Our E.D is a good listener, respected by the residents, cares about our problems, our care, our livelihood, our E.D is friendly. Our staff is extremely helpful to us residents. Our housekeeping staff is the best.

I came here to look for a place for my dad. He recently fell and was hospitalized but he's been living independently since my mom died in 2020. The idea of moving into a "facility" was not good for him. From the time that we walked in the building we were very hopeful. The building was beautiful and every person we encountered, staff and residents, were over-the-top friendly. The room was more than adequate, so much space. We had lunch and it was delicious. Plus, there are several men there so he will have great company. We are so excited to know my dad will have great neighbors and someone keeping an eye on him.

Family like atmosphere with great food and caring people. It's a great environment for the elderly population. Staff to seem really be invested in the residents and activities are always happening. Great place!

Make sure you check out all the things you can do while you are living at The Waterford at Fitchburg! They keep me happy! I enjoy playing cards, visiting with others, and am happy to call The Waterford at Fitchburg home!

The Remington at Valley Ranch actually was not my loved ones first choice as far as offerings and the way it looked, but he chose the facility because of the close location to family and the value for the money. Since moving in and getting settled, he says that he feels that this was the right choice and it is a good fit for him. I would recommend The Remington to others.

Benton House of St. Johns is a beautiful, brand new facility. I really enjoyed working with their sales director. She has a nursing background and was just very knowledgeable about everything. the only reason we did not go with this facility is because my loved one is diabetic and they were not able to handle the insulin needs.

Mom has been very pleased! Everything is clean and fresh. The employees treat everyone like family and are always helpful. She really likes her apartment. The facility offers 'age in place' with contract aides or nurses. I would absolutely recommend The Remington at Valley Ranch to other families.

The Waterford is fine for my love one, and there is no complaints. We picked this community, because of the value and nice staff. Out of all the places we visited it seemed homier than the others and you get three meals a day.

This was our second choice, this was just a little further than what we would have liked since we wanted to be able to visit everyday. The community was nice and the staff was friendly.

I really like our new apartment we have on the fourth floor. The transition to the new apartment was made very easy with the cleanliness of our new apartment and the assistance of staff. The apartment floor plan is very spacious and what I like most.

What sticks out most about The Mansion at Gwinnett Park is the friendliness of the staff. All of the help is really there for me when I need them and I appreciate that. I also really like all of the activities that they have. They keep the residents up and doing stuff and encourage them to get involved in what is going on rather than just sitting in their rooms. I would and already have recommended The Mansions to others that I know.

I would tell others looking into The Waterford at Virginia Beach that it is a very clean and secure facility. Wide open hallways and other spaces. The staff are helpful and even pitched in to cook when the kitchen staff walked out . I would totally recommend The Waterford to others.

The Oaks at Plainfield is beautifully updated! The staff is very engaged and so friendly. The residents are so welcoming and very happy! The apartments are spacious, have a washer/dryer and a very nice kitchenette. What a great place to call home!

The food is pretty good. We picked this community because, the location is close to my other siblings, and they had more men at the facility. it would be nice if they had, more enclosed outdoor space. The staff is willing to do anything that you need, and they have helped my loved one to adjust. Overall, I would recommend this community to others.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. It is a very clean, new and modern facility. It is a little on the expensive side though. I would absolutely recommend The Mansions at Sandy Springs to others looking for their loved ones.

We really like the people and just how responsive they are and they have been good to mom.
