Lakewood Park Manor is one of the very best retirement communities in the Los Angeles area. The residents there are bright, cheerful, and energetic and just beam with enthusiasm for living there. Food was amazing! The kitchen staff really knows what they are doing back there and present a fantastic meal. From our first tour all the way to the end, Lakewood Park Manor gave us a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Lakewood Park Manor is an Independent senior Living Community, that is in Downey CA and provides easy access to the residents living there. The staff members are kind, considerate and caring toward the residents and if you talk with any of wonderful people in Lakewood Park they genuinely love living there! It is a beautiful place for retirement living. The warmth and welcoming you feel immediately when you walk in the front door. The staff and the ambience of Lakewood Park Manor is truly one of a kind Independent living. We would recommend this senior living community to anyone that is ready for this season of their life.

Lakewood Park Manor is such a great senior independent living community with beautiful grounds, location and amenities. This would be a strong choice for me if placing a family member or friend.

My father moved into Lakewood Park Manor earlier this year. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful the community is. Everyone we encounter is friendly and helpful. Dad and I were both very apprehensive about his making the move to a senior community but life at Lakewood Park has exceeded both our expectations. My mother and father moved to Lakewood Park Manor a few months ago From a different senior living place. The difference between the first place (which I will not name) and is night and day. Lakewood Park has exceeded my expectations, as well as my parent's expectations in EVERY way. The senior apartments are beautiful, the staff is caring and friendly, and the food is like eating at a fine restaurant everyday. The people working at Lakewood Manor have consistently helped my parents, in more ways than I can count, and always with kindness and true compassion. My parents have a good life here.. and I have peace of mind knowing that they are happy and well taken care of.

Everyone at Lakewood Park Manor did a terrific job for us when my Mom moved in this week. [Name removed] really made my Mom feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The maintenance staff really took the time to make sure that everything was working properly in the apartment. I highly recommend this assisted living facility.

Brookdale Tarzana North is a wonderful place. My dad loves it. The people are wonderful, the staff is helpful, nice and kind. The management ([name removed]!) was helpful, understanding and so amazing to work with to get my dad the care he needed. If you are thinking of placing your parent or relative at an assisted living facility you couldn't chose a better place for them!!

Oh what a wonderful convalescent home here Lakewood Park Manor in Downey California. My retirement snuck up on me I suppose but I knew I didn't want to be a burden on my family so I pushed for them to put me in senior citizen housing. They searched and searched and found the very best senior living facility here at Lakewood and now we all love it.

After my mom passed my dad needed a place to live and he insisted that it wash't going to be with us. We found the senior apartments at Lakewood Park Manor in Downey CA and he fell in love.

The past 3 months for my mother over at Lakewood Park Manor in Downey California have probably been the best she's had in the past few years. We've been trying so hard to take care of her at home but we simply don't have the resources to do it. She's not in terrible health she just needs extra care that we can't provide. She loves it there and we love that we found this great senior living facility.

I moved my mother to the facility about a month ago, she feels like being in her home, she adjusted so well, mom is a loner but she made friends the first day which was very surprising for me, staff are very friendly and the administrator is very helpful answering all the questions and concerns,
