The staff is caring and attentive. It is a big relief to have my mom in a place with such a wonderful staff! This includes the management staff. The appear never to be bothered by questions or some very interesting questions from my mom. As far as the food goes , sometimes it is very good! And sometimes mom reports that the meat is tough and inedible.

My mother was previously a resident at North Pointe and she had a great experience at this facility. The staff was caring. North Pointe took good care of her. They did have a bed bug issue that they were treating, I guess that's to be expected? My mother was treated with love and was respected. They also had many activities available for the residents to participate in.

Recently, I called A Place for Mom to enlist their help in finding an assisted living facility for my mom to move into. It was kind of an urgent matter, and they were very helpful. After talking with my rep, [name removed], the first facility to call me (almost immediately) was Holiday Oakwood Hills - and [name removed], the sales manager, was beyond helpful. He listened, explained everything involved, and helped my brother and I get our mom approved and moved in in less than a week. The application and move in processes were very easy, and [name removed] and the rest of the staff have been really attentive to making sure my mom gets acclimated quickly and has everything she needs. I can't recommend Holiday Oakwood Hills highly enough!

[name removed] the sales director has been super friendly and helpful with tours and information getting us started at The Harrison for my mom. Communication has been great and everyone we have encountered has been friendly and helpful!

I would rate each one a 5. The Heritage took great care of mom, she enjoyed the activities and getting her hair done frequently. Everyone gave me a peace of mind knowing she was no longer alone. Nurse [name removed] was excellent at keeping us informed. My siblings enjoyed the meals shared with her. I can't put a value on that peace I found while she was there. She passed on[date removed] but had better quality of life while at the Heritage. My thanks to their staff and yours for making that possible.

Maintenance-when there is something I have asked for help with, I have gotten the quickest response. She had a problem with her toilet and it was addressed immediately. Even had a problem with her walker not rolling well and they fixed it without question. That is above and beyond what normally happens in other facilities my mother has lived at. I find them to be very organized there. It makes the entire process so much less stressful on the resident as well as the family.

Very happy with everything that the Summit has done and offered for my mom. I'd recommend the Summit for any one who is looking for a place for a loved one or friend that needs that level of care.Very friendly staff and great people.

What has made The Wellington at Southport such a good experience so far is the friendliness of their staff team, the quality of care and then the meals that are served. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would highly recommend it. My mother loved it there until her dementia progressed to the point where she couldnt live there.

The Marketing representative was very helpful in making the transition from filling out paperwork, touring the facility, to moving in. Housekeeping does great at cleaning and food is very good and severed in a nice setting daily. We have been well pleased so far.

You as a family member must be present and participate in your parents' life while they are there. It also helps to communicate with staff on a positive level and ask them about their lives. Be personal so you build a relationship with them as well. Our grandfather was also there in 2003-2005 and was treated with respect and great care.

I have very little to compare to...however the overall experience, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff is very good. The quality of care is good as well, and the value for cost overall seems very good. Happy very fortunate we found the place. It was recommended to us by someone else. I made the decision to seek you out in five minutes. It was one of my better decisions. If I were to ask anything, it would be that the caretaker see to it that she walks, a substantial amount every day. She eats the proper foods. She is a type three diabetes and she loves sweets and sugar. She will lie about whether she ate that or not. Also, I would like for her to be forced to go to activities, bingo, cards, games ,whatever.

I would definitely recommend this facility for your loved ones. The staff is amazing and very friendly. My dad lives up there. The facility is always clean. They take really good care of the residents.

I like they took an active interest in our situation. We had many questions and they took the time to address them all. The facilities are clean and well kept. All the staff are friendly and caring. Mom enjoys the meals and activities. The Director of the Memory Care unit is a god send. Absolutely awesome. We are very new in this part of our journey with mom, we are happy with our decision to partner with Crown Pointe.

What has made Holiday The Lodge at White Bear such a great experience has been the people. The residents and staff alike are just great and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to others

The food is well seasoned and tasty, and is consistently good. You couldn't ask for a nicer, cleaner, or more friendly place. Mother is very happy here.

I have been very happy with all the above when it come to The Waterford at Carpenter's Creek. Based on our experience, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones
