Excellent place I've lived here many years.

This community was fair. The staff communicate very well with the residents as well as the family. My loved one did not stay too long due to a hospital stay and then having to go to assisted living after but while we were there things were great.

We really like it here. I feel like they are very caring and attentive. I feel comfortable with my loved one being in their care. Overall it's been clean. We had an issue with a leak that resulted in some mold on the wall, but they've repaired it and taken the appropriate steps. They recently just changed the food, and it's much better now. Activities are great as well.

The staff has been helpful, and responsive to questions I have. My loved one has adjusted well while at the community. Bingo, exercise, outings, trivia, pet visits and more are available activities for the residents to choose from.

I appreciate the extra efforts and personal touch of Community Relations Director (name removed). Only two other places I visited had a comparable "non-institutional" feel, and they were both more expensive. Staff is delightful and invested in the well being of residents. Residents are extremely social and welcoming. Mom has a fabulous apartment and I am jealous!

Seasons has 32 apartments. There are community residents. It is part an non-profit Life Care Community. Sessions has dedicated exercise, hobby, dining and entertainment rooms. Often if one spouse needs assisted living, they both move into an apartment. They both can with one spouse helping with transporting, enjoy all the activities of Sessions and can also take part all the activities in the larger community. Alternatively one spouse will stay in dependent living and be together regularly. When the assisted living spouse passes, usually independent spouse stays in Sessions. During the Pandemic, when outside contact was limited, no Seasons residents got COVID which highlights the high quality of health care of Eastmont. Individuals who need rehab are temporary if needed in Eastmont’s skilled nursing area. If needed, rehab continues when they return to their apartments. It is common for residents to totally recover after surgery. I am an Life Care Independent Living Resident.

Our first impression of Carriage Oaks was very good, we like the size of the community and that it is smaller, it has a very homey feeling to it. Overall the meals are great, the dining room is still a little limited. We do wish they had a few more activities, but given everything going on those are still limited as well.

The Timbers was very pleasant, and I thought they had nice social spaces . The director of marketing was very pleasant and helpful. As we got farther along in our touring process, we realized our loved one really needed assisted living, which they didn't offer here. So that was our reason for eliminating them from consideration.

We liked them from the start, and they had a great video virtual tour. It was low-fi and wasn't staged at all. It was jus someone walking around with an iPhone. But the overall impression was quite charming. What really made the video was that it started off at the apartment door being opened from the inside with the marketing person saying "Well hello, come on in." And that's been how we've experienced The Rivers, very welcoming from the start. The marketing person did a great job with follow-up and made it really easy for us, letting us know the next small step to take each step of the way. The facility is lovely and very pleasant. There are lots of little conversation areas around the building, and the residents seem to use them. The residents on the whole are extremely friendly. Every time I'm there, they're greeting me. The staff is lovely. They got to know my name and who I was immediately. They're cheerful to interact with and love my mom - and make a point of telling me so. My loved one thinks they're grand, which is the most important thing. She loves the food as well, and is buddies with the chef. There seem to be activities to do, but there could be room for more. Aside from having a space that's physically and aesthetically pleasing to be in, the staff are incredibly personable. Anybody who directly interacts with the residents on a regular basis, seems to be very warm and personable. The cleaning staff are the only ones I've encountered who aren't quite as outgoing, but they've been friendly as well. My loved one is delighted to be living here, and that makes me delighted as well.

It's a really great place to stay. Only problem I had is the parking lot can be a little icy. Other than they're great. The people are nice, the residents are nice, the staff, everything is really good here. It's neat and clean, and I really like it. It's a little hard on my budget, but other than that I have no complaints. They post plenty of activities, although I don't participate. But I hear the residents talking and they think they're great. They've had some water aerobics that people are enjoying. It's definitely worth it to stay here.

The friendliness of the staff members are very good, The activities are very limited because of whats allowed at this time but they do try their best. They have done things like passing out candy for special occasions and they have something planned for Valentines day.

Just what I'm looking for! I called A place for mom on Saturday, and am hoping to finalize it tomorrow, Monday. Wow! Great service, lovely people! Highly recommend!

We would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The people we have spoken to all have been responsive to our questions or concerns about our loved one. There has been some staff turnover. This is an older community.

This community is amazing and I would love to live here. The pricing is higher than others but it's worth the money. Looks great and smells great. I would recommend this community to others.

They are really great, they have a very caring staff that have been there a long time and my mom loves it there. We feel really lucky we found this community, It's a smaller facility so it feels homier. They really go all out, the rooms are very nice, and they decorate for the holidays. I have recommended this facility to others.

The staff is amazing and friendly they've kept us safe from the virus. The food is wonderful and the service is great. This is the only place I'd want to live for senior living.

I've been happy here since May 2019 when I moved in. A very friendly place, very cooperative and helpful. My kids and I have all felt very secure since I moved here.

I moved into Traditions [date removed] because of COVID - no visitors and all activities were canceled. This wasn't how it was supposed to be. The staff has been supportive and understanding, all residents are very friendly. Meals have been good and the kitchen has done an excellent job. I'm very glad I made the move.

I have lived in the community from the time Tradition was built and toured it many times. I also have attended many luncheons and parties here over the years. The personal have always been very friendly, and helpful. This is the reason i'm living here today from all these experience's.
