My father is doing well with his move to this community. It is a nice community, and they are taking good care of him, and his needs. The staff is very good. There are a few activities available for the residents. He is pleased with meals. My mother will be making the move into the very soon, so we are pleased with all they have done for us.

This is a beautiful community in a good location with a diverse activity and care program. We may have chosen this facility for my sister-in-law, however there was a waiting list for a single room. She did not need two bedrooms and we could not wait to move her; she needed assisted living immediately. I would highly recommend this community for those who are a little less dependent. vf

This is a lovely community and my tour went very well. The tour guide was very kind and informative. I liked the layout of the community, everything was very nice and clean. They do offer nice activities and good food. Overall it was very good tour, I enjoyed it.

They did a good job. There is a lot of paperwork for a short respite stay, but once I figured out how to navigate all of that it was fine. They are real nice. They were nearby, and new, which we really liked. They are able to do just one day, or more. They are pretty laid back, and flexible.

Very pleased with the care they provide and their commitment to make sure the people have what they what and need.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Spring Arbor of Salisbury was a very nice looking community, and near the top of our list. The people here were friendly and professional, and the facility itself was clean and well kept. It seemed like a very nice place overall!

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far everything has gone very well with Rosewood Village! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff here is very friendly and professional. I'd definitely say they're worth a look, if you're looking into options in the area.

I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. My mother's primary complaint is that there isn't anything to do. Apparently there isn't near the amount of activities associated with the senior living apartment facilities at the Shores compared with one of her good friends who is living in a different but similar facility.

Everything I’ve seen is good. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been real nice. We’ve been real pleased. I’ve eaten there a couple a couple of times and it was good. There is enough parking. The laundry service has been fine.

I’m very happy. My loved one lives there and I’ve only been there a couple of times, but my loved seems to really like it. It’s a nice place. We’re very happy. I’ve had difficulty finding parking sometimes. The food seems to be okay.

my mother-in-law liked it there very much. We hated to move her but wanted to have her closer to our home.

When I viewed the communities back in march 2013 I was looking for a nice home for my parents. I went to the Windsor-Manor- Indianola and found the staff to be wonderful the layout and grounds were well kept and the care service we were seeking fit the needs of my parents.

The cleanliness is excellent, the staff is very good, very friendly, the care that they're providing to my parents is outstanding. They've had some medical issues since they've been there so they aren't able to participate in as many activities as we would like. The medical care has been excellent, I can't say enough about it. It's been outstanding, the nurses, their assistants and even the aids are exceptional. The consistency of some of the meals they serve could be improved upon, I wouldn't say they're bad but something they serve could be similar to something they've cooked before but it won't be as good. I would say it's inconsistent. My parents chose this most likely because it was one single floor, there was no need for elevators and the apartment they leased was a little bigger.

Our favorite out of all we have seen. Physically it is very nice. Staff is friendly. People and staff interact positively. We are going to add her to the waitlist here immediately.

Unfortunately the manager didn't show for our appointment. We were given a tour by the architect who seemed knowlegeable. The Manor isn't finished yet but will be very much like the one in Bondurant. Very pretty. Nice rural neighborhood.

I was very impressed with Windsor Manor in Vinton. My parents were impressed too.
