Everybody seemed extremely happy and friendly here. It was a great experience for my loved one and we would recommend Senior Star Wexford Place.

They offer exceptional care. The facility itself is clean and very home like feel when you walk in the door. It is a welcoming and warm atmosphere that is non-intimidating. My friend told me that if she cannot go home, then this is the place that she wants to stay. They offer many activities for her to participate in and are great about trying to encourage her. I have eaten here a couple of times and the food was great. We have been very pleased with the overall experience and I would recommend Senior Star at Elmore Place to others looking.

The convenience and location for this community was the deciding factor for us and based on our experience so far we would recommend the Senior Star community to other families. We do not have much knowledge about the activities because our loved one does not participate but we do know they have them.

We chose The Kenwood because of all of the reasons above. We thought it was a great value and they provided good services as well. The staff is super nice and friendly, they seem to have really high moral and interact nicely with the residents. We would recommend this facility to other families.

I have been to a number of these types of facilities. This is the nicest and most well run of all of them. It is a place where you can age in place. It is important for a person with Alzheimer's to not be moved around a lot during there aging. You will never find a place that up to you would personally give you loved one at home but this the best option I could find. The memory care staff is consistent. They staff take it upon themselves to interact with the residents and do things like craft projects with them.

I chose Senior Star because they are pet friendly and would let me have a kitten. I had a 1 bedroom apartment it was pretty nice size. Sometimes the things on the menu are things I am unable to eat which is why I gave the food a lower score. The staff is extremely friendly and I would recommend to others.

Very nice, very friendly, good staff and just a good overall experience. the food is pretty good, but not great.

They have done everything we have asked at this community. They have done better and everything here has been a lot better. They transported my wife back and forth from the community when I was in the hospital. When I was released the director was waiting for me with a wheelchair to take me back to my room.

My loved one loves it here. They enjoy the camaraderie. It is close to family and my loved one gets to see the family every day. The amenities are wonderful. My loved one has made some new friends. I recently stopped in and saw it was lovely here.

We toured this community and I think its one of the best in our area. The staff was very nice and I really like our salesperson. The community is higher priced than most in the area but I really enjoyed the tour

We had a great experience at Senior Star at Burgundy Place . The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is what stuck out the most, they were always willing to help. They did have a good variety of choices on their food menu. They had 3 or more choices for entrees and a salad and fruit bar. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Before COVID they would bring in live entertainment quite frequently. A professional jazz trio would also come in a couple times a month. Some other things they had were movies they would screen in a big room, and they would also bring in a historian that would give great lectures about once a month.

My Mom is coming up on her third year at Burgundy. We are so pleased that she is a resident here. From the moment we walked thru the door for our tour, we knew this was the place! She has her independence but is surrounded with friends and a loving, caring staff . They all do a great job especially the last few months with the Covid outbreak. They were proactive with keeping our loved one safe. We will always recommend Burgundy Place!

We moved my mom to an assisted living room during the pandemic. Everyone from administrators to the care givers made the move a wonderful experience for all of us. They has a "move-in coordinator" who did an amazing job before, during and after the move. Since we were not allowed to go inside, she sent me videos and floor plans of the room to help us decide what my mom needed in her new space. We brought the furniture and things to the loading dock and they moved it to her room and set it all up. They had caregivers work with her to get things put away quickly. One caregiver let my mom call us on her cell phone the day. She moved on a Friday afternoon and maintenance had her adjustable bed, cable and phone hooked up by Monday morning. My mom is happy and adjusting to her new surroundings. I really think they are doing an amazing job during this pandemic.

It's hard to find a retirement center for our greatly loved mother! We wanted a safe environment for her with good food and great activities! We found all this wrapped up in Burgundy Place! The prices are very competitive as well! The staff are like family and residents are friendly! The activities director, [name removed], has done a masterful job of coming up with COVID safe activities! The director, [name removed], has kept our mother safe from the threat of COVID with strict protocol in place! My mother couldn't be happier which makes me, her daughter, overjoyed! Thanks for your excellent care!

My mom moved from another independent living facility to Dublin Retirement Village several months ago and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Beautiful surroundings...friendly and competent staff and leadership...lots of great activities to name some of the highlights. I especially appreciate the responsiveness from At Your Door Nurse Practitioner [name removed] in overseeing my mom’s medical care. It certainly makes all of our lives easier to know that she is in a safe and comfortable place and that all her needs are being met!

My parents have lived at Senior Star at Burgundy Place for a little over a year. They are thriving, even during the pandemic. The staff has done such a great job with COVID-19 precautions and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone considering this level of care.
