Staff gets a 4 -simply because I don't know the new person in charge. [name removed] left in July and she was awesome. The meals - there were some hiccups this summer. Mom only goes to dinner and frequently they ran out of the scheduled menu item and sometimes the quality wasn't good. Activities -pet therapy is a popular activity, yet it's scheduled when the [name removed] in the hair salon is there (and she's there only twice a month, so folks need to take advantage of her presence). 8. 5

I would give an enthusiastic 5 for each of categories listed above. The staff is cheerful and greet you with a "hello" towards guests but more importantly they seem to treat and interact with the residents as if they were family. Couldn't be more pleased.

Overall, we love the place. There's plenty to do if you choose to engage. It's spotlessly clean The only complaint she has is that the food isn't homemade.

Having a lot of activities to choose from, and very kind caring staff who have gotten to know him and his abilities and interests well. They also keep me posted on his changing needs or any problems. Having nice meals keeps him healthy and happy, food is very good, balanced.

What our family likes the most about The Pointe at Kilpatrick are the different activities and the cleanliness of the community

For the services they offer, I am more than satisfied with the cost of her apartment! It's super clean and the staff has been amazing with her. She has transitioned completely to their medical staff as well and she has liked every Dr./Nurse she has dealt with. She has never once complained about their food. Even if she doesn't like the daily specials, they have an abundance of other choices for her to choose from.

Everything about The Pointe at Eastgate has been AWESOME! Especially the food, everything is just great.

What our family likes the most about The Pointe at Pontiac is the great communication, my mother is no longer there-moved to memory care so we were sad to see her move. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Pointe at Kilpatrick and things have been very good for her at this facility so far. The cleanliness, staff and care services are good. The friendliness, meals and value for cost are great! This facility is a great place to live. I would recommend The Pointe at Kilpatrick to family and friends.

Based on the experience we have had so far and what we like the most is the staff - they are very friendly and attentive . Has gotten to know my father well. Always willing to answer my questions and offer help. We would recommend The Pointe at Kilpatrick to other families.

I don't think I could've found a more perfect setting for my loved one. I liked the overall look, but the home and family atmosphere sold us. The Director, [name removed], really felt our concerns and needs. She is the best!! I would recommend to others.

Even though my time was short with the Pointe due to Moms death, I was pleased with the whole process and the staff was wonderful - they were so kind and caring.

We have had a great experience at The Pointe at Eastgate - they're the best. The staff is top notch, the facility is clean, and the food is always good.

We are not allowed in the dining room so I do not know anything about the food because visitors are not allowed in there. There could be more card playing games or social meet and great. However The Pointe at Eastgate is a quiet place, it is lovely, clean and safe.

What sticks out most about The Pointe at Eastgate is the facility is very clean, the food is good, and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

We love it, and my sister who lives there loves it too! We were very pleased by the entire process from beginning to end. I want to make special note of mentioning [name removed], the Marketing Director. When we went, she gave us a tour of the place, she answered all of our questions, and she was wonderful. Every encounter we had with her was wonderful. If you're a marketing manager, you may have a tendency to oversell the place. We saw other places and they want to tell you things, but when you look around you see that it's not what they say. She didn't oversell The Pointe, everything she said was 100% true. She was wonderful and I want to make sure she gets recognition.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. I would tell them to encourage their loved ones to move there. Not only were the employees kind and helpful but the residents were friendly. Staff members are very caring.

I moved in a month ago and although I picked the place myself, I am extremely pleased. I love living here even more than I ever expected. I stop by [name removed]'s office everyday to thank her for her help getting me my apartment.

I have been touring many communities for my aunt. this tour, building, and the woman giving the tour was the best yet. I never felt pressured or like I was just a job to her. she took the time to explain giving me more information that I had gotten from other place I visited combined. we are now working on getting my aunt into this place. thank you [name removed] for treating me so kindly.
