Please keep in mind that this review is based on my experience as a caregiver. The staff are exceptionally kind and do their best to be accommodating. There are a variety of activities that seem to be well attended, and the live music on Fridays appears to be a favorite among the residents. The facility itself is spotless and very well maintained. The only area where I've been disappointed is the apartment cleaning service, which is provided every other week. In my experience, the cleaning has not always been thorough. Vacuuming has sometimes been incomplete, the floors have not been properly washed, and on one occasion I had to request that the staff return to finish the job. To be clear, this concern is limited to the in-apartment housekeeping. The facility's common areas are consistently clean and well cared for. It's also possible there has been some miscommunication with my resident about the cleaning, as I'm not present when housekeeping visits. The apartment is a comfortable size, and overall I believe the community offers good value for the cost.

The person we met with was understanding about the difficulty of the visit showed grace and patience. We had some basic questions but their lead in presenting their facility and what they offered was very detailed and informative.

Nice apartments, beautiful area, and wonderful staff! The independent living section of the facility is servicing more folks with mobility issues than many other of the "independent" facilities in town. Perhaps the average resident is less likely to be as physically active, and at a stage moving closer to assisted living as well. For us, this is perfect. My husband teeters between independent vs assisted, and we are trying to keep him as "independent" as possible. The PT staff are full time, can focus on geriatric issues with therapy, and are excellent at what they do! Having this service "in house" is extremely convenient as well! Having a large pool is another reason we chose this facility. There are open pool times a couple of days a week which are supervised, and our PT person will be doing an extra 1 on 1 pool session weekly as therapy. For some elders, this residence may not be the best fit for where they are at mentally or physically, but for us it was the best choice.

The facility was always clean and odor free. Decent food. Well run. Great caring staff. Top to bottom. Best decision to go with Three Oaks.

The Oaks at Algonquin is wonderful! The staff are consistently pleasant, friendly, flexible, and informative—always ready to help with a smile and genuine care. The facility is spotlessly clean, modern, and inviting, with beautiful common areas and well-maintained spaces. Services are excellent across independent living, assisted living, and memory care, with attentive support that gives real peace of mind. Amenities like the restaurants, activities, and outdoor areas make daily life enjoyable. Residents and families feel truly welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommend this outstanding community!

Everybody there was great and my mom loved it there

I love my home at Burr Ridge Senior Living. In fact, I just got a new washer and dryer. It’s such a beautiful community!!! I have made so many friends here and it changed my personality for the better. It’s a family here!!

The place is clean. Staffing has improved over the last 6 months. The food is still not great.

Welcoming. Nice to have things explained clearly and to take the folder home. Reasonably priced. Like the location. Close to my home.

I recently visited this community and was very impressed with the beautiful welcoming atmosphere, and friendly team. During my visit I had the opportunity to meet with some of the leadership team and it was immediately clear how passionate they are to creating an exceptional experience for residents and families. The leadership commitment shines through in the culture of the entire community. The staff are warm and engaging, and there was a genuine sense of care and connection throughout the building. it's easy to see that satisfaction and quality care are top priority here. For anyone exploring senior living options in the are, I would absolutely recommend taking the time to visit Enclave at Cedar Park and experience the community first hand.

It is evident that the team at Westbrook takes great pride in maintaining a first-class community, and we feel confident that our loved one will receive outstanding care in a safe, supportive, and caring environment.

Knowing that you can no longer care for your loved one is a difficult pill to swallow, but having to find a place for them to live, out of your own home, is a daunting task. When my mom was moved to the memory care unit at Westbrook, it was a blessing in disguise! Mom was welcomed by the staff and residents alike, and [name removed], the unit manager, was always attentive and proactive to Mom's (and my) needs. Once Mom was settled into her room, she was more alert and happy, which made me feel good about the decision to move her. The staff is caring and the activities keep the residents engaged. I feel blessed that my mom was in such a safe and supportive environment until she passed.

I initially spent a lot of time with marketing rep to get a better overall understanding of the assisted living and memory care centers concept with a specific interest in how person with dementia is cared for as they move through the changes in their disease. We only had a short time for a tour. The two-bedroom assisted living unit model was very nice. By comparison, the memory care center unit was very small and depressing to me. I assume that it is probably like that at other facilities, also. I was told that a person with dementia feels more comfortable in a smaller space.
