Our mom just moved to Story Point a month ago with her dog. The Apartment setting required Aha care for her dog and we would of never made it through that first worth without the help from the Care Stoff. Thank you so much!

A very comfortable atmosphere, the staff is very competent and interested in my overall well-being.

I would say Bayfield is a first class place. Very happy with every aspect. The caring staff was wonderful. They helped my Mom achieve her goal to go home. But I would also say the cost is not sustainable for long. For what my Mother needed at the time, it was wonderful. We could go to sleep at night knowing that if she needed something someone was there for her. Caring people that did their best.

It was a positive experience.

StoryPoint Group is an excellent company to work for and therefore my husband & I wouldn’t want my mother-in-law [name removed] to live anywhere else. I thought Mommy was an introvert until she moved to StoryPoint Pickerington with the help of [removed] Home Care last July. This move allowed her to maintain her independence with the help of [removed] Home Care on staff 24 hours a day. Mommy is thriving in a safe and loving environment. My husband and I tell Mommy she has a more active social calendar than us. We enjoy spending time with Mommy, her neighbors and their families. Chef [name removed], [name removed] and the culinary team do an excellent job for special occasions, family celebrations and loving on her daily. Thanks for all you do every minute of every day!!! Visited my daughter at work and had a look around. Staff is friendly. Residents are great as well.

Always greeted with smiles from the staff and residents. What a fun and happy place!

Admissions was wonderful. Everything was explained in detail what to expect. Beautiful building, friendly staff. Very clean and welcoming.

Our loved one has passed on now but it felt homey and it was easy to get to know the staff team. They did have a little turnover but the community had a very relaxed vibe. My mother in laws nursing home was constant buzzers and patients yelling.

When Mom couldn't live on her own anymore, she wanted a place which had views of nature (woods, wildlife, beautiful plantings) rather than buildings and concrete. She wanted it to be small enough that she could enjoy the surroundings without getting lost and large enough that there would be opportunities to share activities and make friends with her neighbors. Briarwood is so welcoming. Mom is happy here, feels safe, loves the food, and receives wonderful care. Everyone is committed to constant improvement and it just keeps getting better. We searched for quite a while and feel lucky to have found something this special.

My mom loves the staff! They are always kind to her, smiling, and friendly. She can't say enough about that, which I think is so important, in light of the stories you hear occasionally about elder abuse in other places. She feels very safe there, and I feel her needs are being met very well. I had concerns about the food (mostly quality; the quantity is fine for my tiny 98 year old mom), but Grace Haven has hired a new chef, and Mom claims the food is better. Highest praise for [name removed], the director. She is always smiling and ready to hear any concerns I may have.

Our loved one has passed, but during her time at Briarwood they were very good to her and us as a family. The facility was clean. We were even able to eat there a couple of times and the food was pretty good and if she wanted something different they got it for her.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I am very happy with my decision. I find the staff and everyone enjoyable and helpful. There is a lot of activities and the staff is considerate and helpful. The decision to come here was the best time of my life.

My loved one was previously a resident at StoryPoint Rockford and this was a very nice facility. The staff was great. The food was great. My loved one loved it here! Based on our experience, I would highly recommend StoryPoint Rockford to others.
