I was skeptical when I got here but the place grew on me. I enjoy painting. trivia. bingo, cards, exercise classes, bible study, hand eye coordination. The meals are terrific, very delicious and offer a good range of foods. The laundry and housekeeping is done by experienced people who care, everyone is very friendly and nice.

My favorite thing about living here is the people. The staff and my neighbors are so kind.

Very happy here from where I was before to where I am now is 100% improvement. Our receptionist is so great. I would recommend this place to anybody especially with the service they provide. Love it here.

Everything you would need is readily available, clean, everyone is very nice, staff and other residents. Very friendly place to live, I love it here. Also there is always something to do.

Staff is caring and competent. Facility is well kept. Planned activities are excellent. Meals are excellent. There is an RN and two med techs on site. Close to St. David's hospital. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about Waterford at Plano. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a true sense of community. The staff go above and beyond to ensure every resident feels safe, valued, and genuinely cared for. Their attention to detail—from personalized care plans to thoughtful daily activities—sets this place apart from others.  The living spaces are clean, modern, and incredibly well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch, offering everything from chef-prepared meals to fitness programs, transportation services, and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas perfect for relaxing or socializing. You can tell Waterford at Plano is run with compassion and integrity. But what really makes it special is the atmosphere—it feels like home. There’s a wonderful balance of independence and support, and it’s clear that the residents are thriving.

Very friendly facility, both staff and residents. Very homey. Smaller and easier to navigate for residents with dementia. Highly recommended facility.

Great community. New ownership is making a huge impact for the residents and families. The food is outstanding. Don’t miss out on the tiramisu! Staff is welcoming and kind! I would refer anyone I know looking for a place for their loved one.

Right on schedule, everyone is fantastic. Wasn't sure what to expect when we moved in but we love it. This is our home. Everyone is great, very few complaints. Lots of good neighbors. Love our friends at our dinner table. I give them 9000 points!!

Service is wonderful. Could not ask for better service from aids, staff. I do have a gripe, corp. does not seem to care we are living in an older setting and giving us the updates as promised. Otherwise, very satisfied.

The staff is loving and attentive to the needs of the residents. They provide a variety of activities that encourage interaction and recall of past memories and the making of new ones. It warms my heart to see my mom smile at the staff knowing that like her family, she appreciates the gentle care she receives in Aspen's Memory Care Unit.

I love the atmosphere of the place. The people are very friendly. I've been very busy making friends. One of the most impressive things is that I feel safe and secure, no need to lock my door at night. [name removed] helped me install a new patio door and refrigerator. [name removed] is very caring and energetic. They actually serve 3 meals a day here!

The Harrison is a fantastic place to live. Lots of amenities and things to do. Very friendly staff and very clean. Always something to do. Lots of field trips and transportation to and from doctor visits or shopping. Always having movie nights or small concerts or games. Did I mention the food? Great !!! Lots of options for varied tastes. The cooks really put in effort ! Wonderful nurses and always willing to help, even if it's not really part of their so called duties. Overall, a great place to reside!

Everyone is pleasant and all seem happy whether residents or employees.

This place truly has it all. We love how friendly all the staff is and very quick to respond to any questions for the new resident. It is all the extras that go a long way. Cloth napkins, decorated hallways, the on-site library! so many and varied activities. Also the most delicious meals. A real find!!!

Good music and I can understand the words.

I would give a negative 100 for the food if I could. It is borderline not edible. It's either freezer burnt or almost expired in every instance I ate with her. She lost 20 lbs in 4 months and she's not a picky eater. Excluding the dining room staff, whom are rude and impatient with the people that need more time to process thoughts and eat slow, I would say most of the rest of the staff is incredible. We only had one incident where she had fallen in the bathroom at night, her call button didn't work and we found her at 2 in the afternoon when we went to visit her, which resulted in having to call an ambulance and a lengthy hospital stay due to the fact that she had hit her head when she fell. The activities they offer are incredible. They do a 'happy hour' every night with mocktails and cocktails, they have bingo, movies, card groups for quite a few games, outings and more. The manager, [name removed] and the assistant (I can never remember his name) are 2 of the most personable people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and they truly care about all the residents like they are there own family.

I moved my Dad into this community and it has been the best decision ever. He loves it! The management team has been so attentive with the process. The community is so bright, clean and smells good! My Dad is so happy in his new home!

I went from a house to an apt in this senior living community. It could have been very traumatic for me but the staff from sales, to front desk, cleaning, activities and dining they all make you feel as special and can't forget maintenance. The place is always spotless and I am proud to invite friends and family here.
