When you see residents respected, pleasant surroundings, and interactive leadership then you have arrived at Valley Crest. I've never walked into this facility without being greeted with a smile. Every employee takes an interest in knowing the status of their residents.

Staff is very friendly. And the staff is helpful when I needed something. The residents looked happy and well taken care of. I have no reason as to why anyone would not want to put their loved one in this facility. The place overall is very clean and inviting. Care is their first priority.

I visit Valley Crest at least twice a week to visit my patients. I always see them busy and well taken care of. They are always well groomed and their daily hygiene needs are met. The staff is outstanding. Always willing to help. They are very friendly and welcoming. Valley Crest is my favorite place to visit and I would recommend them to anyone looking for memory care for a loved one.

I do laughter with the residents and staff. This is done twice a month and is a joy to be here. Staff uses the laughter tools when I am not here.

My grandma is very well taken care of and loved here at Valley Crest. She is always clean, her hair done daily and is dressed nicely. I work with hospice patients on a daily basis and I visit Valley Crest at least twice a week and am always surprised how well the place is run. It's always clean, the staff is always willing to help. They care for the residents like they are family. I recommend Valley Crest to all my clients.

Employees greeted me at the door, very polite, a very organized place. I was offered water as the tour went on. Residents here look very well taken care of and I would recommend families to this facility.

I placed my mom at Valley Crest when she could no longer lie in assisted living. I was very concerned but the people who work there are really wonderful! They actually care about my mom, and she feels their caring. Any concerns I may have are taken care of immediately. I couldn't have found any place better for my mom. Pacifica is a very nice place every time I come in which is Monday through Friday. The staff are very friendly and helpful every time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great retirement home.
