I am always able to get ahold of staff. Someone always answers the phone, in person, and it's always someone I can understand. They are responsive to my questions and concerns and take great care of my dad!

I am very happy that my husband is here. My husband is in memory care unit so I'm familiar with that. Everyone in the entire facility is helpful with positive attitudes, always smiling. The residents also appear happy, always smiling.

The staff are great. The place is clean and well maintained. I get weekly emails about what and how Mom is doing, complete with pictures. They took care of the move. Meals are great. I would recommend this facility to others.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They really get to know the residents and their families. Very clean and well kept facilities. Seems to have a nice variety of activities and meals. Seamless move in process. Great communication via email and phone calls. They have been great to work with.

The Aegis care team is so loving and provides great care to my wonderful friend [name removed]! As much as she did not want to leave her home, this Queen Anne location worked perfectly for her and her family that are close by. The community is elegant and warm and the staff is wonderful.

My mother is currently a resident at Aegis of San Francisco. The staff is very caring and thorough, handling a lot of support for an advanced Parkinson's patient. I would appreciate greater responsiveness/transparency when it comes to overall medical strategy and appointment scheduling. But overall, I'm very pleased and we're getting better care than at our previous Assisted Living facility. The only ding on staff is that the Medical Director isn't responsive to emails, but otherwise solid.

It's a great choice. They are very alert to individual needs.

They are all a 5 plus in my books!! We couldn't be happier! They are not only efficient, kind, and caring they have a gerontologist, podiatrist, hair dresser, and manicurist on staff! They are also amazing at keeping the residents busy if they want to be!!

Due to staff turnover much of the new staff have some language challenges which make them seem reserved. I know this will change when they get accustomed.

Our loved one was a resident at Aegis of Shoreline and we had nothing but good experiences during those hard times. This facility was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The quality of care, meals, and activities were also great.

We moved my dad into Aegis Living of Kent in [date removed]. 2 months later the world shut down and Aegis did such an amazing job not only of keeping its residents safe, but also maintaining communication and connection with family members! They had daily activities that are specifically designed for dementia patients and everyone who works there is well versed in how best to interact. We felt that they truly loved our dad and actually cared about him and us. It was just what we wanted in a difficult situation. Every day included exercise for all ability levels and music and games and their meals are taken together in community. This place was great. I told them to save me a spot.

Our mother stayed at Aegis of Shoreline to receive assisted living and end of life care. Our experience there was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the quality of nursing care was superb, being both professional and personal. The facility is beautiful, the food is very good, the apartments are comfortable, and there are many activities offered for residents to enjoy. Overall, Aegis of Shoreline was a wonderful community, and truly helped meet our family's needs for the best care for our mother.

Our family had an in person tour with Aegis Lodge and we thought the tour and community was a great experience but it was just going to be to large for our loved one as well as too modern

Our family had an in person tour with Aegis of Kirkland and it was a really great tour experience but they had too high of an entry level for us.

My mom is almost 97 and requires increasing assistance and care. I hear when she needs something (e.g., recliner, hospital bed) and am confident that she is receiving good care. I especially like that a Nurse Practitioner comes to the facility instead of having to take her to appointments.

My dad was only there about three weeks before he passed away. I was so glad to have found that facility after touring about 10 other places that were recommended by A Place for Mom. Those other places were really depressing (both home and larger facilities). The last place I tried for my Dad was Aegis shoreline. It was a welcoming clean facility and the initial intake person was really helpful. I immediately signed up. My dad, although 100 years old was vibrant and lived independently until a series of strokes two months prior totally changed that. My dad's private room was spacious and really lovely. He was connected into the nursing staff who daily checked on him and provided care. We had to bring Hospice for the end of Dad's life. Staff was supportive and kind. The cost was what my dad could afford ( I think [fee removed] a month?? The whole facility was extremely attractive and I appreciated that is where my dad passed away.

I was treated with the utmost respect when I toured Aegis. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The community was well cared for and residents seemed happy and active. I look forward to visiting again.

The staff were very kind to my mom and always ready to help her or accommodate her requests. The food was okay but starchy without a lot of protein or fresh fruit/vegetables. Her room was small and dated. We did not get to see it due to the pandemic but it was nothing like the room I was shown a few weeks before the lock down. We asked for a room change, especially since mom did not like her suite partner, but were not allowed to move her. They have great activities and activities staff. It is over-priced. They charge on a points system and find reasons to increase points but avoid decreases. We found out later that the rent is not competitive with other assisted living facilities. Aegis also does not convert patients to Medicaid if they spend down their assets.

We give Aegis Living 5 stars for each category I feel like we are walking into an extended family community. There outside area has a beautifully fenced in yard. The staff are kind and caring to the residents and their families. There are plenty of quality activities for the residents to do. It took e 4 months of searching to find it. My husband passed away on [date removed]. It was time for hospice and I remained with him until the end. We highly recommend this community to other families.

We toured Aegis at Marymoor and the facility was beautiful, but so was the cost. The Activities Director was wonderful and kept the people going to all kinds of tours and activities. The Director at this facility talked me out of Memory Care for my loved one, saying she would be totally bored. I was so thankful that I went here. That helped me make a decision about where to move my loved one.
