Staff is very friendly and attentive. My dad has adapted very well to Ashwood. He is more alert, sociable, positive and mobility is improved.

After helping my beloved sister help care for my parents on their farm it simply came time to have help around the clock for Dad (90 years old) and Mom (85 years old). We were spending more money bringing care to their home and constantly watching the nanny cams when they were alone. Ashwood Court administration and staff gave my family a most warm welcome and with every question I raise, they continue to give me support and encouragement. The location is perfectly in the center of family and close to restaurants, church and shopping. Mom was afraid and very reluctant to move but after only being in the apartment for 1 week she is "home". The most important factor for them was entertainment and music. AC has at least 7 scheduled activities a month besides the games and outings. It brought tears to my eyes to sit with them, watch them hold hands while they remembered dancing to the beautiful music from Bill. Mom loves the food and the attention of staff while Dad is showing signs of wanting to get out and about again. I absolutely know I made the right decision and the could not have found AC without the website helping to narrow my search. Thank you AC and APFM!

This place is great for service, personnel, and value. Very low turnover of staff. I would pay more for better food but decent enough. Lot of activities and outside entertainment comes in.

Our Mom has lived in Heatherwilde for a little over two years. She requires additional care as a result of dementia. The staff is very attentive and caring. Her room is always neat and clean. We chose this facility because of the homelike atmosphere - we felt that Mom would be more comfortable there. After return from a recent hospital stay, Mom said that she was glad to be back 'home'. She is very happy at Heatherwilde and we truly feel in our hearts that we made the right choice for her.

The staff at Ashwood Court is the best thing about the place. They are just outstandingly helpful. They have done everything we have asked and more. If I had it to do all over again, I would certainly choose Ashwood Court once more.

I don't see a whole lot of staff members when I am there, and I wonder where they are all at. More staff or more staff presence would be nice, they should be obvious when the residents are in a room. I liked the location, and I liked the staff when I met them, and I think it's a good all around facility.

They are clean, and friendly. They seem to be consistent, price wise, with other locations. The response time seems appropriate for the level they are. They do have a calendar with lots of activities. The food seems ok, I haven't had any complaints, I haven't tried it myself though.

They've really been great so far. They do an excellent job of encouraging everyone to participate in activities, have meals together, and just generally promote community spirit. Both the employees and the residents are all very friendly. They also have a strong Christian community feel, and have church volunteers visit often. The facility itself is very nice looking, and they always keep it clean and well kept.

Heatherwilde is a great place, it is clean and home like. The residents and staff are friendly and always smiling. They encourage and assist my dad in all his tasks and is making small transitions into participating in activities. He is making new friends and enjoys their company. His room is always clean and bed is always made. Glad I made this move for him.

My mom has been living at Grace House for over a month now. It was a very difficult, but necessary decision to move from her beloved home. However, with the extremely kind, patient and professional staff, the transition as been highly successful. The homey, friendly atmosphere provides social interaction and does not feel institutional at all. Management is very responsive and helpful. It is apparent that they and the rest of the staff really do care. This has been the right choice for us. Most importantly, Mom is happy and well taken care of.

Just left visiting a resident and found the grounds and hallways clean neat orderly.Staff was helpful when asked a question.My friend who lives there seemed to have very few complaints about anything.Convenient location to Hurst, Richland Hills, North Richland Hills,Keller and Haltom City for driving distance to visit.Thank you,R.N. During my search for a good community, I also toured Traditions Senior Living and Memory Care. The facility was clean and in good shape. The tour guide was very informative, and I had a good experience touring.

The cleaning crew keeps the Ashwood Court very clean. They change my father's linen and wash them. The staff does what they can to make him feel comfortable. We are happy with the experience so far.

It is good so friendly and helpful to us. We were able to get my mother there all the thanks go to place for moms .Over all the hole thing is excellent.

Everything is good here. So far I do not have any complaints with the staff or the facility.

We thought this community was very wonderful. We loved it and we moved mom into it. I would rate them very highly.

Facility was very clean and the staff members were very professional and helpful. I would recommend A Place for Mom.

The staff went above and beyond for my dad who was often up during the night. I was so touched when the caregivers came by his room to see him for the last time and tell me about their experiences with him. I recommend Traditions for your loved ones.

This is a very nice place. The food is very good and the caregivers are very nice. I haven’t seen any activities other than watching tv and that concerns me a bit. They don’t seem to have much for my husband to do and he seems bored. He does have a tv in his room if he can remember how to change the channels.

The director [name removed] was such a a help in all we had questions about and he was very personable, available and helpful. We picked this community because of the overall appearance, cleanliness and attention to detail.
