Home Health Watch has been excellent to work with. They listened to our needs and match my mother with a great health aide that my mother instantly bonded with and looks forward to seeing each day. She is a joy to my Mom and takes very good care of her. I can go upstairs to work without worrying. She’s friendly to our whole family including my 8 year old twins and has become part of our family. Right at home began with through explanation of services and charges. They accompanied care giver in first visit for introduction. In my situation care giver helps or works on her own getting my husband up, dressed and to kitchen for breakfast. If shower needed she proceeds with or without my help. This depends on my husband's abilities that day. Caregiver prepares breakfast. Lunch, and snacks as needed. If asked she will load dishwasher or unload, help fold laundry and vacuum if needed. This gives me time to finish other inside or outdoor chores. She has assisted with transporting to doctor. If often takes two of us to get my husband up, standing, and using a walker. He has dementia. Just be clear about help you need. Good personel matching is important to get help you need.

The caregivers were professional and had empathy while dealing with my relative. Very patient and understanding. Great company to work with. I will recommend this company for anyone who needs help. Thank you for recommending them.

TRS, so far, has provided very professional service with gentle care for my Mom who is on hospice. [name removed] and her HHA and provided good communication on services and cost, as well as addressing specific needs for my mom's fragile health.

Home Matters provides only supervisory assistance for my grown autistic son. Therefore, I do not have experience with their medical care. However, I found them to be very kind, friendly, and dependable. It has been easy for me to reach their supervisor when I needed to reach her a couple of times. Her response time was good. I am very pleased so far with Home Matters.

With Parkinson’s comes some challenges and Seniors Helping Seniors Lakeshore they have been by our side the whole way. Always available and supportive.
