This really looked like a great set up.

This really looked like a great set up. I'm on the waiting list here. Unfortunately they didn't have anything available when we needed it. They met a lot of my high priority expectations. I really liked their staff to resident ratio, which is like 1 for every 3 residents.

Kingsley Shores, a great choice

Kingsley Shores has been one of the best decisions we could have made. The facility is beautiful. It is small enough to have a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is awesome. They go above and beyond expectations to make sure everyone is happy and and a part of the community.

Nice looking community

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking facility, although they were in the middle of some remodeling work when we visited. It looked like they provided good care for their residents, however I did not think my loved one would enjoy the shared suite style accommodations.

Beautiful and caring

The facility has been recently renovated and it is beautiful. The community areas are spacious and bright, the hallways are wide and well lit and the apartments are elderly friendly. Pat the concierge always has a warm smile to greet you when you walk in and provides helpful information. My mom is having a difficult transision and the team there has been very supportive and offers good advice and is trying to engage her to make her feel more at home.

Welcoming

I think it’s easy to integrate into – The adjustment is easy. The staff is just phenomenal – they just go out of their way to help people fit in. It’s brand new so from a cleanliness stand point – it’s really good. So far the food has been great.

so far of all the places, this one is my favorite. The whole theme of 'thrive' and healthy eating is so important in helping people feel good. Loved the bike and other exercise equipment. Layout of the place has a wonderful flow to it, and staff are so involved in every aspect. Loved it.

1st choice. Proven, Ebenezz...

1st choice. Proven, Ebenezzer (Lutheran founded) Care Suite - 3 private rooms/bath share common kitchen and living room. Access to full dining menu/in suite dining service option and activities of the general population. On premise appointments with GP, Podiatrist, Eye and Podiatrist. On premise therapies, OC and PT. Priest from my church say Mass and bring communion. I live 1/2 mile away. Care Suite is $290 per day inclusive of all services. Memory care's highest level is less XXXX. Executive Director is former Sunrise (Sunrise at one time had 10 in MN, now 4, while all other systems are expanding.) The representatives from all of the centers have as their #1 priority to place the resident in the best for them. Two other executive directors from 'competing centers' told me The Colony would be the best choice for Mom even if I lived a distance from The Colony.

My mom's good care

The community is very nice and we like the staff that is always willing to help and makes improvements when needed. The community is clean and the menu is really good with a lot of healthy choices. I like that she is active with the other residents. I would recommend this community for good care and value for other families.

Highly recommend.

Staff memebers are great. Very helpful, friendly and caring. They made my fathers's move-in process very easy, providing me with the paper work and the information to complete it well in advance. The facility is quite new and is very well kept. It is by far the cleanest facility I have assessed for my father's care. My father is in a memory care, studio apartment. He tells me he enjoys the ample space he has, and that the food is consistanly very good. He enjoys the staff he interacts with each day and says "everyone here is very friendly." A real "plus" for me is the option to have my father's doctor visits and lab work completed on site, and to have direct access to his daily care notes, Dr. visits, and lab results via the internet. I would highly recommend people looking for a senior community to consider The Waters of Plymouth.

The Waters was beautiful!

The Waters was beautiful! This was in our top two. This was geared a little more towards independent living that the one we chose, and this only does two meal a day instead of three. This was just a little more upscale and fancy for my parents to feel comfortable. Really beautiful though.

The Waters of Plymouth

The facility looks beautiful, brand new and clean. Everyone we talked to was very nice. The rooms seemed to be good size. Activities sounded good. Had chosen to go there but Mom was beyond their capabilities. Views facing south were city/highway, but interesting. Views to the north and east were woodsy. No matter the room you could see both in common areas. Dining area seemed nice, not too big, very cozy. Liked the facility and staff. A little pricy but worth it.

Very positive experience with Broadwell. Very good experience and their caregivers were very patient and caring.

The only thing I would say that was negative, is that I wasn’t sure how often they consistently conducted their activities to keep the tenants engaged. My mom definitely needed that and I just wasn’t sure how consistent that was throughout the day. Otherwise, I thought the place was fabulous, it was clean, And we were very happy with Mom’s care there.
