We toured this community and it was a very nice facility. The tour was really good but they did not have the type of memory care that our loved ones needed so the community didn't fit our needs.

[name removed] was extremely helpful. I love the courtyard and the possibilities of what my Dad can to outside. He's still very active at 91 and I can see him working in the yard and raised bed. I'm excited that Sunday worship services are offered as well as a men's group to discuss "why I'm here" conversations. The room with the kitchenette is comfortable with a full-sized bed; twin would be better. Still concerned about the size of the room. Outings are offered as well as medical checks.

When we first came to visit Legacy Ridge, the administrative staff member that was there at the time was absolutely amazing, she was extremely helpful. Although she is no longer there, the administrative staff is still just as great, we really like them. The rooms are nice size, and our loved one doesn't really like the food they serve. He complains that sometimes there is just not enough food on his plate, the portions could be a little bigger.

Wonderful staff. Very sweet and mindful of the residences. Good food. Just seems a little costly to not include medication and house keeping. Somewhat disappointed with the house keeping of the residence place.

[name removed] was a fantastic tour guide! Everyone we met on our Brookdale tour was professional and friendly. The facility is in need of some upgrades, which we understand are scheduled. The Memory Care facility was clean and bright in appearance, but there was a slight odor which was a little off-putting. Otherwise the place appears to be a lovely Assisted Living facility.

This is a lovely facility, and my tour of it went well overall.

I really like this place but the 500 additional costs just to check my mother's blood sugar is over the top.

We toured this community for my mother in law, and her needs. Our tour went well, and everyone was very kind. The staff was kind, and informative. Our questions were answered. It was a good experience was a good one, but we didn't feel this was the right for my mother in law.

This is a nice community, and my mother in law is doing very well since her move here. It is a good, safe community for her, and her needs. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. The staff is well, 99% of the staff is wonderful. They are attentive, and helpful. They provide good meals, and have nice activities available. When we go to visit her room. and the community are well maintained. This community is working out well for our family, and I would recommend it.

The Brookdale Sweetwater Creek has been a good experience for my father so far. I have great communication with them, if I need anything I know I can reach out to them they will have answers. The place is very clean and the lady that runs the memory care unit is very relaxed and friendly. They have a mixture of activities such as singing, arts and crafts, and music. My father really likes it so far.

My friend had a pleasant experience here at this community. It is a nice place, and everything went well. He was in good hands, and we were pleased.

The person that conducted the tour was nice and knowledgable. The community was clean and they offered activities for the residents to enjoy.

It seems to be pretty good. The only issue we have had, is getting on the same page when it comes to billing and paperwork. They are clean, and the staff is friendly, and attentive. I really don't have any complaints other than the billing difficulty.

They do a very good job overall at Brookdale Sweetwater Creek. The staff is all very nice, and they really seem to care about the people that they look after. They're also wonderful to the families of their residents! The only minor issue we've had is that sometimes communication with them can be a bit difficult. It can be hard to get a hold of the appropriate person on the phone, or to get a return call if you leave a message.

Overall it was a four. It was a little bigger – two stories – I preferred, at least in my mom’s case, I prefer everything be on one level. I was there for one activity and the leader was very interactive with the residents. All the residents looked very happy.

I like it. It’s I like it. It’s nice and cleanaken of. I don’t really agree with the food program. My parents feel like… like it’s always noodles. There’s no bread – you have to ask for it. They have a nice courtyard for residents. They have outtings.

I like the place a lot, but my dad wife wants to be on the first floor and nothing was avaiable for her.

Great staff, enjoyed the size and set up of accommodations.

Visited 2/2/13 with mom & dad. Wonderful atmosphere. Felt very active. Very small rooms. Only (2)1 bedrooms in whole place. One will be opening very soon. Cannot see mom & dad in a studio here. Publix literally next door - a bonus and minus. Ugly to look out the window but very convenient.

Very nice staff, I like their personalities however the facility was a little dated. They are on par with Benton house and it is much newer
