Cornerstone Caregiving has been very easy to work with , especially when I have needed to make some changes. 9 hours weekly is covered by VA, I have paid for some additional care also but it has been a minimal amount

They were very willing to work through any concerns you had and based on the experience we have had, we would recommend their services to other families who may need them for their loved ones

Most of the caregivers are very nice, respectful, helpful & provide good service. The management are professional, friendly & try to accommodate when possible. I would recommend their home care services to others looking.

We have had Home Instead for our Dad's care for over 3 years now. In one word? Blessing!! Simply amazing how perfectly they have matched the right caregivers for the different levels of need for Dad over the years. The care they provide for him is unmatched. Interim Healthcare is a very professional company to work with. They do what they say they will do. That in itself is hard to find. The staff is caring and professional. I have a CNA come to the house twice a week to help me to shower.

She has a very professional and reliable group of people working with her. The women who have come to help my mother are all very kind and thoughtful. They are organized and keep things running smoothly.

Regency was a great help in arranging in-home care for my mom after she left a rehab center. I really liked how responsive their team was and that they didn't have a minimum requirement for hours or a strict cancellation policy. When my mom's needs changed as she recovered, they were quick to adjust our care plan without any extra charges. If there were ten stars..I'd have highlighted them all.. Hands down! I have been homebound and in need of caregivers for 12+ years, I am still a...fairly young Female veteran.. I have never received care at this level! I actually know that my needs are being addressed and don't have to worry about sacrificing one thing for another..i.e. groceries instead of a shower... I am treated with respect for once instead of a means to a paycheck. If you or a loved one is in need of some home health.. Whether it be for recovery after a big surgery or because of limitations/handicap. Take my word for it...Stop looking!! You found the One of.. If not the only company that treats it's employees and clients alike with respect and understanding.. Having a very high standard for it's employees and thus conduct.I've been with my fair share of companies.. Some of which left me high and dry without any care for months. Thank you!

5 All across the board. We have found great value with them and my mom seems to be really enjoying the staff. They've been very helpful for us and when one girl heard that my mom had fallen again, she alerted her advisor and advisor came over to just double check on my mom and they've been very good actually. They check in quite often to make sure everything is going well.
