My mother in law has been living here for several years now. The staff is great, [name removed] is an angel. The meals are delicious and there’s always fun events going on, on a daily basis. The residents are very nice and the facility is clean and has been kept up nicely.

I'd rate the friendliness a 10 if I could, they're so great and so friendly here! The residents and the staff. When we toured, several residents approached dad and asked him if he was going to move in here and told him how much they like it and that it's a great place to live. That was very helpful, as dad was hesitant to move into a community and was just unsure about the whole idea when we started. But he loved the energy here from the very beginning and after the tour he told me he wanted to move here. He loves it! He used to be a couch potato and not very active. Since he's been here, he's active and involved in things all the time. He's actually motivated to be active and interactive. It's great to see! I can't rate the Meals and Dining as we have no experience with it. Dad is very independent and likes to cook his own meals, I don't know if he's even tried the food. But that's just due to him wanting to cook for himself/being independent and has nothing to do with the facility or anything on their part. The staff really is wonderful, they know dad by name and genuinely care about him and take the time to talk to and visit with him. Communication with the family is absolutely phenomenal. Especially during a recent incident. He had a fall (no fault of the facility) and they had to call an ambulance. They handled it very well with him and were very communicative with me through the whole thing. Often when I visit, the staff asks how I'm doing, how things are going, and if I know of anything dad needs that he maybe hasn't mentioned to them. They're just so genuine. They have a good variety of activities and outings. They always have fun things going on and it's a wonderfully diverse group of residents and staff here. I've just been impressed with the entire facility, from the management to maintenance and everything in between. They're just so friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I would live here myself if I could!

I would tell others that are looking into Heathers Estates that there is Heather's Manor next door that is for assisted living for people that need more care. If a resident of the Heathers Estates need to move over to Manor, the staff can help arrange it if necessary. The apartments are fine. Some have small patios that face the parking lot and those inside have nice large patios that face to court yard. My mom is happy here.

Tradition Living was the first place that we toured and we just got a good feeling from the moment we walked in. I looked at about eight others places after this and we felt for the value, this was a better deal They are more affordable because they do it by the services you ask for. She has been very happy and fits right in with the other residents. he staff have been absolutely great. Very helpful and always available if we have any questions. The apartment itself is a very good size. We have been super pleased and would absolutely recommend Tradition Living to other families.

The staff are wonderful and are so friendly - [name removed] who showed us around the place was excellent. She took us to all of the different apartments and we got to see exactly which one he would like to live in. It is a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, they make you feel like home. The apartment itself is very nice and they re-painted it and cleaned the carpets before he moved in. He has a 2 bedroom and the price is great, especially compared to what some other 2 bedroom apartments are going for around the area right now. There are sitting areas on each floor where the residents can socialize. They also have a library as well. All of the other residents have been very friendly to him and he has made a few friends. It is a nice looking facility and it is budded up to a park which is great for my brother because he has 2 dogs. They did not charge an application fee which was nice. I think they have a lot of good activities offered for the residents who want to partake. I would absolutely recommended Heathers Estates to others who are looking. My brother says "I am home".

The staff are terrific. Activities are great. Admissions is excellent. They don't have nurses there 24 hours a day. I wish they did, but I understand that's difficult to have. The nurses they do have are really good though. I highly recommend Waterford Estates and Manor to other families.

We chose AlmaVia for its excellent care. All staff are wonderful and helpful.

Tradition Living looked like an excellent facility. If it did not work out where we are now, this would have been our first choice. The cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff are two of the things I value the most and this facility had both of those things.

I would give both the independent living and assisted living portion of this facility a 5 out of 5. My husband said the food is excellent in assisted living and the variety is wonderful. If what they are serving is something they are not interested in, they have alternate menus to choose from. The friendliness of the staff is what really sticks out to both of us, they are always there to help when you need it. It worked out very well that I could be in independent living and my husband is just across the street in assisted living. I would definitely recommend Waterford Estates to others and we already have.

wonderful community. I have lived here four years and I am enjoying every day in this community. great staff. chance to meet new friends. I am very happy here with the service and activities here. you can go to the movies, join in the games - enjoy a book from the library! most of all, you will laugh more living here.

my parents moved in here over five years ago, and when I visit they rave about how lucky they are to live in such a wonderful community of people. they are missed if they have to go to the hospital. they love all the events -exercise, meals, movies, monthly birthday parties, holiday parties. we all love the Carriage Oaks family.

We chose Waterford Estates and Manor because the size of the facility and they have very nice spacious apartments. We did have one concern that occurred. My loved one was offered an early move in date which she accepted, but no one said anything about charging her for those extra days. It was charged without my knowledge. I think that is something that should have been mentioned beforehand so we would have known. Overall, we would recommend them to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked Traditions, the community is very clean, modern and has very nice common spaces. They did have good activities and a transportation system that took residents out to dinner, theaters and sport games. However they did not have anything other than one bedrooms available.

Excellent facility and very caring staff. Would consider this location when I am ready for this next step in my life.

Carriage Oaks has it all! Professional, compassionate staff, a variety of programs in house; fund and interesting opportunities for day and over night trips; very essential services like shopping, transportation, to/from doctor's appointments, dinner 5 nights/week, housekeeping indoor car parking.

Moved here in June from Olathe, KS. People here are so warm and friendly. The staff is outstanding, both director and her assist have been her 20 years. Your able to stay as busy as you like with activities and church services.

I've lived at Carriage Oaks for seven years. I'm very happy here and attribute the success of the community to the director and other employees. They are excellent in helping residents, keeping the facility clean and running well. The asst director and chef are also very capatant, pleasant helpful. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else.
