Ludington Woods is a life saver! I feel completely at ease knowing that she is well taken care of here. The staff has been wonderful and several have told me how much they enjoy her (which I think they say about all the residents!:) ).

This community does an outstanding job at providing various assistance levels and living options while maintaining a sense of class and dignity for the senior residents through the service options that are available and the way in which they are provided. The living environment is beautiful and the staff are outstanding. From the Executive Director to the housekeeping personnel, the staff are attentive and engaging with their residents, the reeidents' families, and guests. The activities offered are diverse, creative, and engaging resulting in a sense of community among those in the building. I appreciate that the staff have an expectation of excellence for the care of their residents and expect the same from all others providing service within the building.

I've worked in senior living for over 11 years. I have the pleasure of visiting many communities. StoryPoint Portage is not only beautiful, it looks brand new and it is over 5 years old. It has great energy from the friendly staff, residents and if you haven't had a chance to eat there I'd highly recommend it. So Good! Check out their Facebook page for all the fun things they do. I want to live there.

Mom was older and reluctant to leave her condo. Getting her used to her apartment took staff major effort and they gave it freely! Mom adapted with their care. She started calling it home, a major step for her. When she moved from 'little' care into Hospice, the staff were right there! They are great at Riley's Grove!

StoryPoint Powell North is an excellent facility. Great location to other businesses, services, and general area. Also their staff, all roles and levels, are very caring and attentive. Definitely recommend StoryPoint!

Grand Village has wonderful caring staff. They know how to work with elder adults. Facility is bright with lots of natural light, has lots of activities, and family activities.

I recently relocated my mom from Socal to Ohio and Danbury was the perfect fit when I toured it. I visit my mom every other day so I have a lot of interaction with the staff. They are amazing and patient . My mom is comfortable and confident in the staff and the facility is clean and well maintained. When I tell my friends where my mom is living they have extremely postive comments and I echo these sentiments. I have peace of mind knowing my mom is at Danbury.

Riley Grove is efficiently and carefully run by administrative staff who deeply care and by staff who are professional, attentive and also very caring. They know residents well and pay loyal attention to their needs.

Attended Christmas celebration for the residents and was pleasantly surprised by the festive holiday feeling. We were served a lovely meal with hordourves and desserts. They do a nice job with the residents.

Great place to live, when you can't live in your own home. Very caring staff. Good food and fun activities. Nice to have your own apartment and bathroom.

We are extremely happy with the care our mother is getting. Her apartment is beautiful and cozy. The food is good and nutritious. She has flourished since moving in. We can rest easy knowing her is safe and well cared for.

Southwick Village exemplifies this caring and nurturing of each individual who resides there. EACH and EVERY staff member is generous of their time, giving of their abilities and represent the finest qualities found in an assisted living environment.

Our [name removed] does a wonderful job of mingling with residents and letting them know she is always available to talk. However, when forum meetings are cancelled, i.e. today, no real notice is given.

I don't know what I expected but this place blew my mind. I've never been more impressed with the care and service being provided. I can't recommend this place enough. You'll never regret your decision to become a resident.

We are very happy with our apartment. Layout is excellent. Heating and cooling excellent! The staff are all very cordial and courteous. We receive good help and service. No doubt, food is the most difficult to prepare and please. Generally I am happy with the food. Outings very nice. Very good, tops.
