The Towers is a lovely community. I toured this community looking for a place for my mom to live closer to family. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. The Towers has longevity. It has been a staple to the Richmond community for over 30 years.

I recently toured The Ashleigh at Lansdowne and this community is breathtaking. The community is beautiful while still warm and welcoming. The staff were all kind and helpful and the food taste and presentation was 5 star!

Paul Spring is a beautiful community nestled in the charming Mount Vernon area of Alexandria! I toured looking for a place for my mom. The food is delicious, the staff are kind & caring and the community is inviting. There are many wonderful common areas for residents to enjoy as well as outdoor spaces with walking paths and benches to sit and take in the beauty of Paul Spring.

A great sense of comfort and warmth just walking in the front door. Kind and caring staff, and residents are always smiling. Patient centered care is of priority and is executed. Taking into account the little things in creating a home style setting for residents and families truly makes The Towers unique.

I attended a networking event at Ashleigh and was extremely impressed with the community. The food was delicious, the building is beautiful and the staff that I encountered were extremely friendly and courteous. I had heard many good things about the Ashleigh and from my experience at this event it seems to check out.

Beautiful community just minutes from the Chesapeake Bay! The staff are kind and welcoming, always willing to assist with a question. I would recommend anyone interested in retirement living to schedule a tour to see this community for yourself!

I recently visited Thrive at Beachwalk for marketing purposes as I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist and wanted to provide my cards in the event anyone moving in needed my services. As this is a newer facility, I had never been there before. Initially I was expecting the typical "facility" like so many others around, but I would soon discover this is not your "typical" facility by any means. The staff, in every department I encountered, were all smiles and super friendly. I could tell they all took great pleasure in being there. [name removed] the Community Relations Coordinator took ample time to sit and talk to me and give me the grand tour. One comment she said to me that made a huge impact was this... "This is not a facility, it's a community". And believe me when I say this, that is exactly what it felt like. I walked away from there thinking I need to get my Mom in there! What a great environment. Whether an employee or a resident, what a blessing it must be to be a part of such a fabulous community!

I was invited to tour Thrive at Beachwalk, Ft. Myers facility and I was very impressed. The overall feel of the facility was very inviting. The look is that of a high end hotel with a homey feel. I visited the Memory Care floors and met staff who are friendly and kind and most importantly LOVE to serve there. I visited the gym area which is kept clean and fresh. The elevators are easy to access and easy to operate. The hallways are open and airy and the color scheme is well thought out. The dining facility is open and seating seems comfortable with tables grouped to offer ease and welcome conversation. The grounds are so beautiful with a view of statues, trees and fountains. I am happy to know that Thrive offers "staycations" and short visits for people in need. I trust in the care that would be provided should I require the services here.

Wonderful community, right when you walk in you are amazed! From the modern interior designs to the welcoming staff, it definitely gives you a home feeling. If you haven't already, I would highly recommend taking a tour!

2 months ago I got the call that my brother was in the hospital and not doing well. I live out of town, so when I got the news and learned from his doctor that he was going to be transferred from the hospital to a rehab facility for 20 days, I knew I had to act quickly to find him a home. Not knowing what to do or who to call about our next steps, I went straight to Google for an interim location. I knew NOTHING about ALF, but somehow I started a Google search on them. I read several reviews on other facilities but was most impressed with what people had to say about The Hidenwood, I called them up because it seemed to me like the place to be. Talk about friendly! From our initial phone conversation, [name removed, (Director of Marketing and Community Relations at the Hidenwood) was so patient with me and all my questions. She asked what led me to the Hidenwood, and I told her it was honestly all the positive reviews I read. She understood that what she was telling me was a lot to process. Long story short, the same warmth I felt from our initial phone conversation, I felt during my walk through of the facility. [name removed] (Executive Director) gave me a tour of the whole facility and we gelled right away, too. We shared experiences about Northern VA traffic. From the moment you walk through the doors, whether a resident or staff, everyone is so friendly! The facility is gorgeous, the food is on point. The receptionist (name removed) that welcomed us the night we checked in said "he is going to like it here once he gets used to it. This is his new home now". She was absolutely right. It took my brother less than a week to get used to his new home! My brother LOVES the food, the activities (he especially loves to play bingo) and the nightly movies. My brother and I are grateful to all the staff for making us feel so welcome during his brief stay there. Thank you all so much for everything you do. Congrats to you for providing such a great atmosphere for people to call home. You all are an absolute blessing.

I was impressed that the staff at Thrive Beachwalk go through a multi-phase interview process to ensure they are hiring the best. The associates that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The community has the cleanliness and feel of a beautiful resort.

Thrive at Beachwalk is a beautiful community, and exceptional in customer service. It has such a family atmosphere with in the community between the employee's and residents.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and from a clinical standpoint the memory care has great attributes to cater to those with dementia and reduce confusion. After meeting with residents they seem happy! I have recommended thrive to my clients when looking for an assisted living.
