Beautiful community with very caring and understanding staff. The best in Senior living!

The community is very well organized, clean, friendly staff who truly care about the residents. I enjoyed learning about memory care and about how the facility colors simulate brain function. The grounds are beautiful and the programs support every level of care a senior may require.

The Towers provides the very best in services and amenities, dinning, and living accommodations. A warm and friendly environment, surrounded by staff who truly care. An exceptional place to call home!

The Hidenwood is a good place to live. The staff around here work really hard. I like to joke with the staff and they have a good sense of humor.

I am very happy living at The Hidenwood. The amount of storage space in my apartment is wonderful. My kitchen, the whole apartment is very nice. I did a lot of artwork before I moved here. When we have painting classes, I am always there. It is a treat for me.

I just love everything about The Hidenwood. It is a great place to live. There are washing machines and dryers you can use. Three wonderful meals and the peach cobbler and bread pudding are so good. When you come to The Hidenwood the staff makes you feel like you are no longer a stranger, you are family.

We toured the facility and found everyone to be very nice and helpful. Our mother enjoyed the visit too and is strongly considering this facility as an option.

Our mom really enjoys living at Heatherwood. All the staff is so nice and helpful. We'd recommend it for your family too.

This is a wonderful place with the most caring staff. I have grown to love the staff and all the people who work here...they make you feel loved and cared for...no request is too much. If you are looking for a lovely place with wonderful people, this is it. I have lived in 5 cities, volunteered in nursing homes and hospitals and this place is immaculate, has wonderful food, and if you don't like what you order from a varied menu, they give you something else. There is a menu change for lunch and for dinner and the servers do anything to make us satisfied.I cannot think of a better place if you choose stress free, comfortable, kind and caring living.

This is such a gorgeous community! The staff is very friendly and passionate about what they do there! The food is amazing! When I toured all the residents were so happy to live there. They also have an amazing RUI University program that provides life long learning for the residents and outside community. They always have fun and exciting programs every day!

From the moment you step into the building you feel welcome, from the staff to the incredible renovations they have undergone. The building is bright and cheery with a wide variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. The staff was very helpful, and the food is amazing! Their new a la carte menu is great. I highly recommend Paul Spring!

This community has a Manager on duty every weekend. Activities ran for 7 days a week as scheduled. Management is very responsive and easy to get hold of. I appreciate the fact that they listen, and do what you ask whenever logical. I like eating lunch with my mom at Ashleigh and I can testify that I cannot tell the difference between eating at Ashleigh and eating at the best hotel of your dreams. It gives me peace knowing my mom is well taken care of, and happy. Within a short time following her arrival, she was introduced to so many people, some of whom has become her close friends over the years. At some point, I checked with her to see how she likes it, and if she ever considers to move at all, and her exact words were "Have you lost your mind? you go and live where ever you want, I have lived, I live and will forever live here". That right there, spoke volumes to my heart

The Towers is wonderful in so many ways. Clean and bright, smells wonderful, friendly staff, residents who look happy, clean, and well- cared for. Their rooms are spacious and inviting. Most significant is the TLC they give each family and how they address questions and concerns openly and honestly. To have a 3 year license with the state is truly commendable...Well done to all, as it is a team/community effort to deliver the consistent care and resident-centered programming that merits a 3 year license.

The Hidenwood is simply one of the best communities that I’ve had an opportunity to tour. The staff is friendly and engaging from the moment you walk into the community. The community offers a wide variety of amenities to include a comprehensive life enrichment program and a fine dining experience that will be enjoyed by all. The community is also beautifully surrounded and provides care levels for independent living, assisted living, and memory care - Inspiritas. I strongly recommend The Hidenwood should you or a family member be in need of the services they provide!

I've toured and have experienced many ALF and Senior Living Communities over the years, but this one is by far the most welcoming. Great support staff, beautiful environment and friendly community. They strive to provide the best in customer service.

Paul Spring is an amazing community. They have a great selection of activities in the facility as well as going out into the community. The food is amazing!!

Moving my grandfather to The Towers in September 2018, was the best decision for our family. The entire staff at the Towers (Operations, Nursing, Activities, Maintenance, Dining, etc...) are extremely talented and very welcoming. After a few weeks living at The Towers, my grandfather's health, mood and care drastically improved from his previous senior living community, he has made so many new resident friends and is saving money monthly! I highly recommend this community, should you be looking for or have a loved one that is looking for a place to genuinely call home.

Our loved one is a new resident. So far, we are very pleased with the professionalism of the staff but most importantly the kindness and loving care provided to our loved one. The activities offered and dining options are awesome!
