I would be neutral with this community. We can't tell because of COVID, the community has had two personalities with before and during. The community was excellent prior to COVID, and so far during it has been a lack of management and staff from what we have seen.

A little tricky since we can't get inside do to covid. My Mom likes it better than the facility in Rochester NY that she moved from which was a similar class and price. She likes the people better. My siblings that live in Rochester are impressed with the better service that she gets here. People here seem to care more. I find the people friendly and anxious to help. My complaints: 1) They arn't great at communicating. It's really hard to get a handle on the changing covid restrictions. Restrictions change and we get no or confusing updates. Hard to know who to talk to about what and hard to get in touch with them. 2) Food. Mom's not impressed. But she wasn't impressed in Rochester either. Mom was a great cook and misses her quality. So it's probably about par but no better.

They have had issues with Covid-19. They have done their best to protect the residents. The staff is dedicated. I would move there again. I would recommend them to others. The room sizes are excellent. They have different floor plans. They have a lovely courtyard out back overlooking the lake. The food is excellent. Family members are welcome. During Covid-19 they have a newsletter on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They are doing well in communicating with families.

I found The Hidenwood very impressive. The place was well lit, clean and inviting. Very impressed with the size of parking lot and handicapped parking places.

Very nice, transporation limited compared to others communities in the area. Housing is clean , bright, cheerful, inviting and pretty. Staff is excellent, apartments small /closet space small and in the bathroom areas.No pool. I do like that the independent and assisted living are together and can use same amenities.

The Hidenwood seems very organized and well-ran. They gave off a very good impression.

We had a good session with [name removed]. We also liked the facility which is being redone. It would be a great location for us as well. We didn't stay for lunch so did not get a sample of the food.

I went on a tour here and the staff that did the tour, he was nice and friendly and vey helpful. He answered all of my questions. I liked it but it was a little to far for me. It was nice and clean and had spacious rooms. I would recommend this community for the assisted living side.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where very professional during our visit and made sure to show us all of the different packages they had to offer. It was just not the right location for my loved one in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.
