I partnered with Synergy a place for mom as my mother was going through the last stages of hospice care. It had gotten to the point where I could not leave at all, mom needed me 24/7. Good Shepherd, hospice gave me a list of providers in my county, and I selected Synergy. They were helpful, professional, and I would use them again.

The caregiver from Homewatch came twice to provide companionship and care for my husband. She came on time and asked all pertinent information regarding his condition. She performed all duties professionally and after speaking with her, I felt very comfortable leaving my husband in her care. I will certainly employ their service again and recommend them for homecare.

My mother was very happy with her caregiver, enjoyed her visits and companionship. The carpet was prompt, very friendly and caring. She took excellent care of my mother. I highly recommend Cornerstone Care.

We had a great experience with Home Helpers Home Care of Mission Valley although it was brief as my father in-law is now in the hospital and probably won't make it much longer. [name removed], the administrator, was very empathetic and helpful to us. He even went above and beyond and visited my father in-law in the hospital which was so kind and supportive. We would definitely recommend this agency for anyone needing in home health care assistance.

I’ve used Cornerstone Cargivers for months. We had one no show resource but [name removed] was on it in a minute and had staff at our home immediately. The staff we have had have been wonderful (with that one exception.)

With very little notice, the agency was able to provide 24-hour assistance with competent, caring staff. The owners worked closely with us with the flexibility our situation required. We were very grateful for the good care they provided. We certainly would use them again.

They took time. In what I needed and work around my schedule that work for my help and they called me if I needed additional help or need to change my schedule for my needs, they what to go above to make sure get your care.

I'm very happy with Firstlight as a caregiver provider. Both of the owners ([name removed] and [name removed]) are kind and caring people. They worked with me to provide a live-in caregiver for my husband for 10 days. The caregiver was lovely, kind, and competent. Since then I've been using their services off and on on an hourly basis. They're very responsive and extremely easy to work with.

I hired Cornerstone for my mom. From our first interview I knew they were the right organization for us. Well versed with all levels of care and needs. Compassionate and very professional. They helped my mom with transportation and company for her Dr and shopping appointments. [name removed] and team were always professional, on time and courteous. We continue to use them when needed. Would recommend Cornerstone for various needs.

I was looking for someone to hep me several times a week after back surgery. I called HomeWell and explained what I was looking for. They explained their hourly rates and a minimum requirement of 12 hours a week. They made an appointment and sent out a supervisor who was very professional and together with my sister we agreed on the hours I needed and the services I required. I signed a contract and we agreed on a starting and ending date for services. The caregiver came at the agreed time and the supervisor came that first day to see if everything was ok. The caregiver is polite and does everything I request. We have even worked together to adjust her hours on certain days. I have been very satisfied.

We chose senior helpers of Dover because they do all the background checks on their employees and all of them are insured through senior helpers. The manager came out to the house as planned met. My parents had some questions and overall he was very responsive and answered all our questions And was able to arrange for in-home visits as soon as the next day. There is no contracts to sign which was a big relief and they do have a minimum of five hours per visit, which worked out fine. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have help for a loved one in their home. The woman who came paid a lot of attention to my parent And was a great companion, giving her a lot of attention and listening and talking and being there with her it was a nice relief for everyone.

I had total support from the leadership and staff helping with my husband ever changing needs. Everyone was courteous. Professional understanding. I only have good things to say. I recommend highly for qualified professionals

Kudos to Cornerstone Caregiving for their quick response and incredible turnaround when my family needed help immediately. I called them, and by the next morning, they had someone at my parents’ house ready to assist. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier.

We have used SHS on 2 separate occassions. The workers have been very personable, friendly and familiar with care for the elderly. They watch for fall risks and give companionship based on information given the director on intake. Mom likes puzzles and coloring and conversation and the gals have all been very helpful. They will do some food prep as you instruct and light housekeeping as needed. We highly recommend this company. You will be able to stay in touch and receive updates whenever you prefer during their time with your loved one. They gaurantee the client will never be alone. If the designated helper cannot be there another worker will be provided. Their service is tailor-made according to your specific needs.

The nurse , came out and did an assessment. He was very competent and efficient. He helped me especially setting up my husbands medications. We had one nurses assistant come stay for several hours. He was very knowledgeable and capable. One other time we had a sitter come be with my husband while I was gone. She was also very capable. Now my husband seems to be improving, and no longer needs someone with him full-time.

I’d rate this agency as 10 out of 10. First and foremost I needed the flexibility they provided so that I could get things done and take a rest from the stress of being a caretaker to my husband. They were sincere in finding someone that matched our personality with kindness, compassion and honesty/trustworthy. I’d definitely recommend Seniors Helping Seniors.
