StoryPoint Union is an excellent place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful, residents are welcoming, and the food is delicious and includes a nice variety of choices. Our apartment has plenty of room, a good view and the facility is quiet in the living areas.

I have met some really great people here. recently I got hurt and one of residence offered to take me to the doctor. I could go on about meaningful relationships. The management team really cares about the residents and go out of there way to make our stay a meaningful one whether it be 1 year or 15

I would highly recommend. They are nice, friendly. They offer a lot of activities for the residents as well as for the family.

Don't even know where to begin to share my feelings about Woodlawn Meadows Memory care. First off, the facility and rooms are exceptionally maintained which was of a high priority for me to place my mother in. I have been to other facilities and I give this area a 5-star rating! But after 9 months of my mother being there, the care, love, understanding, and patience the staff exhibits toward their residents is way beyond exceptional. I visit my mother weekly or more and I have observed time and time again how positively the staff interacts with my mother and the other residents residing there. And it not just the day-to-day staff, it's the Director [name removed], [name removed]the wellness director, the chef, housekeeping, and the activity director. The teamwork I observe amongst the staff is what I feel makes this facility an exceptional place to consider for loved ones, you will not find anything better, I promise! Thank you for all you do each and every day to comfort our loved ones!

I enjoyed having the zero transition shower. It was so helpful while taking care of my invalid husband. The washer and dryer were helpful to have. I enjoyed all the new appliances. But I think all the staff were wonderful. I want to thank the staff who helped me through the death of my husband

Our experience at Danbury has been very positive. The staff is wonderful and extremely caring. The living space is cozy and comfortable. I am grateful that we found a place where mom is content and well cared for.

After visiting several assisted living communities, Gaslight Village stood out from the start. The care staff is exceptional—efficient, compassionate, and consistent. Their structure and follow-through help my mom feel secure and know what to expect each day. The life enrichment programming is also a highlight. There’s always something going on, and the staff thoughtfully adapts activities to meet residents where they are—especially important for my mom, who has vision challenges. We’re so grateful to have found a place that truly supports her quality of life.

You can't imagine the difficult decision to move a loved one to a facility, but the staff at the Lakeview Terrace made it easier than expected. My mom has a special diet (Celiac disease) that requires special meals and diligence to prevent cross contamination. Not only do the chefs do a fantastic job, but the care staff get involved with their creativity and input. The Terrace is a loving community of residents and their families that also contributes to the close atmosphere. My only complaint is that they won't take my reservation for when I might need to move there in 25 years!

I am a local Realtor, and had the privilege to tour Springwood Luxury Living, and all its amenities, along with hosting an event for the residents and their friends. This beautiful facility feels like a great place to call home. It felt like a resort. [name removed] the director was so accommodating and helpful. The residents seem to really like her. The day after the event they were going out for another event. This is definitely a community to consider when trying to find your next home sweet home,

We have been pleased with the care our Mom has received at Grandhaven. All the care workers are friendly, patient, and caring. They are good about keeping us updated on Mom’s condition and any changes needed in her care.

All you could ask for! Friendly and focused on taking care of the residents. My mom loves the activities- they really do care! I would definitely take a tour and strongly consider it! You’ll be glad you went!

5 Stars for Storypoint Birmingham! Excellent care staff and dining and food selections. A menu for every breakfast, lunch and dinner. My father is thriving here. Very good social environment and calendar.

I only wish I had moved him sooner from [community removed] care so he could have benefited from all opportunities offered. The staff was incredibly supportive while [name removed] was in hospice and when he passed away.

Lovely facility; friendly and helpful staff; nursing staff is responsive. Adequate room size; convenient amenities (phone, television), including library, hair salon.

Facility is clean and well maintained. My mom is in memory care and the staff is attentive and provides good care. We had a few issues and they were very responsive to her changing needs. Staff tried to engage them in activities as much as possible

The people who take care of me are wonderful. The care staff take their time and know everything I need. I enjoy when the staff take time to come visit with me and get to know me. I am very happy here and am very happy with my care.

I have never seen a senior living place as fantastic as Danbury. I’ve never seen one employee roll their eyes at any request or comment from any resident. Every single employee is very caring and kind to all residents, from the administration down to maintenance and house keeping. If my mom’s room smells a little off but it’s not her room cleaning day the housekeeper will go take care of it quickly. I’m amazed at how they found so many employees that all love the residents! Very heart warming knowing mom is taken care of so well and she loves it there! Thank you to all of you!

Everyone knows her name and always speaks to her. The staff rotates through the memory care wing and the independent living wing which made her recent transition from independent living to memory care seamless. There are always plenty of activities available and she has especially enjoyed the weekly field trip to go out to lunch.

The staff at Danbury Mount Vernon have gone above and beyond to help my mom during a most difficult time of transition in her life. They have made sure that all of her needs are met and that she matters to them! I am so grateful for the peace of mind that comes with her living in this community brings.
