The staff were caring and went the extra mile. I was able to text [name removed] with any concerns and she got right back to me, she even texted me pics of my mom showing she was doing well. We were out of state on vacation and a little worried about how my mom would handle her stay and [name removed] texts put my mind at ease.

A few things that stood out - it is Clean, no smell, very friendly and helpful staff, variety of activities offered.

Mom's room is always clean and neat, her bathroom is cleaned daily , the staff knows the people there and treats them well , we've made several surprise visits and always found everything in order. We have peace of mind knowing she's in good hands.

[name removed] enjoys The Garden immensely. The staff is caring and engaged with the residents all the time . They have monthly activities to involve the residents w virtual travel where movies, music and food is featured monthly. They have a musician that plays regularly. The food is healthy, sufficient portions and delicious. The building and grounds are immaculate. I am very comfortable with the quality of care [name removed] is receiving.

Overall it's a very warm and welcoming environment, staff is friendly and attentive. Clean and safe space. Food is a lot of frozen/heated pizza etc. so would like to see fresher. Would like more activities too, but realize memory care residents aren't always receptive/active.

The staff and facility at Aegis Shadow Ridge is the best I've seen: their activities, the transitions program, the family nights, the app where I can see what my mother is doing is outstanding, and the bi-weekly email communication showing her activities and participation. This is well worth every penny that we are spending. I highly recommend this location and this company.

I would rate them a 5 overall. The staff has been helpful, and my mother is adjusting nicely. What stood out is it is a safe environment for her and she is exposed to social activities.

5 for all of them!!!!! I like that it was small - like a family. We really appreciate the fact that the staff came in to say goodbye on her last day. They really cared about her and we would absolutely recommend the community to other families.

You will not be alone on this journey. The staff at Sunlit Gardens quickly become family. They are not only there for your loved one but also there for you. They are patient and understand the transition can be difficult. Be assured the staff will know your loved ones specific needs and likes very quickly. They truly care. My husband and i can say we sleep soundly know our loved one (His mom) is being watched over and cared for better than we could. We thank God for leading us to Sunlit. Staff and facilities were great. I highly recommend. Mom really liked everything about the place...

They have a wonderful program called transitions where if your family member needs memory care, but has the capacity to do some activities it allows them to participate in the activities with people that are in the assisted living area. I think it's a super valuable program. Since my dad was in the memory care area, he had a smaller room. And it was perfectly sufficient for everything he had or needed to have in the room. We had hoped he was going to be in assisted-living, but he was not qualified for that so we only got to see the memory care room and it was good. But he had come from a very large home, so I'm sure for him. It was quite an adjustment, but it had plenty of room for everything he needed at that point in his life.

I would say after 3 months I'm extremely pleased in all categories. The people have been Amazing! Rating would be 5 across the board. I'm pleased that mom is now integrated into the community. This only happens when the facility and staff make it happen.

Food is good and always changing. She complains about them not having real butter, but she does that everywhere. They keep the place clean and are extremely friendly. Everyone knows her dogs and when she gets ill they driver the meals. Only gripe I have is there inability to take credit cards for payments line they used to. Change of ownership

My mother was only there for 24 days before she passed away. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was always helpful. I feel my mother was well taken care of while she was there.

We were so pleased with everything at Crescendo. We are thankful for your help. Your rep called us with 3 good choices for a 2 week respite for my husband. He suggested one as outstanding, that was Crescendo, since we were out of the state , our daughter went and took the tour.she was so pleased , she called us and said book it now. The whole place , plus all the staff, were so pleasant and helpful. Even tho my husband was not thrilled to go ,because he would rather be home, he had no complaints! He even won at bingo one night!!it helped me to have a bit of a break, to get away with girlfriends for a few days! A very good experience.

I'm super grateful for your company's help in our journey!!! I highly recommend it. Everyone is super friendly and I feel very confident that my mil is safe. The staff are amazing! It's a small facility so my mil gets more personal attention.

As a family this was a hard thing to go through but Sunlit Gardens by far has made our Mother feel comfortable and taken care of but I think the most important part is her dignity. The entire team at Sunlit has worked hard to feel like none has been lost. Everything has been working out wonderfully. We have no problem in referring Sunlit Gardens to anyone whom is looking for memory care for their parents or family members. All questions answered All request have been fulfilled. Mama is safe, clean and respected!

The staff have been great. The facility is always clean every time I drop in to see my mom and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The facility offers activities for the residents and encourage participation for residents and family.

We we're very happy with El Rio. Unfortunately my Father-in-law escaped from there so we had to put him in a smaller place where he'd be more closely watched. He also escaped via bike from our house when I was in charge of him. He's died since then but we really liked El Rio. We probably would have left him here, he just would not stay anywhere! It is a great place for your loved ones. My Aunt lived there also so I don't have a problem recommending it
