This is a very safe and good place to live. The staff are very friendly and concerned for our welfare.

Swan Place is clean and well cared for with 2 lovely courtyards for enjoyment outdoors. There are a choice of activities to do. However, the food leaves much to be desired but may be improving. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very elegant decor and residents were pleasant.The facility was clean and well taken care of. Pricey and only continental breakfast was included.

The Eiler Place has good for my sister and her husband. I sometimes think they could have more alternatives for the menu. All in all I think the staff worked hard and they do their best

This seemed like a nice community when we visited. The people we met were nice and knowledgable. This is a larger high rise community and I just did not get the homey feeling we were looking for when we toured.

After we moved my mother-in-law into the community, she is doing great.

So far Brighton Gardens of Prairie Village seems to be a good fit for my aunt. She has been back and forth from the hospital, so she is still settling in. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting. Her room is very nice as we have decorated it so that it feels more like home. The staff is friendly and caring and attentive to her care needs. I think the landscaping is very appealing and well-kept. I would recommend this community to others.

An older facility but beautiful setting with trees away from A very busy road. Light and airy.

I toured this community for my grandmother, and her needs. Everything went well for the most part. The staff was kind, and helpful. The community looked nice, and clean. The experience was a nice one, but this was not the right fit for my grandmother, and her needs.

Mom didn't like this community she felt like it was too busy and too large. It reminded her of being in a large city. The staff was friendly and helpful but mom would not have been happy there.

This was a nice tour for my mom. The staff was helpful and they were able to answer the questions that we had. They offer a lot of activities, This was not the care that we were needing at this time. We would inform other families to consider a tour of the community for the care of a loved one.

I had a pleasant tour of this community. Everything went overall well. The staff was kind, and friendly. My tour guide was informative, and my questions were answered. From what I saw the community looked well maintained. It was a nice experience, and everyone was very nice too my family, and I.

I have no complaints of how things went for my loved one and I during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I like the open floor plan as well as some of the amenities that had for the residents. They just did not have the right apartment that dad was looking for in the end decision.

They were friendly and worked hard but not real good with the meals and medication. They missed my medication for a day or two. it was inconsistent at times too. They food was taken from me often because I am a diabetic, and the staff would say it was too much sugar. They were making meal decisions for me and it seemed like they were not knowledgeable about diabetic meal choices because they would serve me white rice and potatoes. It wasn't a good fit and I feel like I was not getting the right help for what I was paying for.

Liked idea of the circle building with each hall painted a different color to help residents recognize their own area. Very friendly staff. Resident came to desk and said, "I'm bored" ( I think she does this all the time) and they seated her at a table and she began folding towels. Another resident was getting a manicure in one corner of activity room. Residents listening to a guitarist in another area. I liked the arrangement of the apartments, each with private bathroom. Very clean. Patio area needed a little attention of cutting grass. Several residents spoke as we toured. Given copy of activities calendar and meal plan. Menus appeared to be healthy and choices given. Looked like residents are encouraged to be as active as possible. Nice to see them being involved and not just sitting with heads down and asleep. Noticed a place on the wall by the desk where something had been taken down, nail holes painted over with white (walls were light brown) and nail holes were very obvious. I'm sure it was to be painted over, but very obvious as you entered.

It has been awhile since I toured this place but I must say when I toured this community the first thing you get when you enter the doors is an overwhelming odor of urine. It was far too clear that with the extent of the smell housekeeping seems to be an issue along with the staffing to ensure that the patients are being changed when necessary. I definitely would not put my mother there since I've worked in nursing home care in the past and this was disappointing to see.

My mother in law is doing great since her move to this community. She really likes it here, and we are comfortable with her move here. Everybody here is very helpful, and kind. The community looks great when we come to visit. We know she is safe, and in good hands in this community. The experience is going well, and I would recommend this community.

My father is safe, and in good hands in this community. So far everything is working out well since his move to this community. They have a good, cooperative staff at this community. They have been attentive, and helpful as well. For the most part they do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. They provide good meals, and nice activities for the residents. This community is working out well for my family, and I would recommend it.

I had a tour of this community recently for my mother and I have to say it was not my top choice. The facility was a little bit older and did not seem a well maintained as some of the other ones I had looked at. I just did not get the comfortable home setting that I would want my mother to live in.
