have had a wonderful experience with everyone I've dealt with. They are truly devoted to doing what was best for my Mother. They completed their assessment, care plan and care with in 24 hour. They are very prompt to call if necessary and very responsive to our requests as well. My family are extremely pleased with provided care and I would highly recommend them.

I like the agency, but it may not have all the supports that are needed. However, for in home care, this is high on my list.

My grandfather had a stroke a few months ago and was moved to a rehab facility in Bradenton, where he lived, but I live in Orlando (2.5 hour drive). With very little notice I was informed that he was going home. Initially I had hoped he would agree to moving into assisted living, and thought we had made that decision to go, but upon my arrival he dug in his heals and refused to move to ALF. I had no one set up to care for him at home and I started to panic. I was provided [name removed]'s phone number with Home Helpers and he worked quickly to get me someone that would stay with him that day and within just a couple hours he had a schedule started to provide my grandfather with 24-hour care. [Name removed] was exceptional walking me through the process and making me feel at ease. I can't thank him enough for the support that he gave me and my grandfather, and specifically the peace of mind knowing that he was well cared for while I was across the state. The aides that came in to take care of him also helped assist him with his rehab so that he was able to make a quicker recovery than if he was on his own. They would walk with him, and exercise with him, and overall attended to his needs as he recovered. I also found the aides were pleasant and easy to talk to, and kept me informed of everything that was going on with him because I was so far away. They gave me the impression they cared for him as much as I did. Again, I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for Home Helpers and I would truly recommend them to anyone who needed a little extra attention for their loved one.
